They really tell you everything that you will experience before and after. Very professional. I had minor surgery on my cheek to remove a lump. It went so smooth. The two ladies where so nice.Thank you so much! William

The staff is very attentive to your needs and excel in compassion. The doctors talk to you and make sure youre comfortable. Dr. Williams is fantastic. He and his nurses kept me calm throughout the whole procedure. Just fantastic and caring people!!!!

The staff is very kind and helpful and will try to accommodate you any way they can. If you don’t mind seeing a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant they are very good. I do wish that they did have a few more doctors to see patients though.

Dr Kimmel is the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to, he’s thorough and takes his time. The office stuff is friendly and very helpful. Would recommend you everyone.

I wouldnt recommend anyone that prescribes Accutane and acts like its no big deal. It begs the question if theyve ever done any actual research on skin, the microbiome, and the dangers of this drug. I was prescribed Accutane from this office 3 years ago, and was told that the side effects were normal and I would be just fine after after six months , but I still have the same side effects. The science of skin is changing, maybe they should research about that.

I have been going to the clinic for a couple of years. I have always been treated professionally yet as good friend. I am very satisfied with my treatment as a patient and as a person.

I see Shane at the Kernersville office, everyone there is wonderful. Always nice and even when I was 2 hours early for my appointment they was able to go ahead and see me.Office is always clean and restroom is also.

I see Gay Markham and just adore her. She is very thorough and makes the visit very comfortable. I really enjoy her personality as well. I highly recommend her!

The staff are great, they are friendly and I will tell everyone about them. I was made to feel relaxed while they did surgery on my neck. I am usually nerves about things like that. If you need something removed or in question of a place this where to go.

The receptionist violated the HIPAA law in the waiting room yelling our information across the room we never did get to see the doctor I hope he knows he lost a patient today because of his receptionist.

Dr Kimmel is one of the worst doctors Ive been to. Acted inconvenienced by my appointment, did not do what I asked him - which was simply look at some places on me because of a history with skin cancer. He had med students with him so he used my visit as a teaching moment. He saw fluid in my legs and kept pushing until I said it hurt - then kept on. The single worst doctor in asheboro and I hate Asheboro Dermatology after a single visit because of it. Family members have been to Dr Williams and I would recommend you specify Doctor Williams when booking an appointment.

Not kid friendly. If u were referred for pediatric I would suggest go elsewhere. Had a 840 appointment waited with two 3 year Olds for 40 minutes. While watching 5 people who came in after us go back. I asked how much longer and it seems it takes hours to check insurance idk. Or maybe the lady was incompetent. When I asked for cards back we were leaving. She didnt seem to care.. Like I said not kid friendly. Get many angry stares from older patients, nothing for them in waiting room and staff was down right rude.

High recommend!! After two miss diagnosis, Gay Markham, ANP saw me and knew exactly what I had and how to treat me! Office was clean, cheerful and very professional. Worth my hour drive to go here. Also you don’t have to wait a month for a dermatologist... usually can see same day or two.

I am super not pleased with how my younger sister was treated by J. Todd Williams while she was at work in Brunswick County. While she was taking his order he took out his card and wrote his phone number and after asking how old she was, he wrote Accutane on the card and said how much it would help her skin. This is totally unprofessional and rude behavior to give a 16 YEAR OLD who is on shift at work unsolicited skin care advice, and to especially recommend a very intense drug that is hormone changing. She came home in hysterics over this card, because this is obviously a very sensitive topic for many teenagers.I sincerely hope this is not representitive of your office, but Dr. Williams behavior was out of line and completely uncalled for.

The staff was friendly, considerate; they explained each step to do. I called later, they returned the call quick.

I have been to Dr. Williams a number of times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Williams has a very happy and pleasant personality so is always a pleasure to see! He does good work too!! 😊

Friendly knowledgeable staff.Did not have to wait long.Everything ran smoothly-very rare in this modern day! I definitely would recommend these folks!

I walked in, filled out papers, they called me to the back, told me what I had on my leg and before I realized it they was already prepping me for surgery. My place was removed off my leg within 5 mins! Very happy. :-)

Most importantly the staff seems nice enough and competent. What I didn’t like was the loud country music in the waiting room and WHO DOESNT OFFER THEIR CLIENTS FREE WIFI NOWADAYS?! (there’s even multiple signs stating “no public WiFi 😂) I mean seriously? Lol. Ridiculous. The NP i saw seemed knowledgeable but not exactly warm and friendly. Overall I would go back, but seriously with the country music and no WiFi lol.

1st visit, she gave my son an oitment and the SAME medicine I had told her he was allergic to.2nd visit, nothing worth mentioning besides telling me my son was going to be checked by the Dr. on the next visit and I asked her so you are not A doctor?3rd visit, the Dr. and her were discussing the treatment for my son with their backs turned to us, the Dr. was asking questions to HER instead of us and every time I said something they ignored me.We left.
