Dr. Katherine Yancey is amazing! She is a extremely thorough and knowledgeable and was able to help relieve the pain I have been experiencing for over 2 years! She listens to the patient and has wonderful bedside manner. It’s like talking to a friend! The entire staff was at Asheville Surgery is phenomenal! I highly recommend Dr. Yancey and Asheville Surgery!!

After more than several visits to Mission Hospital for various reasons I would say I have been very pleased with the doctors and staff. I dont think they could have been more professional and friendly. I will be continuing treatment there until I no longer have to.

It was awesome Dr Bradshaw and Dr Martin are really great doctors couldnt ask for any better I am so glad they were there my recover was good and thats because of them

The most professional and helpful appointment I have ever had. Wonderful reception, Dr Soosaar was above and beyond anything I hoped for. He provided a thorough examination and was able to diagnose an issue that had been plaguing me for many months. In a word? Exceptional.

I have had 10 surgeries in less than a year and a half and the last two I had were from here. Honestly, I wish all my surgeries could have been done here! The staff is super sweet and caring! Edna is especially great if you get a chance to meet her! I highly recommend it! My surgeries were done by Dr. Wiggins and he is also super sweet! He even called me after his shift there to see if I was doing okay. I cant speak for every experience, but mine were great!

Hardly doing any sort of COVID screening such as taking my temperature before I came in to the waiting area. Instead, I received a full, 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper asking whether or not I had symptoms which did not even get checked until I was called back to a room. Wasteful and not useful at all, especially since the waiting area was decently crowded and at least one guy wasnt wearing his mask correctly.

The appointment was prompt Dr. was knowledgeable and provided me great detail of what is going on and I will have to have surgery and I feel confident and comfortable with the doctor.

Dr. Soosaar was wonderful. Explained everything to me and assured me that my problem would be taken care of in the least invasive way possible.

Im not happy with this office at all. My father needs surgery and they wont give any answers as to why they arent doing it. Also, we have seen at least 4 different doctors and no one seems to know what is going on.

On call system is terrible. Waited twice for 10+ minutes, not sure if someone was going to answer. When they finally did they were short and rude at first but the woman warmed. The operating Dr did not prepare us for what to expect post surgery as far as pain and swelling and when we called on Saturday 8/1 some dude that became a doctor named Dr. Chornak(?) called back and was sooooo condescending. It’s stressful enough when a loved one is in pain and I very calmly and quickly explained the situation to be treated like less than. He wasn’t listening to me, he seemed to only care about getting off the phone. He was less than helpful: he was harmful causing more stress and uncertainty. I don’t understand why people become doctors that have no care or empathy for patients. Dr Chornak should find a new profession.

I felt very well taken care of by Dr Mazotas.Felt she always had my best interest and health needs in good hands. Very informative.

I am extremely grateful for my doctor, Dr. Rhodes and his team. My experiences before and after surgery were very positive. Dr. Rhodes is extremely genuine, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him.

Well I had Nissan wrap in 2012 hernia back its all my fault thats life doctor didnt like me going to other doctor for help what was I suppose to do mothing

Regional Surgical Specialist is a wonderful facillity with A well-rounded staff who are very caring compassionate and detail oriented ! The front desk in my case Wendy and Emily were particularly fast and were very pleasant to work with !!! The surgeon that took care of me for my surgical needs was Dr. Andrew Rhodes. I highly recommend Dr. Rhodes! In my particular situation he handled patient care beyond how most surgeons would generally handle a regular surgical case. Upon meeting Dr. Rhodes with my husband he was very detail oriented and very educational so that my husband and I understood what my situation was and what my options were through him, he has extremely good bed side manner and if I had a question he returned my phone call almost immediately if I could’ve gave him 10 stars out of five on Google that’s what I would’ve gave him as a surgeon alone. Instead of Dr. Rhodes finishing my surgery and signing off for the on-call physician to handle the rest , he took care of me the entire time from beginning to end. I would like to Also add that anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Rhodes as a general surgeon on their case just due to the fact that he is a good person and he is a well rounded surgeon. If you have surgical needs and wants a surgeon that is going to treat your case as important as any case please choose Dr. Rhodes!!!!!

My advice to you, get a second opinion before doing any special testing. I specifically asked the Dr if we should bother with a HIDA scan for my gallbladder because I didn’t wanna waste time and money. I just got my bill for $642.52 for a uncomfortable test which told us what we already knew from the ultrasound. I pay over $300 a month for insurance which covered less than $100 of this bill. I fully understand doctors have a very tough job, but I feel taken advantage of.My surgery with this office was a success, however, I still feel like a walking piggy bank rather than a human customer.To the office I say, please take into consideration the bills and time your patients have to factor into their lives.

Dr. Bradshaw did my Gastric Bypass surgery and nearly 2 years later I could not be more pleased. He is very professional but also goes out of his way to take plenty of time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable with every aspect of your care.

I am extremely happy with the improvement in my life since Dr. Bradshaw did my operation. The pain that I was living with daily is gone. Dr. Bradshaw is a gift to this community. He goes the extra mile for his patients.
