I go to the Greenville location. Beyond amazing experience with Karen and Taylor! I have been SO insecure about my gums showing when I smile ever since I can remember. Karen sat down with me and we discussed what I wanted the outcome to be. We add dysport above my upper lip to help relax my muscles in the lip when I smile. Truly took my biggest insecurity away and it is painless! She kindly tells you what you need and what you don’t. She doesn’t just try to sell and make you feel obligated to do more of anything outside of your comfort zone. Start small and progress through time! I am obsessed with the way my results turned out. Don’t let anyone tell you not to do something because THEY don’t think you need it. If you want to do something about your insecurities, Karen is the right person to help with that. She’s amazing at what she does. Makes people feel beautiful and confident. ❤️

I don’t have any words to describe my disappointment with this practice. I have never been treated in such a way. I felt no care towards me as a patient all they wanted was the money. I requested to be seen by Dr. Ellis and was promised to see her, so I drove from another state to find out she didn’t show up. Since I was already there, Rebecca proceeded with my treatment. She said to come back in a month (since my procedure was very minimal) for a touch up and that I would expect great results by then. A month later, I didn’t notice ANY results and tried to call the office. NOBODY wanted to talk to me whatsoever, even said my voicemail was full which was a complete LIE. I had to go back in person and manager couldn’t care less to satisfy my frustration. Rebecca saw me again and said results will take a year (when she originally said a month). I was also promised to receive a call from Dr. Ellis. All I wanted was an apology, but ended up having to deal with their lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. As of today, I haven’t received a call from Dr. Ellis or any manager to discuss any resolutions to my issue. I’m still waiting....I do not recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr Ellis and her staff are amazing! I started with vein treatment and was so pleased that I wanted to learn more about their other services. I attended a seminar about their Lux program and signed up for the six month protocol. I had my first procedure the Ultra therapy and was told I might not see any immediate change for three weeks. I am at my one month point and the result has been amazing!! I have lost most of the sagging skin under my chin and my skin looks healthier! Fine lines disappearing, very excited about the next step!

Dr. Ellis is AMAZING!!!! She is the most knowledgeable cosmetics doctor that Ive ever met and I love her approach from the inside out.I was so impressed with her ability to tackle ALL my concerns, everything from fine lines, rosacea, to even sleep issues!!!Plus she took all the time that she needed, and I can tell she really cares about her clients. I have struggled with my skin my entire life, first acne as a young woman and over the last 5 years rosacea. It has dramatically impacted my self confidence and self esteem. My experience with Dr. Ellis was extremely unprofessional to say the least. The receptionist guided me to my room where I sat for 30 minutes. I expected some wait time but she seemed more worried about engaging in inappropriate conversations with her assistant then she was with taking care of patients (I could clearly hear them from my room). Going to Dr. Ellis office I knew her reputation was poor but I decided to give it a shot. I won’t make the same mistake again.

I just had my first Restalyne lyft. Awesome experience!! I cannot believe what a difference I see in the mirror. It immediately lifted up my sagging cheeks. Dr Ellis was able to see exactly what I needed to look younger but still natural. Restalyne, combined with Dysport on crows feet & frown lines, was simple & fast. I feel (and look) like a new person. This doctors business is lacking all integrity, either by Dr. Ellis intentionally misleading people to believing her recommended cellulite treatment of cool sculpting is for real, WHEN IN FACT IT IS A SCAM, or by her staff being guided by her. No matter how nice they may really be to your face, they are Not One Bit concerned about ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY! IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY, just let this business smooth talk you. They will tell you that invasive surgery like lypo is not necessary, just take their word for it and believe their phony before and after pictures from cool sculpting and before you know it youve been duped like I was. They will just say afterwards that oh how much you lost, when in fact the only loss that I had came from my cutting carbs and working my hiney off. Very little came off! And if they have a review that says they were helped by this doctor or her staff its Only because they were cornered into having some crazy hormone therapy, probably costing thousands more than I already spent. If theres anything good to be said about this doctors practice its been written by her, her staff, family or friend.
