Christen at Applauze Salon did an amazing color job on my hair. She talked with me about what I wanted, asking a lot of questions and discussed options she thought I would like. Christen is an amazing colorist and I am so happy with my hair. I had my gray disguised :) and got the perfect color as highlights. Definitely recommend.

This place is ok. I went here due to the positive reviews alas my stylist seemed rushed and moved me out quickly. My cut was ok but seemed unfinished. Alas had to go to another place to tidy it up. The people were friendly enough.

Morgan is the nicest. She always does a great job with my eyebrows and did a super good job when I recently had her cut/dye my hair.

Can’t believe it! I have the hair of my dreams! Alex really took the time to listen to my concerns and hear about my past experiences with color. She takes my words and inspiration photos and melts them into a perfect reality. Everyone is always so nice and warm in the salon. Love it!

I scheduled a hair consultation as I wanted to okay with color. The hair stylist asked me to come in early than our expected appointment and I was happy to oblige leaving my home ASAP. Not only was she unhelpful with any ideas, but I was only there for EIGHT minutes when she told me she had another appointment. It was honestly incredibly rude and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Super unprofessional especially since I dropped what I was doing to come in last minute.

I went to Tori this last week and she was amazing! She was so professional and nice and I got exactly what I wanted for my cut and color! The salon is very clean and I would 100% recommend coming here!

I wish I could give more stars because my haircuts and coloring were good. But the customer service could use some work. I’ve called twice to schedule appointments and didn’t receive call backs. My stylist has shown up late. I’ve walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I just sat on the couch until someone finally came over. Maybe they don’t have a front desk person, but I think it’s important to acknowledge your clients. Overall, it’s a friendly and good salon, but has some room for improvement.

I have to share about how talented Christen Siepp is.It’s always difficult for me to go to a new stylist because of trust issues due to bad experiences ( like, many with numerous stylists) in the past.I have been highlighting my hair for 20 years now, and I am incredibly particular, and it’s a blessing to have found Christen, because I can actually trust her because of her knowledge, experience, and her amazing intuition; which is something I see as a priority. No more sitting in the chair - worrying if it will turn out okay, because I know it will; it always has. Every visit, I’ve come home, looked in the mirror, and was still incredibly satisfied! You want your hair to look good in all lighting, and it always looks perfect. She is also hilarious and so fun to sit with!

Ive been going to Applauze salon for about a year and a half and every haircut and color I have gotten by Christen has been wonderful. She is amazing. I used to never look forward to getting haircuts. I wouldnt like them and would have to get used to them after a while, but not with Christen. I have loved all my haircuts from day 1 with her. She knows what cut will look good on me and how to style my hair just right and the color is beautiful! I trust her and would highly recommend her and her salon to all my friends and family!

This review is long overdue. I am a busy mom with little time for myself. Morgan has made my hair style and color low maintenance and manageable. She’s amazing with color. Today her mom, Christen, and her cut my three little boys’ hair. My boys have boycotted the local barbershop saying they never get what they want. They all are ecstatic with their new dos.

Love Morgan!! She died my hair purple a few months ago and did such a great job, it looked better than I imagined it would. She really knows about color, even the crazy colors. She also cut my hair today and we cut off like a foot but it looks so cute, she knew how to style it for my face shape and hair type. I tried out this salon because of all the good reviews I saw on yelp and google. Im very thankful that I did! The salon is clean and inviting. In my experience, everyone there has been very kind. I see Morgan - a genuine miracle worker and great conversationalist! I came in with poorly done and patchy colored hair (blue, black, and green) and she was able to salvage it! Shes the only person I trust with my hair now!

First time at Applauze with Morgan, but very happy with cut and rate! Hair cut with shampoo and blowout was $40 and took only about 30 min. Efficient yet stylish. First time Ive had long layers that are noticeable, but not choppy. Thank you for the cut!

I loved my experience at Applauze. I always find it difficult to articulate what my fears are of going for a dramatic change but Tori was EXTREMELY patient and knew exactly what I was talking about. She was able to cut and style it to perfection within 30-45 min. She knew exactly what I was looking for and I can now have an easy tousled bed head cut that works with my day to day styling (none at all). She was so much fun and nice that I look forward to coming in and getting my hair cut every time knowing I am in great hands!Thanks Tori!

One year update: I have been a client here religiously, having seen Morgan, Christine, and Tori depending on my days off and their availability. These ladies book fast, so leave yourself plenty of time to get in for any occasion you may have coming up. My favorite thing so far is that each of these woman have done my hair in such a way that it still looks great while its growing out and I feel like that is a true testament to a great cut or color. I am heading back in on Monday to see Tori again to get a perk up for the spring season, I am so excited!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Love all of the ladies here! Dont let this little shop tucked in a strip mall fool you, these women SLAY! My only complaint was that while I was processing my stylist took another client to start her hair as well, felt a little less personal with that.Morgan did my hair and it was my first experience here. I took her a photo of what I wanted and she took the color exactly to where I wanted it to be and the cut is clean but not in the super blunt I just got a haircut look. I most appreciated her showing me exactly how to style my new do in an easy and approachable way.Overall, I will be back for more services!

Christen does consistently beautiful work with my hair. I tried many different salons and I always felt disappointed with the color treatment I received. Finally, I found Christen and her superb ability with color and hair treatment has given my hair the dimension, depth, and natural lights I was seeking. I travel over an hour to the salon, but it is well worth it to find a professional so highly skilled. The salon has a welcoming and friendly environment and I am always treated as a valued customer. I have beengoing to Christen for years now and I couldnt be more pleased with my hair.

I would give no stars. I received the worst haircut from Morgan yesterday. New to the salon I explain I just wanted my hair shaped; I have baby fine short hair. I haven’t had a haircut since end of February as another person cut it too short. I show pictures of women with short hair but long layers. She cut my hair to within two inches of my scalp, which I can see entirely on the back of my head because I have no hair to cover it. Terrible, and now I have to deal with this another three months.

Christen was amazing and accommodating for both my mom and I during our recent visit! Everyone was super friendly right when we first came in! My mom usually is very nervous to get her haircut because of a cowlick she has that makes having bangs difficult. But Christen listened and took special care to find a way to cut her hair where it wouldnt be an issue! She walked out feeling very satisfied and remarking that shes found a salon she really wants to come back to! And Christen trimmed up my hair beautifully and it was exactly what I wanted! Truly a great little spot!
