Just moved here from Florida and was dealing with a knee injury. Needed to rent a scooter for an event on a sunday but failed to think of it ahead of time. Pat happened to be there repairing things, answered the phone and rented me a scooter. I was so pleased with the customer service.

Called and made an appointment Wednesday and they were able to be here on Monday. Our appointment was at 2pm and they ended up coming early. Pedro worked for an hour to try and figure out the power issue to no avail. Finally decided it was probably the joy stick power plug. He is going to look for a new one to replace the old one. He was very professional and very helpful. Thank you :)

I called on Friday at 2 PM and asked for a hospital bed, electric recliner, wheelchair and bedside commode. Pat had answered the phone and he was so helpful and friendly. He said no problem and within one hour everything was set up and the delivery was on its way! I cant think of them enough. Pedro and Pat came out and delivered the equipment. They were so friendly they put everything together . They put everything exactly where we had asked them to. They went the extra mile to explain everything about the equipment and how to use it . All of the equipment was in perfect condition. They went over the information with our care staff as well . This made such a big difference to our client and their transition back home. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

What a great experience from my 1st conversation with Pat and him coming out to look at the recliner to the young man who replaced the part everyone friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. He got me set up with a knee scooter so I can move around while incapacitated with broken ankle. He is knowledgeable and explained everything, answered all my questions
