Don’t go with the outside, inside is awesome. This is hands down the best foot massage place, the quality of service is very good. Heated blankets with heated eye cover and nice ambience inside, no weird smells. Only issue I have is the tip demand, labeled as massage standard for tipping, well there is no such standard and staff should not make face with whatever is given. Sometimes it’s excellent you just don’t have the 20 so!?

When checking the website before calling I saw at the bottom of their web page “ Prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the services menu at your location to confirm pricing.”When I called to confirm pricing I asked about the 30 minute and when I started asking about the other prices for different durations Of time they rudely told me “you can check prices online ok thanks bye”And they hung up the phone. It sounds like this place may have been promising but their customer service was quite awful.I have no problem doing my own research so as to not make the therapists use their time on the phone while working or if they’re busy, however hanging up the phone after a 17 second call duration when the website states the prices can change without any notice seems a little ridiculous. 🤷🏽

Went there for my first experience and when I handed money for a tip they asked for more money which I thought was rude. I would not recommend this place

My boyfriend and I went in for a basic foot and back massage which is advertised as an hour for thirty dollars. Minh not only tried to over charge us by saying 45 for 45 minutes but spent 20 minutes arguing with me about it. The prices were posted on her wall and she still tried to tell me different. I then proceeded to tell her that I was going to be late for my sons football game and had to get going since we spent so much time going back and forth. Mind you, all of this is happening while her employees are holding a phone to my mouth and Minh is on the phone. After telling her that I didn’t have time anymore she yelled “fuck you” through the phone and we left. We had two great experiences prior to this. We will no longer be coming back.

I started attending Mins business over four years ago. Oddly, I have Honors in Massage Therapy, but never obtained a license. I chose a different career path. Nevertheless, Mins is an amazing experience! Her massage therapists work tough and charge so little. Everytime I leave Mins I feel like a whole person. I work out intense and I love when I get a fantastic massage. Moreover, I love how sanitary her place, not a bunch o naked bodies. Instead, I feel no violation or stranger touching my skin. Meaning, I remain pure and whole and untouched by a naked hand about someone I dont know. I love Min for keeping my purity sacred and she is only place in town I grab a massage, due to how sacred her place is. Thanks Min! You are the best!

Just don’t try to go in, no one is there and they get super angry when you ask about appointments. I can’t rate the massage. The woman on the phone got super angry that I was at the store. Super busy I guess, it just says on the sign come in to make an appointment. Things don’t always go your way, there’s a bingo joint next door though, that’s fun

I will not be returning to Min’s Foot Massage Arvada location for the following three reasons:1. When leaving, I left a nine dollar tip for a $30 massage. The man kept aggressively pointing to the sign that said $20 for exceptional service is the standard tip. For those of you wondering if this is traditional of a foot massage place, it is not. If there is a sign like that, find another spot. I politely told him that I will tip what I originally said .. 30% of the massage cost. He kept sliding back the payment pad to pressure me to change the $9 to a higher tip. When I said I’m not changing the tip, he looked at me with disgust and repetitively shook his head. This type of pressuring customers to pay nearly the same amount of the massage as the tip is unprofessional and unacceptable.2. The massage started thirty minutes after the appointment time (this would be ok if this was the only thing).3. I was given a different massage than the one I reserved. This would have also been ok if it was the only thing.There are better places for quality and professionalism.

The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean and quiet with good smell. My masseur was Harry. He was very attentive and skilled. I know a little bit about Chinese massage, and he did everything right. My feet and neck felt amazing after the massage! A new place for me to go to whenever I go to Denver.I’m not sure why people keep complaining about the tips. Min’s charges only $30 or $35 an hour. Most places charge $60 to $70 an hour plus tips. If you know how to do basic math, even if you give the masseur 100% tips, it’s still very inexpensive compares to most places. The owner provides services with lower prices to help their employees make a bit more money. The masseurs here are very skilled and kind. Don’t you think they deserve bigger tips for their time and service?

Massage was amazing!! Really clean everything was perfect. Only problem is that they expected AT LEAST a $20 tip for each person (would of ended up being $40 extra!!) they were very pushy about the tip and they ended up getting mad because we only gave them $20!

Mins foot massage is a great place to get a good massage for a cheap price, yet once the massage ends I believe the owner of the establishment is sitting outside waiting for the payment and also asks how much you would like to tip your massage therapist. We always say $15 for the tip and the owner always says that’s not enough for the tip and basically makes us tip $20. This last time that my mom and i had went she had given us this whole speech about how that’s not enough to tip her employees and even went as far as saying that the next time we come in she’s gonna charge us more then the price listed. I thought this was very unprofessional and also rude. If you want a good massage mins is the spot to go but be prepared to deal with the very rude owner at the end.

