I have been getting shakes and teas from them for the past 3 1/2 years off and on. They NEVER disappoint, they have a very friendly atmosphere and service is fast. Dont know what to get or how their system works?? Just ask they will educate you on whatever you need to know. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience! Im so excited about this place, it is truly a little gem and the owners are super nice and knowledgeable. Im also kicking myself because I had no idea they had been there for 3 years! For my first visit, I had a hard time choosing my smoothie because all the flavors looked so yummy. I chose the Smores and it was excellent and very filling! Definitely the healthy meal replacement option that I have been looking for, and the herbal teas are a nice touch! I have a feeling I will be visiting here often. Dont hesitate to try this place, you wont be disappointed!!

Fun place to visit. Owners are very friendly. Something is always going on. Drum fit is the Bomb.😀A lot has changed in the last year. Come in and check out the new menu. Complete with over 60 flavors. Several new designer teas. Come in and get some pep in your step and an amazing smoothie that tastes like desert.(All our smoothies are low glycemic, have 21 essential vitamins and minerals and are only 250 calories.)

My first time was great. They took the time to explain the ingredients and answered all of my questions. They flavor that I tried was great Thin Mint. I didnt have a bad after taste either.
