For the most part its a great place. They treat you like family there. The only thing I dont like about it. Is they dont have anything set up for people who work. Dpnt matter if your in a hurry or not they make you wait even your going to be late. They used to have a line for workers but it lasted like 2 weeks maybe. Might want to think about bringing that back. But other than that awesome place but people have to work...

This place saved my life! From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile or a welcome hand. I love everybody down there cause they actually care about their patients.. They go far and beyond for us and so supportive. I would Recommend this Mat program to anyone who is looking for a way out of the madness. These people will help you get out and stay out..

Was the worst medical experience I’ve endured. I stayed 2/12 yrs got my takenhomes take for “asking a nurse to hurry cuz I had a job interview) was charged for seeing a doctors in never meet, won’t give you a bill when they say you owe money but also won’t give you a A receipt. I called Medicaid and asked why I was all the sudden being paid three dollar co-pays every single day and they told me to absolutely not pay and all I could get a bill to show them or a receipt to show them, after that day the money wasn’t mentioned again. They let a counselor act as a direct her for almost 2 years,Before someone called the state board and then they brought in an actual Director. The bottom line if you’re looking for some type of recovery and you’re truly the type of person that’s ready to change your life, do not buy into what is people say they treat you as you are second-class citizen. They pick on you, they don’t encourage you they don’t phase you up when you’re supposed to I have seen nine different counselors in three years. Yesterday I switched to another clinicWhich I sent should have done years ago, after watching all of this fraud at Crossroads and being harassed by Lee. It was the best experience of my life except for once again Crossroads messing with the fact I had to wait three days to get them to prepare a release form to send my records. They think it’s hilarious to scare you into thinking you’re not going to get the medicine that they have made you dependent on.

My counselor is the best and she says hi every single morning, the nurse he’s also friendly and helpful. I swear I could go on and on about every single one of them but this would be two pages long! I thank God every single day that he guided me to find them because the last place I went to kept me so stressed out and I was only a number and they never had a good word for anyone!! If you’re looking for a place to go get help and get your life back I would recommend Crossroads of Ashland!! I promise you’ve got this if you want it and they will help you!!

This place has been nothing but amazing for me. I have not had issues with anybody there and they have all went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. By far the best treatment center I have been to!

I love this place... But its not just a place, I feel like its my extended family that I see almost on a daily basis and the staff always make me feel so welcome like Im family, always greeting upon arrival and departureas well. Their program along with my counselor have saved my life. Great facility and very well ran with respect towards one another and clients alike, along with being very low key for individuals who want to keep their anonymity and privacy a top priority. All in all its been a very pleasant experienceand place to recover as well as feel apart of something bigger than myself.

Everyone is super nice and always helpful. They treat me like a person and not a junkie. Im so grateful to them for the help with getting off drugs and the personal help as well. They want to see you be a productive member of society.

By far the best clinic Ive ever attended, unfortunately Ive been in a few. Difference is I know thisll be my last. It really feels like home. The staff works with you not against you. Here you are an individual and not just a number or insurance claim for the Dr. A truly caring staff makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommend this to anyone serious about getting help and doing it right.

Been in treatment centers several times but the staff here are really the nicest people and they treat me like a human being and are always greeting me by my name and I have only been going for a month..I seriously recommend this facility to anyone who is serious about getting their life back together...

The hours need to change. I work a lot. And it is hard to get over there before they close on Sunday. They r only open an hour .they need a better way to drug screen people also.

Leigh Hazelton, the Program Director is an absolute angel. She is the most caring Program Director I have ever met in all of my years of going to methadone clinics which has been about 15 years. The counselors and staff at Crossroads Treatment Center an Ashland Kentucky are the most caring and kind individuals I have ever come across. Darryl and Thaddius are counselors there and they were both unbelievably helpful hold on. I felt like a person that was truly cared about when I was there and not just a number.

I really enjoy crossroads treatment center, the staff is awesome they treat you with respect and they really want to help you. I have been going for 2 weeks and the change I see in myself is for the better thanks to Crossroads

Great staff very caring and very helpful, cares about their patients and not their money. If running late they will try to make contact with the patient bfor they close to see if they are ok and check to see if they are able to make it to treatment that morning!

This place is so friendly way better than any other treatment center Ive been to. Not to mention no intake fee and its only 8 bucks a day.