The gentleman massaging me clearly did not want to be there. He spent more time going backwards and forward to get things that he did massaging. He was rubbing my bone and ribs over and over on my back. His nails were digging into me whilst he was rubbing my feet. I wanted to love this place! I heard rave reviews but this was just another body to rub from a person who didn’t care what he was doing.

Just finished getting a massage here and this place is amazing. I usually frequent these places about 3 to 4 times a month and since I am a travel nurse I have been to them in many different places. This place has by far been one of my favorites! They do ask you for a larger tip at the end but the reason why is because they keep their prices very low. Most of the other places that I have been charged $35 or $40 for the massage and then you tip on top of that. It is not my opinion that an extra $10 tip for a total of $40 is too much to ask as I left $15. They go above and beyond with the hot stones as well as something that they beat on your legs and feet with. I know it sounds weird but it feels amazing. All the extras this place puts in are totally worth the extra tip in my opinion. Will be coming back here every Monday until I leave my current contract in Colorado!

I love this place! Been coming here for over a year and keep coming back for a reason. Professional and clean! Today I had a 2 hour massage then did an hour on the detox hot bed and then another hour massage. I could spend all day here if I didnt have to get home to the kidos. Please be kind and tip well for a good massage. Let them know if you want harder or softer, they will ask you as well. Its worth knowing I have had a 2hr massage every other week for 18 years and this is my new favorite place.

Min is a healer!! I have been in so much pain on my left side neck and shoulder for many months now and have a hard time sleeping. Min’s technique was painful but I knew it was working.She was funny and endearing and really wanted to help me. I will go see her again and am so happy to have found her

WONDERFUL massage!!! The technicians are amazingly skilled and the location is clean and relaxing. However it is RIDICULOUS to expect a 57% tip (they expect a $20 tip on a $35 service). There is a sign on the front desk giving options of excessively high tips with associated levels of quality ($20=excellent, $15= fair, $10=poor, etc). If you do not abide by these guidelines you will be pressured into giving a higher tip. Although the prices of the services are low, they won’t let you leave without giving a HUGE tip. A 20% tip is considered industry standard and considered generous.I won’t return for that reason alone!

Good experience. With extra perks I didn’t expect. I only got the 30min massage for $15 just to see if it was worth more. Plus I can’t sit for more than that length of time so I chose that deal. It included a warm foot bath facial and neck massage obviously reflexology in the feet and calf area. Very relaxing. I will be returning. Thank you*i took away a star because there was no one at the front for more than 20 minutes. But I waited because you can’t beat that price.

My wife discovered this massage business very recently after it opened up and has by far been the most consistently best massages in and around Denver for the last few years. The employees are super nice as well! And the prices and services cannot be beat. I consistently go back here after a stressful week or month at work and come out feeling right as rain. The outside of the building or strip mall may shy people away but this place is legit and provides top notch customer service. Highly recommended.

I get reflexology often, but this was my first time trying Min’s. I also RARELY write negative reviews, but right now I’m leaving bruised and in pain.I made an appointment for a 75 minute reflexology/body. Nina (I think) was very forceful and intense with her movements and pressure. Many times my body was being pushed around like a rag doll. After asking her twice to not be as rough, I just resorted to tensing up multiple times. Nothing about my massage was relaxing and I’m very sure I’ll be hurting tomorrow from it.When I went to the front desk to pay, I told the lady behind the counter about my experience. She just smiled and kind of told me to communicate with Nina better next time. I handed her a $5 tip, because I honestly felt bad for complaining, but she then tells me it’s a $10 tip minimum. (PS, I’ve never heard of a tip minimum before?!) I had to say no because I didn’t enjoy my massage at all! Even though Nina was standing right there and I felt awful.The only reason why I gave Min’s two stars, instead of one, is because I really liked the atmosphere and they have fair prices. Otherwise, I will not be back. ☹️

I have been going to Min’s for years and have gotten massages and cupping which I highly recommend. In February 2020 I took a really nasty fall while snowboarding and fractured my scapula, scapular neck, and glenoid which takes a lot of force. Because there are 18 soft tissues surrounding the bones that make up our shoulders I also have a lot of soft tissue damage that hurts and snaps (bursitis) when I use my shoulder. Physical therapy has not helped because my therapist has been afraid to aggressively treat me because of old neck injuries (herniated discs, pinched nerves, bone spurs, and stenosis) from competitively jumping horses. I really want to get back to my active lifestyle. I saw on Min’s webpage that she can be seen for an intensive treatment for a really great price, so I scheduled a treatment with her. She has very, very strong hands which she used to work on the knots (trigger points) that she quickly and expertly found. My range of motion is greatly improved and my pain level is greatly decreased. As a former personal injury paralegal who has been treated by many western practitioners as a favor I highly recommend her over any treatments I’ve received and I’ve received plenty over the last 20 years. She is the best at her craft and is very fun as well. I am moving to Las Vegas in a couple months, but will be back to visit friends and snowboard because I’m not always that smart and I will surely be continuing to see Min during my visits.

