I been seeing Dr. Jim since the day they opened the practice, and I just love having him as my local chiropractor. My sister is a chiropractor and since we’re very close, I’m well versed in the field and been adjusted by many dozens of people. With that frame of reference in mind I can confidently state that Dr. Jim has wonderful hands—a gentle but assertive touch, and he “listens”… reading your body with both his hands and his intuition. I have a recurring neck problem that is acute and crippling when it happens, and as long as I can get in to Dr Jim that day, I don’t have to suffer the week of not being able to turn my head that I used to endure. He always sorts me out with no trouble and no pain. I appreciate that he incorporates some soft tissue preparatory work (with instruments) with each appointment as well. I send my husband and a number of friends to Five Parks. We love them. :)

Dr. Jim is great at explaining the health of the nervous system. When I started going in for adjustments I was experiencing involuntary twitching in my legs and a lot of tension in my upper back. Both issues are dramatically better.

Dr. Roles is truly a gem! I started seeing him for my chronic insomnia that nothing could fix. After the first treatment I was able to fall asleep for the first time in a very long time without pills. After a month of treatment I can finally say I sleep well every night and feel like my health has been restored. He truly goes above and beyond, couldnt recommend him more!

Absolutely recommend coming here. They work with your schedule, take time in looking over scans and coming up with the best way to work with your body and they have such a welcoming environment from when you walk in to walking out. Always leaving with a smile and a good laugh!

This place is AMAZING!! My neck was killing me back in March and I was heading into surgery the next day. (This was the same day they stopped all elective surgeries) and not only did he fit me in as a new patient he worked on my neck! I was a accidental walk in and he made my neck feel better than ever! I will be back as soon as he opens again and have told my friends and family about him. He is awesome!! Thank u again!!!

I started going to Five Parks a few weeks before the Shelter in Place order went into effect - Ive had back pain for a LONG time and never really knew why. Thought it was muscle spasams - and while thats part of it, Dr. Roles was able to find the cause. After one adjustment I was pain free for 14 hours! I love the technology side of the treatment as well. You can actually see where the misalignments are and how they connect to what youre experiencing. I was feeling so much better generally.I cannot WAIT for the office to open back up and continue with treatments. SOON. :)

I have been experiencing pain with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome for almost 2 years due to an automobile accident. After seeing 6 different doctors, 2 rounds of physical therapy, and finally being told my only option was surgery, I started seeing Dr. Jim. Within my first 12 visits, he has been able to relieve my shoulder tension and ease my pain. I would highly recommend him & Dr. Heidi.
