After explaining that I was unable to catch my breath at work yesterday while physically working, I was told to go to work today after I take one of the antibiotics and prednisone and they will make me feel better. Even the pharmacist agreed that meditations do not work instantly. So Im off to physically excert myself and hope I make it through the day not being able to catch my breath. Your company is a joke and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kimberly is a good p.a but the staff really let this place down.If you need a referral then you be as well to not bother asking. You always have to chase the office staff down to do stuff. Speak to a dr on your behalf or make a referral.I will be changing drs soon

Great place but not recommended. Awful with referrals with tri-care. I love how they say they will call back but never do. BTW, that referral never got put in till I switched to another practice no matter how many times we contacted the clinic to follow up.

Im rating the overall experiences Ive had there. The wait times can be lengthy at certain times of the day, but that is because they actually take time with their patients. Ive seen all 3 of the providers here and love them all. My favorite is Lauren. Ive seen SOOOO many doctors in my short 30 year of life and she is in the top 3 of ALL of them. I have had few dealings with Beth and Francisco, but have greatly enjoyed their expertise and manners. Occasionally theres an off day for everyone in the office, but thats true of anywhere (including your own home!). They are almost always able to see me the same day I call. Ive taken 2 of my kids there since they were born and have been absolutely pleased. The nurses will typical give call back the same day I leave a message but no later than 24hrs. The couple times I had an urgent question I called reception and had them ask right away with no problems. Excellent practice!

Best group of medical professionals in town. Highly recommend them! From the moment you arrive the front staff is very caring, the nurses and doctors who are knowledgeable and wanting to help with your medical services. You will not be disappointed!

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We took our newborn there as they were recommended to us by my doctor when I was pregnant. We always spend at least 1.5 hours there as they are slow as Christmas. When it was time for our baby to get her 3 month shots - which the appointment had been scheduled for over a month - they didnt have 3 of the vaccines to give her. The office manager ordered the shots and scheduled for me to come back 2 weeks after they were due to arrive. Fast forward a month and my baby is a month behind on getting 3 of her important vaccines and I show up for my appointment only to be informed after waiting 20 mins that the vaccines had not come in and they had failed to call and tell me that before I took off work and took my 3 month old up there. Now they want me to wait another month for the vaccines to come in making my child 2 months behind on important vaccines. No Thanks Hodges. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. We saw Bill and we enjoyed him and he was knowledgeable and caring and took time to listen to us but the office is such a disaster its not worth it. We will not be back.

The office staff is a good group of folks. I absolutely do NOT like the Phreesa tablet (technology) they use to check us in. They said they would call me back to reschedule my appt but never did. Im going to look for a new physician.

I called into Hodges Family as a new patient, needing to find a doctor soon. The lovely ladies at the front desk informed me on the new patient process, and I went in to fill out the paper work. Since it was an urgent issue, the ladies informed me of the time frame, but were able to get me into see a doctor quickly. I am so glad that they did! Come to find out I was having some major medical issues and thanks to the front desk staff and the doctors I was able to catch it before it turned into something much worse. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Hodges Family Practice. Without you I might not be here! Highly Recommend!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. At one time they had an AMAZING doctor Lauren Young but shes since left the practice. Because I loved her I kept going to this doctors office even though most of the nurses are absolutely some of the most rude people Ive ever met in my life. The wait times are horrendous, if you think that getting early will get you back to be seen early (or even on time) think again. A normal wait time is 1 hour (after your appointment was supposed to start) to 2 hours. I have gone to this doctors office at least once a month for the last 2 and a half years but Im completely done giving them chance after chance. I use an online mail delivery pharmacy and every time I need a refill it takes me and my pharmacy calling and faxing for at least a week or more to get them to send the prescription that the doctor wrote me. Every time Ive ever gone to this doctors office Ive either seen the staff gossip, pick petty fights with each, or a patient get so fed up with the lack of professionalism and care that they storm out. Ive seen sweet people turn very sour with what patients are subjected to in this doctors office. Please heed my advice and find a different doctors office.

Worst doctor ever. My father has been going to Dr. Hodges for years. Dr Hodges said my father was great at every visit. My father has now been in ICU for almost 2 weeks because Dr. Hodges missed something simple and now my father might die. I would not recommend him to anyone.

A great group of Doctors with a lot of services to offer. I would recommend to my friends and family.

The only good thing is a short wait time. I was here 3 times. Was never satisfied with any visit. The final straw was I had a UTI and couldnt take off work and they would not send a referral to Urgent Care because they had an opening that day (did not care I couldnt make it due to work). Felt rushed each visit.

My grandfather went here, and his doctor kept saying he was fine. Then, the doctor kept missing many illnesses he actually had, almost all he would easily have died from. I wouldnt touch this place with a 5 mile long pole

The two stars are for the awesome gals at the front desks. They are always kind, patient and very compassionate.Terrible patient care. They overbook and are always in a hurry to get you in and out. No compassion or care at all from the PAs. I have yet to be able to book an appointment with the actual doctors. I am a health care worker myself and I have never seen such unkind, uncaring people in my life.I always have to call repeatedly to get them to call in prescriptions they had promised to call in to the pharmacy. They almost never prescribe what they had said they were prescribing. Ive overheard patients complaining that they were prescribed the wrong meds or have been given medications that have bad interactions with other medications or conditions. I whispered to one elderly couple that they should get a new doctor.Unfortunately my insurance provider is taking its time giving me permission to switch doctors. I have several conditions that require routine medical care and I absolutely dread booking appointments with these medical morons.Lauren completely missed a gall stone diagnosis for my daughter and sent her to a gastro doc in error. I had a kidney stone the size of a gumball that Bill missed completely.Be aware that if you are the least bit over weight or female, they will blame this on whatever your issue is. Brain tumor? Its because youre fat. Ingrown toenail? Youre overreacting to your period. I hate to use the word moron, but it is the only word that fits here.

Got charged two times for one apointment from a year ago, just now got a THIRD bill for the SAME exact thing! We paid the bill the first time and were forced to the second because they kept a poor file of the payment, finally got it straightend out and just got a third bill in the mail yesturday. We tried to call them and find out whats going on and someone answered then before letting my wife speak put her on hold and continued to do this multiple times. I would NOT recomend this practice to anyone!