My experience is I do like their massage but they dont speak English and expecting $20 DOLLARS as a tip is out of this world. Then if you dont they try to embarrass you into doing just that. There must be some law against that.

My friend brought me here. I didn’t know what to expect. It was a really good experience! $25/hour foot massage is much more than just getting your feet rubbed. You sit and meditate while your feet are soaking in hot water and the lady massages your face and sinuses. It’s hard to describe- just go check it out for yourself.

I feel fantastic after a 70 minute combo session. My practitioner was very skilled. I will definitely be going back! You cant beat the weekday deal!

I waited until my second visit for this review. I’ve lived in Beijing for 7 years and this place could easily be there. I was confused by the tipping situation the first time, but was told from a friend that the masseuse makes the tip ( so it’s worth tipping well). You can’t beat this price. From the mallets, stretching, and moxibustion, it’s a great experience. Foot massages can be slightly painful (but I love them). Your butt will be massaged, and you will be in a room with other people depending on your service. If you’re looking for Four Seasons, or you’re not adventurous.. then skip. Otherwise get in here asap.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today was my first time at this location. I was expecting to leave relaxed and relieved. However, I left upset and unsatisfied. The massage wasnt comforting at all, the pressure was too hard and when I asked for softer pressure they would resume with the same hard uncomfortable pressure. The stones were too hot and I was burned on my foot. When the massage was over the lady at the desk would not let me make my own tip of 20% as I was not satisfied. She argued with me to give a $10 minimum tip. Then she was very rude toward me after the transaction was made.

Mins massage in Arvada are taking every step to stay safe is the virus pandemic. It is very clean. Masks, gloves, plexiglas and plenty of bleach cleaning are used in keeping Mins very safe. Wear loose fit clothes for your massage. Tank top and shorts are best. Excellent 60 minute massage for only $35.00! The staff are very professional. The price and safe environment cannot be beat. Try Mins massage it is a family business and you will enjoy the experience.

Fantastic place. Ive been a few times and waited to review the place so I could see if it was consistently as amazing as the first time. Its a great price(only $30 for an hour!) and even if you tip extremely well (I tipped $30), its still less expensive than an overpriced spa. My husband and I visited this location Sunday , after I had a wonderful first time experience at a reflexology place in New Orleans. I had the same service 30/30 foot/massage. Mins location definitely had a different technique. Seemed to be more about appling force and pressure rather than pressure points, which I had experienced in New Orleans. Dont get me wrong when I usually go for regular massages I prefer pressure. I must admit my shoulders did get better after visiting but it is now Thursday and my feet have been aching ever since. The reason I am writing this review so late, cause my experience with the women at the front desk when it was time to pay was UNPLEASANT. The prices are low $35 for an hour. Then they have suggested tip $10-fair $15-good $20- excellent. I decided to just go with 20 percent, the women then takes my card the says the reason its 20 percent at the restaurants is cause they have multiple customers in that hour. He has given you an whole hour ...20 percent isnt good enough. That was extremely uncomfortable, I consider myself a great tipper having a parent that relied on tips. But also remember this is gratuity, I give my nail technician 20 percent after she spends close to 2 hours on my hands and feet, shes elated. My husband explained to me they may only be paying their staff with tips. Which isnt correct, I would prefer they increase the prices to pay their staff accordingly.

Happened upon this place with help from Siri... its right down the road from my house and I didnt even know it! I was very impressed by the ambiance in the massage area, and the attention to detail when massaging. Great price, great find!! I will come again and again, now that I know its 10 min from my house and stays open till 10pm :):)

I went for the first time today. It was a good foot massage but there were a few things I did not like.1. I was very relaxed until the workers in the back room began talking very loudly.2. The hour massage lasted only 45 minutes.3. Massage was $25 and she expected a $20 tip. Thats an 80% tip!I liked the service but I dont like the pressure for a large tip.

I have had a lot of foot massages and I must say this was one of the best. They use hot stones on your feet and the mallot at the end really got the blood flowing (I swear it was gentle). The other thing to note is that an hour REALLY means an hour - as soon as they stuck my paws in the hot water they started on my shoulders and neck. I will be back. Highly recommended.

