Website’s description did not translate to actual experience. Ended up moving our pup to another boarding location. Warehouse could use a facelift.

Really liked this place the first couple of times we boarded our dogs here. But this last time we had a couple of issues. One was we wanted the dogs to each have a nyla artificial deer antler, which they both love. When we called while out of town, we asked if they were enjoying the antlers, and we were told they were. When we got back home and picked up the dogs, the antlers were still in unopened packaging. The other issue was our normally happy go-lucky doodle dog was very different after getting him back home. He was depressed, and acted like hed experienced something that impacted him negatively. Today is the 1st day hes acted like his old playful self. Im not accusing DHDD of doing anything specifically, but the 1st issue made us lose trust in them, and we cant trust them with our dogs in the future.

The happiest my dog has ever been! My dog actually cries with delight when we pull into the driveway. What I love about Dog House is that they help facilitate play with dogs that are well suited to my dogs temperament and level of excitement . My dog used to be shy around other dogs, now she is the happiest and most social dog at the dog park, all thanks to the compassionate, kind and experienced hands and hearts at Dog House. I saw one review above that commented on the dogs being out in the rain, and YES my dog goes out in the rain. Because they asked me if that was okay and because she LOVES to play in the rain. I am thrilled that my dog has the freedom to go in and out as she chooses.Every employee I encounter at Dog House shows my dog so much love. They tell me all the cute stories from the day, and treat her with so much affection and kindness. As you can tell, I could go on and on. I just love them and am so thankful.

My puppy goes to dog house doggie day care every day and loves it. He loves to play and expels some of the boundless energy he has. The owner is amazing as are the staff. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Based on Google reviews and photos/info from their website I was expecting a bit more than I saw. The staff was nice and let me see some of the areas where the dogs were and it was okay, nothing appeared to be bad or wrong, it just didnt give off the same vibe in person as it did online (fun, playful, toys). When I picked up my dog he was in good shape and eager to leave. Overall I think the place is decent, they seem to do their job, and it was good to know that he was safe while we were touring the Biltmore. If I was visiting the area again I would see what my other options were but still keep this place on my list of options.

I love taking Pepper here and letting her get out all her puppy energy while Im at work. She is so calm and exercised when I go pick her up.

I dont have any dogs, but my mom does, and she loves this place. Ive also been by here and gotten to know a few of the employees, so I can safely say that these people know what theyre doing. I would take my animal here if I had one.

Great people and the pup is always happy to go. I just wish prices were a little lower.

Ive been bringing my dog for over a year for daycare and boarding. He loves it and always comes home tired from playing. The staff is awesome and really care for the dogs.

I moved to Asheville with an 8-week old Golden Retriever Puppy. After calling around and visiting multiple places, I chose Dog House Doggie Daycare. My dog Kanga has been visiting Dog House for almost a year now and I could not be any happier with the service. My dog eagerly jumps out of the car 5+ days/week and I can tell he plays all day because he comes home exhausted (not an easy feat). The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the owner, Kathy, is superb! I will never take my dog anywhere else in Asheville. My pups obedience/training school also highly recommends them.

This is the kindest, convenient and reasonably priced daycare I have found.

We needed a place to drop our pups off while we toured the Biltmore. Dog House Doggie Daycare was a short drive from the Biltmore and the staff went out of their way to make us, and our dogs, feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I left my two large dogs at Dog House for eight days. This was our first experience with them staying at a kennel, and I couldnt be happier with how my dogs were treated.

About a year ago had the worst experience ever service was almost completely horrible except for one young teenage boy he waa there alone working I could hear the massive abundance of dogs behind the door when I came to get my dog for Pick up he was so sweet and caring but obviously exhausted there must have been 40 plus dogs there with him and was taking care of all of them when he came back withvmy dog she seemed to glow when he pet her but she was clearly ready to leave for bless that boy but my experience with the owners son was absolutely horrible he was so stuck in his own world and smelled of vomit barely spoke to me about the place was apprehensive to let me have a tour of the place and was totally dismissive of my questions would never return again
