This place is awful and should be removed immediately

Very Very terrible place ! They shorted my wife’s hours , has made her work alone taking care of 3 halls ... The whole building ... taking care of residents plus doing laundry. Lied about her pay... Was suppose to Help her Get her cnas ... but after she started working they said they don’t even do that but will take money from her check for it. Very outdated equipment as in washer , dryers and ect. Staff on other shifts are very mean with attitudes , sit around collecting free money. The shift my wife was on works there butt off. Anyways called today to get my wife’s check and they kept hanging up and told us they mailed it ... which they have never done. Do not send your family members here , it’s not professional, nor clean or healthy. The place should be shut down ASAP.

My daughter worked there for a short time. She had no formal training or back ground on any of the residents she was caring for. She was thrown on to a floor where the residents needed a lot of direction and help with their ADLs. They told her they would be starting her at a higher wage than they actually did. They paid her for less hours than she worked in her first check. Although they said they would correct the hours at the lower rate, she has yet to receive what she is owed as well as her last check. The director refuses to answer her calls or send her check. In my opinion, I would not want anyone to care for my loved one who does not get formal training. Furthermore, they didn’t even give her a TB test before she started working. I have medical back ground and know that proper training is critical to the safety of all residents. This place should be shut down!!!!

Worked there off and on for over 4yrs. Loved the Residents but management was horrible. Your paycheck was always short, and always understaffed. No one was team players except a few old workers. Feel sorry for the residents.

The administrator really cares about the level of care the residents receive and puts in my opinion 200 percent of herself into maintaining and improving not just for the residents but also thier family as well as her staff, God bless you Becky!

Do Not let your family member stay here

This place is horrible! The only reason I gave them one star is to be able to give this review. I visited my relative here. Their patients have bedsores, matted hair and their patients look disoriented all the time. Please don’t put your family here! It’s just not good the way they treat people!

I had one of their residents show up in my front yard. He was very disoriented. I had to walk to poor man back. He was in pajamas, His shirt was inside out. His nails looked like nobody has cleaned them in a while. His hair was a mess. And the lady who came out to get him didn’t even seem concerned. She just looked at him and said “how did you get out?”

As a former employee, i can say this facility could be better... Alot better.

Management, staff, and residents are great
