AMAZING!! Great Staff - Jennifer & Dana are amazing!! My girlfriend and I loved them! They are very friendly and great at recommending follow up treatment and ways to take care of yourself. The studio is beautiful and very well equipped, I recommend the Steam Showers for either before or after your massage.

Danielle really delivers when it comes to facials! She customized my treatment to my specific skin type and needs. Shes is super friendly, offers great advice and an awesome neck/upper body massage while I was waiting during my 75 min appt. I wound up joining the monthly club. Ive always had great experiences with massages in the past as well. Clean, friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Ive been seeing Veronica for a few years now, and she hands down does the best bikini wax Ive ever had! I don’t live in the area anymore but I make it a point to go see her! She’s personable, professional, & clean. Highly recommend!

Rich Killian did an excellent job of analyzing and correcting my Starting Strength lifting form while explaining the reasons for the corrections. He packed a great deal of teaching and information into a one-hour session. Thanks to Rich, I now have much more confidence in my form, which at my age is the most important aspect of Starting Strength.

I went to Kur for the first time today and I was not disappointed at all! Veronica was fantastic. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. I was extremely relaxed and my face is glowing. I actually loved it so much I just booked my next one. I highly recommend!

We opted for a couples massage. During Covid they were very careful to ensure we were able to do that safely. Peter and Amanda were attentive informative and excellent. Peter listened to all of my pain areas prior to the massage and followed my requests precisely. It was my beau’s first time and he loved it, he is not very relaxed in new and slightly odd situations but he told me he wants to go back and I told him my massage was the best I’ve ever had (because it was). My massage with Jorge was fantastic. I came in with lower back pains and after he worked those muscles, I felt incredibly better. The next day, I woke up feeling better and didn’t have the tightness as before. Jorge was wonderful and I highly recommend him.

Dermabrasion was great and Pina is very professional, knowledgeable, and educated about the skin. I highly recommend Kur the front desk also great to work with very accommodating.

I went to Kur to meet with Kimberly Kubicke for an Ayurveda consultation. Kimberly was great. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The studio was clean and it smelled good. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The cost for yoga seems reasonable and they have a great offer for new members. I am definitely looking forward to returning. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because I havent tried their other services yet.

I loved my deep tissue massage with Rodney. I appreciated his firm, yet relaxing touch. He checked in several times throughout the massage to be sure his was using the right amount of pressure and that I felt satisfied with the amount of attention he gave each of my trouble spots. He also shared some of the things he was noticing. I would highly recommend him!

I have been going to Kur Studios for yoga classes regularly for about three years now, and all of the services offered here are above my expectations. The yoga classes are intimate and all of the teachers offer great practices that I thoroughly enjoy. The massage therapists always leave me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized after a good massage. If you live in Asbury, or are just visiting for the weekend, I recommend any and all services that Kur has to offer!!

I really enjoyed my microdermabrasion facial and my aesthetician Veronica was very informative and professional, not to mention nice! It was a really enjoyable experience and I cant wait to come back and do a full hour! Well worth the money!

The spa area was very sanitary, tidy, and serene (other than orange as part of branding). I particularly liked the individual steam shower area after the massage. My massage therapist was fantastic and incredibly responsive to my needs. I dont live in Asbury Park but Ill be sure to make excuses to travel down there to come back. Thank you!

When Pina does my facials regularly I am so confident and I can go out without any makeup and with 24/7 glow! Both Pina and Veronica are extremely talented estheticians. Beautiful spa. I really enjoyed my first class of many at Kur, very friendly environment and a welcoming facility . It is not a huge studio so you get that personal attention and Suzy is excellent in explaining / showing how to do the different poses.There is parking at the back of studio, just get there a bit early!This little “gem” is well worth joining.

The Yoga classes at Kur are excellent. They wall is tons of fun for you yogi dorks. All the teachers Ive had were very knowledgeable and their classes were enjoyable.The people all thoroughout the organization are great people. My finance and I did a living social promotion and mixed up our dates. In combination with some procrastinating combined with not being very local, we kept pushing off dates. We went to class and our passes had just expired. The staff gave it to us and even gave us some more time to get all of our classes. Very cool gesture that will endear us for a long time.Great facilities, great people, great yoga classes.

Great staff and yoga instructors. Love the floating on air feeling after a fabulous yoga class. Bummed they discontinued their earlier morning athletic yoga class but hoping they bring it back. It was a great way to start the day.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE Kur!! The Gentle Yoga classes are great but mostly we look forward to our monthly deep tissue massages. We have tried several massage therapists and enjoyed them all (Peter, Rodney, Kenny, Tara, and Kayte). The front desk staff (Veronica, Caitlyn, and Troy) are always so friendly and professional. Tee’s Vinyasa class was great to unwind to at the end of my day. Friendly and inviting, it helped me to re-align and refocus my body and mind. As soon as you walk in youre greeted in a warm posh environment. The staff is incredible and the services are beyond any that I have had.Ive had massages by Rodney (phenomenally relaxing) David (helped me with my tennis elbow) and Rich (right after a work out so the stretches were amazing)I had a wonderful facials and waxing services too.The yoga classes are a judgement free zone where I was able to really think about my own practice and do the best I could possibly do.I even tried the personal training with Rich and it went by so fast because it was interactive yet informative so before I knew it I actually had worked out!Highly suggest!

I work locally so decided to give it a try since I always past by during my walking. I wanted to know the different specials they offer but couldnt really help to overhear the yoga instructor sharing with clients of how bad and gross the termite and roach issue is here. So that immediately was a red flag. There was also a black woman who was very helpful and sweet. It seemed as if she was in training the girl that was training her need to give her some breathing space she was very loudly chewing gum and smacking in the poor girl ear. Then when I walk by later in the day the same black girl is cleaning windows. Cleaning and taking out trash while the man with the red hair and beard just watched her with 2 garbage cans very disgusting. Men should be taking out the trash. This place seems very unwelcoming to certain types and I would highly recommend that woman take her talents elsewhere.

I have been using Rich as a trainer for the last few months. I have loss close to 40 lbs and have never felt better. Rich is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He regularly mixes different exercises and weight training activities so it never gets boring and remains a challenge. If your looking for a trainer, give him a try - you wont be disappointed. Additionaly, the facilities are top notch and the owner, Troy is very attentive keeps a close eye everything.

I had a wonderful East/West Massage yesterday by Rodney. I would definitely recommend him, he used the right amount of pressure, firm, but not painful.

I dont normally splurge on myself but recently with the help of a gift certificate I did just that. My day started with a haircut and shave where I normally go in Redbank followed by a 3 hour spa package at Kur which included a sea salt scrub, mud wrap, steam shower, hand and foot wrap, deep tissue massage and a facial. It was the most relaxing 3 hours I ever had! The staff at Kur is amazing. Stop in and treat yourself, you wont regret it.

The staff was welcoming, personable, and professional. My treatment was exactly what I needed. Ken asked about preferences before starting so I knew exactly what to expect. When I arrived my stress levels were off the charts. When I left , I felt more like myself and significantly less stressed.

I love Kur! Ive been a regular for almost a year now. Maggie is my favorite yoga teacher - shes very knowledgeable and her guidance helps keep me properly aligned during poses. I have bad back pain, and always feel better if I regularly attend her class. Pina does is an incredible esthetician - she has magic hands! Kur is a beautiful yoga and wellness studio in the heart of Asbury Park. The yoga class are excellent. I spend a couple weekends in Asbury during the summer and always look forward to practicing yoga at Kur.
