Great place. Super friendly staff !! I called to ask a question about rehabilitation centers for my uncle , since Im new to the area.. Even though I was not going to be using their services, they talked to the nurse and gave me a recommendation. I will definitely call them if Im in need of services for my uncle in the future.

Horrible work place. They make medical decisions for patients with out their permission. When you report things they dont take action no matter if it is about the patients safety, your safety, or a problem with another staff member. When you have to call out they dont care about you or what is happening for you to call out. My car was in a ditch once because of snow and I was told I needed to get to work anyways. Another time I was sick and vomiting I was made to go in to the clients house anyways. Office staff is horrible (besides Robin the RN - is was great) the others dont care. If there is a call out for a client they act like they are looking for someone but they really arent. I have been left at a clients house for up to 20 hours before. I know one girl that pulled a 24. Horrible company. Be warned and stay away.

I love working for this company, and such sweet and dedicated ladies. These women go above and beyond for their employees AND the clients. Best company ever 😘😘

In the last 8 years I have worked for most of the home health agencies around buncombe county, and in that time I have seen a number of shady things done. None of that has happened here. The office staff are amazing and will overwork themselves before they let something or someone fall through the cracks. They genuinely care, and youll be able to tell.
