Charlie has handled several of my father and brothers traffic tickets etc.I hired Taylor to contact a woman concerning my liscence. That being said, he made a mistake when telling me i could apply for my liscence after September 7th 2021, because I got a letter from DMV stating I had UNTIL that date to file for hearing.I called his office to get the process going and he never returned my call or my email. I should have hired his Father, Charlie who is more experienced in these matters. Just because you are running for office doesnt mean you shouldnt be so overwhelmed that you cannot help clients. I decided not to hire him and save my $1000.00. I did all the work myself and figured it all out.

If your in big trouble of just have a traffic ticket Charlie Brown is the man.

I made an appointment and had to pay 75 for consulting fee. The service was terrible I didn’t even get 5 mins of the lawyers time he kept saying he had to go to court that wasn’t my problem they shouldn’t make appointments if they don’t have the time. I pay for service and there time and didn’t get either of them wouldnt recommend.

If youre looking for someone to help you out in something that is quick and easy, Mr Browne is your man. If its going to take some time and effort to sort through things, you might want to keep looking. Between communication, follow through, and results, there is much left to be desired.

Charles Browne may be perceived as rude but he is just very direct and to the point. And he’s a shark. Trust the process ,if he needs anything from you the office will contact you. You hired them to take care of you so sit back and let them do their job. Taylor also is very empathetic and persuasive and both care very much about civil liberties. Bulldogs and sharks is what you get here folks 👍

Coming from a person who has worked with Attorneys, this has to be the most rude, and insensitive lawyer Ive met. From the moment we entered into his office his tone was very arrogant and disrespectful. He would not listen and instead interrupt and put his take on our situation without letting us finish. He based his facts off what seemed like his personal opinions and instead of us feeling like he was going to help, we felt he was attacking us, making us feel more uncomfortable. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to anyone. If you truly have a problem, this attorney does not care about what youre going through and has no interest in working with you to finding a solution, plain and simple.

Most traffic offense are $150 for them to take care of it, & the court cost are never to much. I have yet to have my insurance go up or points in my license so I am very thankful for Charlie Browne & Clark Bell! Highly recommended.

Taylor Browne A+ but his receptionist Gretta gets a F today. I called to inquire about some information and she was very curt and acted as if I was bothering her. Dont you get paid to answer the phone and help Mr. Brownes clients?! Someone needs to step it up with their customer service skills. We pay good money for services and expect a little more professionalism when we call for information.

I would not recommend Mr. Charlie Browne for any legal services. He was not professional as he always had an attitude, was disrespectful, and failed to communicate effectively numerous times. At all of our encounters, not once did he say, hi, or hello, how are you. During my hearing, not only did he show up late, but was no where to be found in the courtroom when I wanted to ask him questions. I had to go back to the first floor and use the phones to call his office to make sure he was coming. The other parties lawyers were present during the roll call, but mine showed up later. Also, the office never returns any of the calls. I left a message for Mr. Browne to give me a call back because I wanted him to communicate to the other parties lawyer for an immediate issue at hand, but, it had been 2 days, and I did not receive a phone call from the office or from Mr. Browne, and then I had to call the other lawyer myself, which Mr. Browne did not like, but him and his staff failed to communicate in a timely manner. Josie, the front desk receptionist was the only one that was helpful, professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable.

Honest and Friendly helpful service

Mr. Brown was suppose to represent me in court. Instead he spoke to the DA and made a decision without me, and when i asked questions, he was disrespectful, and ended up cursing me in front of the judge. He didnt help me and ended up taking $500 of my money and not preparing me for court or to handle my charges.
