The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I had the best experience i could ever ask for when seeking hearing help services. I felt like the man on the Good Feet commercial expressing joy in being able to move his feet while walking and not feel pain. The day I left out of the office with my hearing aids it was like hearing for the first time in years; sounds that i wasnt hearing was music to my soul, and walked out with a new confidence and a new sense of existence. Next visit was just as awesome and my devices did not even need adjusting. Chris Smith did an excellent job adjusting on the first round. I would recommend Audibel Hearing Solutions a thousand times.

My mother has suffered from hearing loss for many years but was slow to accept it. Over the past year, I noticed her hearing loss was too the point I needed to take action quickly. I needed to find a facility I could trust to give my mother the best care, but I wasnt comfortable with the hearing centers located near my mother. Ive known Chris for several years and knew hed be the right person to help my mother. To accommodate my schedule so I could make it to a doctors appointment, Chris and Joyce came in early so that theyd have plenty of testing time with my mother. To make the check in process speedier, they mailed all the new patient forms so I could have them completed before the appointment. From the time my mother walked into the testing room, Chris made sure my mother felt comfortable and relaxed. He explained the testing and scoring to both of us. During the testing steps, he made sure she was comfortable and asked if either of us had any questions. When Chris fitted her with the sample hearing aids, the look on her face when she could hear was priceless!! Chris had single-handed ended the Hearing War!!! My mother was so happy with the sample hearing aids, she nearly cried when Chris took them out. Seeing the superb care Chris gave my mother and the interaction between them, I made the right decision to drive 4 hours to bring her to Audibel. I moved to NC from PA in February and started to experience some changes with my hearing aide. I looked for a doctor that serviced Starkey hearing aides and found Audibel in Asheboro.
