My kids have been going to Dr. Connors office for 6 years. I absolutely love them everyone is nice and always polite. When you have a appointment you are in and out never more then 20 mins. I would recommend this Drs office to every parent with kids from birth to 18 years old. They even have a phone where on weekends you can reach a Dr if you need..

Dr. Connors and his staff are excellent. They have always accommodated my son if he needs a last minute visit. The wait time when you are actually inside the exam rooms is not long at all. I am thankful for Dr. Connors and all his help with my childs well-being.

My son has been going here for about 1-1/2 years. He has gi tract issues and it is affecting his wanting to use the bathroom. Hes 6 years old, about to turn 7. In the beginning, they referred me to a specialist, over a year after going; things werent improving.I call Premier Pediatrics and ask what I can do it to bring him in, to further pursue his medical issues.I also mentioned that he is hurting himself when he gets frustrated and he gets frustrated a lot. It concerned me. They said to sit him on the toilet regularly, in reference to his bathroom problem and said theyd set him up with a behavioral therapist.I HAVE been taking him to the bathroom regularly over a year after he saw the specialist... Its not working. Yet they such with this advice. Also, two weeks later, I take him to Premier with a sore throat.I mentioned about not getting from anyone about a behavioral therapist. Explained I called 2 weeks prior and was told theyd set something up.They said they talk to someone and if I didnt hear from them in a week, to call them. Really?!This shouldve done been set up. Im not chasing them down, when theyre supposed to be professional and set this up, like they said they would. Its been over a month and a half, and Noone contacted me about a behavioral therapist. Im done! Theyve had ample time to set something up. F that place and the people that failed my son.I called Medicaid and am having a new card issued for my son for a different doctor. I dont have time to play the waiting game when my child is involved.

Today was my first time going back since covid occurred. As soon as I went I felt right at home again. Especially because of the dental assistant I had, Misty Lambeth. She was so nice, gentle with my mouth and seemed like she genuinely cared. Also she is a great person to have a conversation with. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

My kids have both been patients here since birth and we have seen all three providers. Dr. Connors is great! Lauren is OUTSTANDING. We appreciate her patience and thorough attention to the kids so much. She never fails to answer all my questions, and the nursing staff never gets frusterated when I call. Front desk staff is always very easy to work with & they always get us in quickly, they even go above and beyond to work us in as needed. Bottom line - we LOVE premiere pediatrics staff & there attentiveness to our sweet babies!

The staff is so caring and friendly, they always have time for my son .We love the rooms and they always makes my son feel like he is getting the best of care. Coming from New York where you feel like a number instead of a patient, you will always get a welcome feeling here. Thank You Premier Pediatrics.

My 19 month old daughter just became a new patient in this office. I switched her from a family practice and I am so pleased. Ive already brought her in twice for sick visits only and they got me in as soon as they could. You can tell they keep the best interest of the patient in mind. Weve seen Dr. Conners and Lauren the PA so far and they are both so thorough and take their time with you. I felt like my daughter was their only patient. Not to mention they have Saturday hours for sick visits! Also my daughter loves all the walls (they are painted like characters and animals) and the fish tank in the middle. I am so thankful my daughter is a patient here. If you are looking for a wonderful pediatric office to take your child(ren) this is the place for you!!

The PA and doctor there is amazing! My son has been going there since he was two and he is now currently six!! I highly recommend this office! Only issue ive ever had has been with a rude receptionist who works there. I honestly think dealing with her negativity is way worth it because Jennifer (the PA) is awesome and sooo caring!! She goes above and beyond for her patients!! If your in need of a doctor go check them out! && they accept medicaid! =)

I felt I was rushed at my appointments on several occasions. I had a legitimate concern and I felt it was blown off before I was even finished telling the provider everything. So I didnt say much more because I felt I wasnt being heard. By the point I wanted to take my child elsewhere. Now with this being said, I did call to speak with the office manager because I wanted to make sure other patients didnt end up feeling the same. I didnt think I was going back. After speaking with the manager, she spoke with me for a good long while. She was very nice. I will be giving them one more chance after speaking with her. I was very appreciative of the time she spent with me on the phone and the fact she listened. I hope this leads to better quality care for my children and other future patients that go there. The other office staff, front desk, nurses/medical assistants, etc are awesome. Just thought Id throw this in there. :)Update a couple years later: After I decided to stay I have had mostly good experiences with my children. Dr. Conner is great and when my kids don’t see him I take them to Jennifer. Both are great. Overall I’ve been happy with the care my children have received. It’s easy getting in touch with the nurses and they ALWAYS promptly get back in touch with you and take care of your questions and concerns. Any referrals that have been done for my children have been done in a timely manner as well. So I give the nursing staff 5 stars.

Yesterday I called to see if they would work him in around 11ish and they finally called me back at 2:45ish and said to have him there between 3:30 and 4:30. Im in greensboro and rush home to get him all the way to asheboro by then(told the nurse on the phone I could be there by 4:45 and she said it was fine.) Well anyways we had set up an appt for this morning in case I didnt make it yesterday by the cutoff time.Anyways, I get my son in the door at 4:26, the receptionist gets to me at 4:29 and tells me to go wait in the waiting room. 15 min later another receptionist comes out and says they cant see me, that she told my husband they could not fit me in at all and to come in the morning. First off, she never told him that. She told him to bring him and to have him there by 4:30, which we later agreed 4:45 was fine. Secondly, there was no one in the waiting room, not a soul. There were 4 cars in the parking lot, parked in faculty parking area, which once again made me think they were not busy.Well, long story short they absolutely refused to see him despite what I had been told and I took him to Urgent Care this morning and he was put on steroids, breathing treatment and antibiotics. They said he had bronchitis and an ear infection. I dont usually make trips to urgent care for my kids, but we are currently transferring doctors offices right now as of yesterday. I had decided before this ever happened to make a switch, and this was just the icing on the cake. I know I came in a few min before the first supposed cutoff time but dont tell a mother she has til 4:45 and she gets there 20 min prior and you tell her you are slammed when there is not a soul there, and refuse to see her coughing and hacking son.So to all my friends looking for a pediatrician, I wouldnt recommend Premiere Pediatrics. This is just one of the obstacles along with them sending Natalie home with strep with no meds, and then decide 3 days later she needs an antibiotic, even tho her strep test came back positive on the initial visit and pretty much made her suffer those extra 3 days.Smh they are a joke.