I would say its a risk to go here. I went in for an hour foot massage, the menu stated that it would be 15 min. body and 45 min foot. NOT TRUE! I got maybe 10-15 on my feet and the rest body, and it was painful!!! The massage therapist do not pay attention to body langue or tone! I was asked MANY times upon arrival what massage I wanted and when I let them know I was not happy at the end they said the worker had gotten it wrong. MIN was there and seemed nice. The atmosphere was definitely relaxing, the massage was NOT! It hurt and made me tense! I asked several times for the guy to lighten up. I truly wanted my feet massaged! I am big and strong and not at all sensitive to touch, I am not sure how this place stays open being so rough, or on the contrary, I dont know how the average person could handle that. I am young and healthy and have never had any surgeries or injuries and all I could think, was how do they know that, the type of pressure and angles they use were in fact painful and seemed harmful to anyone with restrictions or real pain. Disappointing that I wasted my time and money and my feet are still sore and the rest of my body is tense from the painful massage. I think the bargain of the hour massage for a low price is sad if they expect that you should just suffer. The other negative reviews I read on here are accurate.

The owner is UNBELIEVABLY rude. My husband and I received two massages, as a gift. We only had the exact amount of the massages, as we are having trouble with unauthorized transactions at our bank. When I did not provide a tip like she expected, she became IRATE! She yelled at me and totally embarrassed me in front of numerous people in the full lobby!!! The statements she was making and the way she was treating us was so beyond unprofessional and unethical, IT WAS HARRASSMENT!!! She told us to never come back again!!

Got a coupon for Christmas, went to use it, the person didnt speak English. I get frustrated and leave, the guy comes running out and says please talk to owner on phone (at least thats what I deduced ) I go in ,talk to owner and she then talks to the person, I get my massage, hand him the coupon,he processes the paper work, I tip him quite generously and he points to a list of recommended tipsHe wants a 66% tip,I already gave him a 33% tip.......it just wasnt that good

We come pretty often, and its usually good for its price(Ive been to places with same prices With a better service). Anyways, we came on Sunday, I felt the girl who gave me massage was so angry(she was sick btw), oh well it was not a massage she was giving me, she did not know what she was doing. She ripped my shirt on me, trying to rich to my lower back while I was laying on my back, I ve never seen anyone doing it, like she didnt know how...scratched my back. So rude. Also made me feel so uncomfortable. I used to recommend this place, but not anymore.

I stopped in last minute about 8 at night for quick foot massage. This was an amazing experience. Ive had plenty of massages however never had a massage specific to just my feet it had me on the edge of my chair felt amazing

I have had 100s of massages in my life as a hairdresser who generally works with massage therapists and ex yoga teacher who obviously worked with many massage therapists. Mins is a fantastic place to get a great deep massage for seriously the best price around. If you are looking for a wimpy massage that is just to relax then this is not the place for you. If you are looking to work out adhesions and tight muscles then I would highly recommend this place. Full body massage with cupping is wonderful. It has been a relief to get a deep massage for a great price with no talking throughout. I dont mind paying the tip for the excellent service, even at $55 with tip it is still less than any other place. I am disappointed to see so many poor reviews and complaints about the tipping.

I didnt know what to expect going in but the result was increadable. I cant recommend this place more! Ask for the $30 1 hour combo foot massage/back massage. Yesterday was my first and last time I will go to Mins. When I called to make my appointment I asked for the foot reflexology (reflexology is what they have on their board of services), the service I received was a foot massage, not reflexology - there is a difference. He applied way to much pressure using his elbow on the shoulder and back area, very sore today.When it was time to pay, I added a $10 tip - 23%. He picked up the phone and was talking and then handed me the phone, I am assuming this was the manager/owner, she started demanding that I give him a $20 tip - 45%, which I did not do. When did tips go from 15% - 20% to 45% and when did businesses start demanding 45% tips?

Sorry but all these reviews have to be lies.I went i for a foot massage and they wouldnt even listen to me. I kept telling them to stop rubbing back repeatly with some nasty lotion and then they rubbed my face with the same nasty stuff...gross! I could not wait to go home to take a shower. Btw when they finally figured out all i wanted was my feet rubbed after the sixth time telling them it was like someone continueously beating my feet. He used this hard ball back and forth. I couldnt even tell him to stop because he didnt even understand and when i got home i had bruises on my legs...whatever you do reconsider this place.

Does anyone know if the owners or employees are licensed by the state of Colorado to perform massage? I cant find them on the D.O.R.A. website which means they have no schooling and the State does not recognize them as a legitimate massage therapist business.

Showed up Friday @130pm...(was there 3 days prior and left over 100% tip) despite the fact they were open for several more hours the receptionist was curt,told me they only had 30 min sessions available and to come back tomorrow.Wont be returning.
