Will definitely go back to Leah. I got Botox and asked about filler. I was so hesitant and scared about the outcome since I had never had filler before. She assured me If I didn’t like it they could dissolve! She did just the minimal and showed me the progress along the way. Results are great - amazing and looks very natural. I am so pleased - no high pressure sale - just the facts!

First time visiting this place and loved it. I did laser hair removal and botox/fillers. The RN Angela that did my botox was amazing. She is very skilled at her job and very knowledgeable. My results are amazing. And i feel fabulous! And the nice young lady that did my laser hair removal was also fantastic. I am adopting this place and will go back.

Angela at the Asheville Mall location is top notch. I have been doing botox/ dysport for over 10 years now and she does the best job yet. I have seen her 3 times now and excellent outcome each time. I have uneven eyebrows and explained to her that sometimes I get a higher lift brow on one side after injection. She knew exactly what to do and I had no issues after her injection. I will not go to anyone else but her. I also barely felt her injection which is new for me as well. I highly recommend her!

I saw Angela Penland today. Angela is amazing. Angela was professional and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me as she was doing it (which I truly appreciated) and we went over the cost upfront. I juat had the best experience at Complete Laser Clinic in Asheville! Leigha & her team is just so great! They were all so professional & had such great communication! Leigha did my eyebrows with permanent makeup & she did such an amazing 👏 job! I mean amazing! She was so patient & took her time making sure they were just rite & looked good! She did not only do a great job she made sure I was comfortable & cared about my pain level. She is just so amazing at what she does plus she gets personal & seems to really care about her patients and what there needs are and how they want to look! The girls that work under her do too. Kennedy, Caroline, and Kenya were all so nice and caring! And eventhough Kennedy has only been there over a month she does an excellent, excellent job! She worked really hard at making sure I got the best and cheapest prices for the work I wanted done! I really appreciate her and Leigha...I appreciate them all!

I got Botox a couple months ago. Ive never had issues with Botox not taking a full effect after a couple weeks but thats what I got! I have a strong forehead but 30-35 units of BX has always worked. My result mirrored expected results as Dysport(which I dont care for). Im certainly not saying thats what happened but TWO and a HALF months later I can move my forehead like normal without any product.I do not recommend

Kalani Matkin is hands down the absolute best! I look forward to seeing her every time i have a procedure done. I travel specifically to Asheville just to see her, and Leigha Walker. Kalani does my post op accent treatments that feel amazing and help tighten the skin from my liposuction procedure. Leigha does my lip filler and botox and both ladies are just amazing. So thankful i get to have these ladies help me through my journey!

This was my second visit for Botox. I was a first time user when my forehead was treated. I loved the treatment and could see the results. However, I had a bit of a V look above both eyebrows. I went back to have a little added to the area and do my crows feet. But what Ive ended up with after ten days is NO results and a bruise below my eye socket where the vein was hit when the injection was administered. VERY disappointed with the second appointment.

This is a scam - do not waste your money. I bought a set of 6 laser hair removal treatments and I have the same amount of hair that I had before starting. I reached out to them about it and they refused to make it right. Go somewhere else.

Angela Penland does excellent work. I received botox from another provider there and was not happy with the result. I have had Angela for botox injections and a chemical peel both with very satisfying results.

My first time getting Botox I never saw any results then I went back and explained I had no results at all from the Botox and the nurse recommended that I try Dysport. Needless to say after nearly a month I couldn’t see a change in my forehead at all so I called and explained to the woman that answered the phone that I had not seen any results and she scheduled me to come in for a touch up, well that was two weeks ago still no change at all. During my visit the nurse told me that the Botox they received from the supplier was not effective and the supplier had not sent a replacement. If this was the case why didn’t I receive a refund of $600 for the first treatment of Botox that I received? Apparently the same must’ve been true about the Dysport because I’ve seen no results after the initial treatment as well as the touch up that occurred about 3 weeks afterwards. It’s been a total of one month since I’ve had the Dysport and I paid $450 for this treatment with absolutely no results at all. Therefore I wasted $1050 of my hard earned money after two separate visits with no results from the injections. After my experience I highly suggest to go elsewhere.

Everyone who I have interacted with at this location has been kind, respectful, and very professional. I was hesitant at first, but the professional nature of the staff, nurses, and providers has put me at ease. The providers I have worked with are well trained and clearly know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering any of the treatments offered here.

I had my first tattoo removal session on April 15. The tattoo was small, all black and an outline only. I was assured it was an easy one and there should be no problems.Today, I have a red, raised, ugly scar and a slightly faded tattoo.Theres no way that Im going back to Complete Laser Clinic for any more sessions, so Im driving to Charlotte to a guy that specializes in removals, hopefully he can help fix this mess.Update: Ive been going to Charlotte for the last few months and the difference is night and day. Very quick process, as is the healing. Nothing like the oozing sores that lasted for literal WEEKS from CLC. And hes even been able to help the horrible scars. Learn from my mistake, do NOT go to a hair removal place for laser tattoo removal.CLC did contact me and offered to try and help with the scaring. I declined. They did not offer a refund.

I just had a lovely experience with the amazing ladies at the Complete Laser Clinic of Asheville inside the Asheville Mall.It just so happens that I had been looking to remove a hideous tattoo of mine for a very long time and had been comparing reputable local businesses around Asheville when I stumbled upon this location while on a lunch break. I went in to inquire about weight loss options and discovered that they offer laser tattoo removal.The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and quickly answered all my questions as I was on my lunch break and didn’t have much time.A nurse practitioner was able to whisk me back into a treatment room for a quick consultation and she measured me for my tattoo removal and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. She was kind and soft spoken.They scheduled me for the very same day and worked around my busy schedule.Now to the actual appointment:I arrived on time and was brought back to my treatment room immediately. My nurse gave me my lidocaine to numb my hand and was very gentle. She then gave me green protective eyewear and began the laser removal. My tattoo is very small and she finished quickly.Y’all, I thought this tattoo removal thing was absolutely the COOLEST thing to ever happen. I was totally fascinated by the process. It was barely painful and watching her zap away my ugly tattoo was totally amazing. She chatted with me the entire way through and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.These ladies are extremely professional. I am very serious about returning not only for my follow-up tattoo removal treatments but also for their weight loss programs. I don’t have enough good things to say about this clinic. Excellence!

The team helped me to defeat 6 years of chronic migraines by giving Botox a try. I went twice before reporting the success to my doctors, so Now I get it free from the neurologist. They gave me my life back!

Went there for a laser tattoo removal and now the whole thing is a rise scar. After seeing that they didnt offer to fix it but I wouldnt trust doing anything there from now on. Also got 5-6 hair laser removal and didnt see any results. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appointment today yet waited 30 min in an exam room - when I stepped out to ask what the issue was, the receptionist told me that there were two patients ahead of me with no input on how much longer it would be - I left. I was asked to make another appointment but did not pursue that option. The doctor did call but I was already on the highway heading home.

They tried charging me $350 for one session of tattoo removal LOL their price states $100 for a 2x2 and $25 addition for each sq inch. They said the extra charge was because there was extra color??? Go somewhere else they’re trying to rob you.

They did so good on my lips she was gentle and so sweet made me feel super comfy!
