Dr.Maggie and her staff are absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My 16year old special needs son loves this practice. They are so patient and understanding with him and go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. We can not recommend this practice enough and are so grateful to have found them.

By far the best dental office in our area! We had a less than favorable experience at another dental office that was in-network for our insurance. Even though Randolph Pediatric Dentistry was out of network for us, we had heard such good things about this office that we decided to give them a try. We have been nothing but pleased with our visits here. The staff is so friendly and takes time with our children to make sure they are happy and comfortable throughout their visits and procedures. If youre looking for a pediatric dentist and live in Randolph or Guilford county this is the place to go!

I must say this is a great dentist. My son had a wonderful experience. The dentist was very gentle with handling him and did not make him cry or get anxious about any part of his visit. They were even nice enough to give him a toy out of the lobby (a school bus) which is his favorite toy! Two thumbs up.

She is so friendly, smart and personable that my daughter looks forward to seeing her.Dr. James performed my daughter’s procedure today and it was our first experience with him. I was very impressed by the teamwork displayed at Randolph Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jimmy and his wonderful staff obviously care about their patients and it shows tremendously. My son was very nervous prior to his dental appointment but with the help of Rudolph the red nosed dental assistant, he was able to get through his appointment with no tears and is excited about coming for his next visit!

Best pediatric dentist ever! When my son and I arrived we walked in on a pirate sword fight (the dentist was playing with a patient in the waiting room). The pirate-dentist was wearing a pirate hat, talking in an accent and holding a foam sword. When my son went back to see the dentist we realized there had been a mix up with his appointment, instead of rescheduling him, the dentist and his assistant skipped their lunch to be able to do his much-needed/urgent procedure. I highly recommend Randolph Pediatric Dentistry and do plan to go back for future procedures 😁.

I can say i am very pleased at how amazing this dentistry is there is no words to even express the level of care that is offered at this dentistry! They are amazing with all the children the dentist was very gentle with handling my daughter, they explained everything they were going to do and explained how gentle and carful the procedure was going to be. I took my grandson to an appointment to see Dr. Jimmy. Everyone was so nice! The assistant, Maddie, made him feel very comfortable and at ease. My toddler fell and busted her lip badly and I was worried she had damaged her front teeth. I called RPD on Monday and they were able to work us in on Tuesday. This was our first visit and I must say, I was very impressed! All of the staff, from the receptionist, to Dr. Maggie and her assistants, were wonderful and very patient with my baby. I would recommend this place to everyone with children! Dr. Maggie and her assistants did a very thorough job and took time to explain things to me and address my concerns.

We absolutely love this office!! The dentists and staff are always so welcoming and make the kids feel like super hee is! My girls adore the dentists and never seem anxious when they go to their appointments. Dr Maggie and her husband both always remember us and make us feel like family. I would recommend this office for any family with children. Its the best place we have ever been to. I wish I had had them when I was a kid!!

When this practice first opened, so many people encouraged me to take my children there. It took me a while to finally book an appointment. Looking back, we should have gotten on their client list IMMEDIATELY. Everyone who recommended them was absolutely spot on with regard to the quality of work and service. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Jimmy and Dr. Maggie love children and it shows in the office and out. They go out of their way with customer care and make everyone feel like family. the five star rating isnt high enough to reflect my familys experience. Kudos to great work!

Hands down, BEST dentist in Western NC! As a part of a pastoral family who moves frequently, I’ve lived all over WNC. When I became a mom obviously I looked for a dentist that had experience with children and understood that children aren’t just “little adults.” I’ve taken my children to different dentists in each place we lived because, of course, it’s easier to have dental care in the town where you live. Each office we tried was a complete disaster. I’ll spare you the details, but suffice it to say, some folks shouldn’t be working with children. Fast forward a few years to our move to Randolph County. Yet again I started searching for a new dentist. Y’all, I’m telling you we walked into home here at Randolph Pediatric Dentistry. They took my immensely frightened little girl and made her laugh, comfortable and when her first visit was over, ask when she could come back! What?! Amazing! The care here is top-notch, staff is amazing, and communication is spot on! We actually moved away (2+ hours away) and I still drive my kids back to this office. We aren’t leaving the best pediatric dentist around, no matter how far away we live.

