Remarkable! My son has a curvature in his spine which runs in our family. Through Brians treatments and recommendations to other resources we just got his new x-ray back and the improvement is nothing short of amazing. We are so happy! Dr. Brian is the most awesome chiropractor I have been to. I have seen many in my 25 years of treatment and he is the best! He really cares and takes his time with your treatment. He focuses on the whole person. He is very ethical and kind. He is very knowledgeable about treatment options and wellness. Picking a chiropractor is hit and miss....but I hit a home run when I found this wonderful Doctor.

I have a chronic lower back issue and 2 bulging discs that cause me to have to crawl into a chiropractors office occasionally I have seen about 2 dozen chiropractors over the past 35 years because I moved often. Going to Dr. Brian was the greatest thing I did and I am so thankful that someone recommended me to get a second opinion with him! I had went to different chiropractor before seeing Dr. Brian and he had me convinced that I was headed for surgery because I was getting worse not better. After seeing Dr. Brian I couldnt believe the immediate relief and how fast I was able to be more like myself. Not only can Dr. Brian fix anything wrong with your back he also looks a layer deeper to work on anything else that might be wrong. I drive almost 1 hour one way to get to the office and I would drive double knowing what I know now. And Rhiannon at the front desk is awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable!

We were traveling through Asheville when my 6 year old son woke up with a very bad neck pain from sleeping in a bad position. We are a family that uses chiropractic and I have worked for a Chiroprator so I thought that we could stop in and see if they could offer my son some help just till we make it home. I understand hat we are not locals but the way my husband was spoken to and told that they could not help my son unless he was seeking long term care. Way to care for people in need and trying not to avoid traditional Western medicine. I would understand if they had no openings but just because he wouldnt be returning. Really?

Dr Brian is genius at finding what ails you. He not only adjusts you, he also checks your nutritional needs. In my case, I was chronically tired with shoulder and hip pain. It turns out I had a zinc deficiency and after only 2 days on his proscribed supplements my energy was back, I started sleeping better, and my pain was reduced by 80%. After another couple of adjustments my aches cleared up. I cant thank him enough.

Do not trust this person. I went for two visits. He was really thorough with checking out my history/current body state and I liked that. On my second visit, he cracked my neck and Id never had that done before. As I checked out of the office, I was still kind of out of it from the treatment. The receptionist told me he wanted me to buy three supplements. Bringing my 50 dollar bill to 113 dollars. I declined two of them, saying I might get them my next visit, still paying 87 dollars. 5 minutes later I received a phone call from the dr himself telling me I could no longer be his patient since I didnt purchase all of them. He also said some remarkably unprofessional things. I tried to explain that I was still just out of it and he just berated me more. Five minutes after, he shouldve asked me how I was feeling, but he just yelled at me and threw a tantrum. It was crazy. Left me confused and deflated for the day. I am certain he will respond to this on here bc of the things he said on the phone. But dont believe his twist. I am telling you, it was scary. And my jaw just dropped while speaking; I was shaking and just spent the rest of the day crying.

I was referred to Dr.Brian after being involved in a 10 car pile-up. I was experiencing lower back pain, ankle pain and sever tension in my neck.I began my treatment in June and just finished up last week.He is very thorough in his examination process and his techniques are very effective and relaxing.To anyone who suffers from TMJ I urge you to go see Dr.Brian and let him help you! For 10+ years Ive suffered form the excruciating headaches and pain caused by TMJ and after just one visit my jaw felt 100x better than it had in years, and Im not just saying this to boost his business, its the truth! I feel like I lived on ibuprofen, I would have headaches for days straight; and since I started treatment Ive not had any headaches or jaw pain!!! Its amazing to say the least, I never would have thought that I would find relief for my TMJ at a chiropractor, if I had known I wouldve went years ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gualanos for years. He has helped me with so many things. Went to him because of neck issues which have been corrected. I also had bad heartburn and indigestion (something I didnt know a chiropractor could treat) and I havent had to take any antacids in years! Highly recommend.

I called ahead to schedule a new patient visit ($120 w/o insurance) and was told to allow 60 minutes. I arrived on time and filled out the normal obligatory paperwork for 10 minutes and then waited an additional 30 minutes and then decided leave. Never saw Dr. Brian Gualano and never received treatment. Only one other car in the parking lot the entire time.
