This place has honestly been the BEST healthcare I’ve received in my life. Everyone is super sweet and understanding. My last clinic had friendly staff, yes, but never took the time to get to know you so before I knew it I was prescribed medicines that were kind of compatible- but not really. Here they actually take the time to really see you and your unique needs. The wait time is virtually nil, chances are you’re called before you even finish the “why are you here” questioner. They also have a pharmacy in the same building! No more running around to get it filled elsewhere ( which is amazing for people with limited transportation like me ). This place is a dream come true, I owe it to them for helping me get back on track with both my physical and mental health.

The doctor saw me once and no one would tell me what he prescribed. I got to CVS and it was Zyrtec and cough medicine with codeine which I guess they freely hand out. Ive been talking Zyretec and I didnt have coughing. I specifically stated sore throat because we talked and took a test for strep. I could barely talk or swallow. I had to go back and all told I was there I was there for about 5 hours. It started when I had an appointment at 11:40AM. I arrived a little bit after 11:00 a.m. and called to check in . They told me to wait in my car and they would be out I fell asleep and woke up around 12:00 now they said somebody wont be here until abot 1;30 p.m... They also accused me of not calling the 1st time Even though they took the took make and model of my car down and told me about the picnic tables on the property. I do not like being called a liar. I could have gotten better and quicker service at an urgent care facility. I am in a great deal of pain UPDATE They said to park on the right side of the building which I was. And apparently they couldnt find me. I am the only car of this make and model in this parking lot with somebody in it On the right side of the parking lot. I suppose they couldnt call me. They had my phone number in my record or look around for me?!?!?!?!? For your own health find somewhere else.

Whoever is the receptionist today was SO rude. I was referred to this facility from helpmate after leaving my abusive partner and just wanted some information. The whole time the women acted like I was bothering her and had an attitude when I was nothing but nice. Really off putting and unprofessional.

The woman answering the phones clearly feels very inconvenienced by her job.