I cannot say enough good things about Randolph Pediatric Dentistry! Both of my sons love Dr. Maggie!! My then 4 year old now 5 (who loves candy) had to have a lot of work done and Dr. Maggie went over the treatment plan with me and we picked the best option that made me feel most comfortable. Surgery would have been the easier of the two options but I wasn’t comfortable with putting him to sleep at such a young age. Dr. Maggie scheduled 4 appointments to fix his teeth. She was so patient with him and very understanding. She called after we got home and settled in to check on him after every visit!! She did such a great job with him when it came time for my younger son to have work done I didn’t hesitate to let Dr. Maggie do the work! Everyone in the office is super nice and I highly recommend Randolph Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Absolutely the best dentist we have ever been too! They both go the extra mile to make sure my girls are happy and receive the best care! They definitely have your best interest at heart and truly care about their patients. As a mother, that means the world to see how much they love and care for them! If I could give them more then 5 starts I would! Both Maggie and James are phenomenal! My little girl broke her tooth at school on an orange seed! I know..I know. They fit her right in. We got here they took X-rays and while Kayla was in there she told the dental assistant that she trusted Mrs. Maggie and Mr. James. That is a big step for a child to say, especially about a dentist. As I sit here and see Mrs.Maggie and her staff interact with Kayla, I can see the love that her and her staff have for children. I am truly blessed to have them be her dentist and look forward to many more years with them. Thank you so much!!

My children enjoy visiting Dr. Maggie and Dr. Jimmy! They make sure that my kids are comfortable when they are checking their teeth. They go over our treatment plans and help to make their dental work affordable. Our oldest son has had quite a bit of dental work and Dr. Maggie would either call or text to make sure he is doing well afterwards. They are truly a family oriented business!!

This is an absolutely incredible practice. Dr. Maggie and Dr. Jimmy make a remarkable team of two individuals that not only demonstrate a proficiency in the field of dentistry, but clearly have an aptitude for working with such a diverse group of people. Fortunately for the community they chose to gravitate towards pediatric care. They treated our children attentively and with good-natured amiability. It’s so clear they are caring doctors with natural ease and affability. Their staff was just as professional and polite, all while remaining discreet and diligent to each individual patient’s privacy. The office immediately feels warm and welcoming with such a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. By the considerable amount of patients and abundant smiles, I’d say the community equally values the altruism and benevolence of this practice as much as we do.

Literally the worst dentist Ive ever met. I loved him to begin with. I THOUGHT he cared, but in time, that wasnt the case. I was dismissed from his practice only because I never got a straight answer from him involving a treatment plan. His first inclination is surgery. This doesnt always have to be done. He takes things very personally. I truly feel like he has pride issues. He trash talked other dentists in the area for his work to be poor as well. Im so glad I went to another dentist. So worth the drive because she takes really good care of all of my children and FIXED his poor work WITHOUT surgery. Im really sorry that I felt I needed to leave such a poor review. I just want others to be weary of him. I know he has a lot of positive reviews, and I would have left that, but I always wait a little while to see how well they treat you over a period of time. The office staff was great though! So 5 stars for the wonderful office staff and 1 star for him, unfortunately.

The staff are all super friendly! They do a great job explaining each individual step on a kids level to really make your child calm and comfortable! They really care about their patients!

I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Jimmy and Dr. Maggie any louder!! My child has been a patient of the practice for about three years and she genuinely looks forward to her appointments and talks about the doctors on a first name basis! While not all appointments are the most pleasant (teeth have been pulled and cavities filled), I know they always have my childs best interest at heart and do a wonderful job thoroughly explaining treatment plans to both kids and parents. They take a personal interest in each child and have gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure my child got the care she needed, even after hours. I feel like this type of client service is a rarity these days and I am truly grateful to have found Randolph Pediatric Dentistry.

