If i could give zero stars i would. They are extremely rude and disrespectful and dont EVER AND I MEAN EVER LET THEM DO A HAIR SAMPLE. Both times i have went they have took hair from 6 different places and have left my hair so horrible and noticable patches that im about to have to cut it all of not to mention the women who done it was so disrespectful she had me crying