My son had to be transferred here for some special treatment on his teeth. Randolph Pediatric Dentistry could not have been a better fit. From the waiting room, to the staff, to the exam rooms, to the giant gum ball machine full of prizes at the end, it is obvious that this place has a main focus on the family. They worked with us and our insurance to make sure that care could be done in a timely manner yet in line with our insurance plan so it didn’t put us in the hole. Dr Maggie even took special care, researching new techniques to tackle my sons special teeth needs. We are now happy to say that Randolph Pediatric Dentistry has become our regular pediatric dentist. We even recommend Dr Jimmy and Dr Maggie to our friends who are looking for a better pediatric dentistry. A great family to look after your family’s teeth.

Everyone was catering to my daughter during her first visit. I was so pleased with the dedication in providing a smooth experience for her since she is only 3 years old. Our son was terrified of going to the dentist. After just a couple visits our son now hops up in the seat like he has been doing it for years. My daughter has been going to Dr. Maggie since her first visit to the dentist as a toddler. They are extraordinary. After a few fillings and spacers Alaina still has no idea that she gets shots to numb her mouth. The Fetners are the perfect dentists for any children. Wish they had adult dentists like you two!! We love you! Alaina tells her assistants she likes it when Dr. Maggie checks her teeth. Dr. James is amazing with playing like a child himself. The kids love going to the dentist. Very much recommended!!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my 18 month and me!It was a very positive first dental experience, we will be going back. They are affordable and offer cash discount. Downside: The waiting room and parking lot were very cramped!

Dr. Maggie and Dr. Jimmy are absolutely incredible pediatric dentists! My son was referred to them via his primary dentist for dental care due to many concern areas on multiple teeth at such a young age. They set-up a four-visit plan to fix his teeth which allowed us to avoid possible out-patient surgery. They were very good to clearly explain the details of each procedure, making us and our son comfortable about every appointment. After many visits (i.e. cavity fillings, tooth extraction, perfectly placed white crowns) my son actually asked if he could go back “just one more time” because he honestly loves them both so much! After every appointment we received a call and/or text checking in on our son. We have now permanently shifted to Randolph Pediatrics for all of our son’s dental appointments and will be taking our youngest son in the near future. You cannot ask for a more loving and patient team to ensure dental success for your children!

Drs. Maggie and Jimmy are simply the best! Their entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming to our girls! They have been great for our regular visits as well as any special visits we’ve had. One of my daughters had to have some extra work done. Dr. Maggie was very thorough as we talked about treatment options and answered any questions I had - and encouraged them! She also called the afternoon of the procedure to follow up on how she was doing. Can’t say enough great things about their care and practice!

I once had to pick up my 6 year old daughter from swimming in a lake, during summer camp, to take her to her dentist appointment. Other kids were feeling bad for her, and she said I dont mind, I love the dentist! We cant praise Dr. Maggie, Dr. Jimmy and the entire staff at Randolph Pediatric Dentistry enough, they really are amazing!

Dr. James Fetner is awesome! He remembered my son from his first visit 6 months ago when he was only 14 months old! My son went to another pediatric dentist in Asheboro for his very first visit and I was not pleased. So, I decided to look elsewhere and we gave Randolph Pediatric Dentistry a try. My son has had some traumatic experiences with doctors so the very first visit he was terrified but it didnt take him long to see that there was nothing to be afraid of. Everyone was so kind and they worked with him well and they did whatever was necessary to make him feel comfortable. Every visit from then on has been a breeze and he actually gets excited to go, which of course makes me happy! He even had to have some work done in the hospital which of course he wasnt happy about and he was scared just like any other toddler would be, but he was well taken care of and we were updated very often and everything was explained by the dentist himself thoroughly. The work that was done was great and we have had no issues since then and my son gets awesome checkups each time. We love Dr. Fetner and cant imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Jimmy is a life saver yall! We left kids smiles bc of issues this morning and they worked my son in for an extraction due to an issue that kids smiles caused. Had an amaizing first visit to Randolph Pediatric Dentisty! I still cannot believe that my son did so great today! Dr. James Fetner is such a great dentist, and works so great with children.
