Great experience. I was definitely express with the technology in the office. But more impressive was how comfortable the staff and Doctor made me feel. Very knowledgeable and super kind. I highly recommend this practice. And it was painless 👍🏼

My two year old daughter is a first time patient and I couldnt of had been more pleased with the service we were provided, the facility is very clean, all of the equipment is high tech. Dr. Son and his assistant (I wish I would of gotten her name) were absolutely amazing. Both gave me a lot of detail when it came to my toddlers treatment and thoroughly explained it to me. Since it was her first time ever seeing a dentist she was scared but they made her and myself feel so comfortable. They exceeded my expectations when it came to them following all COVID protocol. Its very hard to find a good facility with excellent staff. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been looking for a new dentist and this place was honestly so great!! I love how clean and precautious they are. I’m so glad I found them because they really take care of you, I definitely recommend and had such a great experience! The best dental office I’ve been to!

I have never felt inclined to post a review about a doctors office before today . I went in knowing I needed work done . I had been involved in a car accident days prior and was sore . During my entire appointment they were making sure I was as comfortable as I could be which was very comforting. I also went in feeling a little uneasy due to a prior bad experience at another office and I went in and was completely pleased with their care for cleanliness during Covid . Hand sanitizer , booties for your shoes and they’re double masked with a shield too. I felt extremely , extremely safe and at peace . They also had a serene video playing with nice relaxing music which was great for my high stress couple of days . I can’t recommend this place enough. I never once felt pain during my procedure and now that I’m home and feeling has resumed I feel fine . Seriously won’t go anywhere else .

I really loved my experience the dr. Was very understanding and professional. clean office clean bathroom and the assistant Rebeca is assume sweet as pie I’m very picky about my dentist office and I think NO!..... I’ma say I found a dental home thank you for your patients and understanding. So you soon when I return for my crown.

My 11 year old daughters anxiety level is so high that she usually freaks out. Dr Bui and her staff are all so patient. My daughter has had 1 extraction, fillings and 1 root canal. This treatment Should have set her running for the hills, instead she is actually less nervous. We are going back for a second extraction this Friday and my daughter is still nervous but isn’t afraid. Thank you all.

This is by far they BEST dentist Ive ever been too in my life!! Dr. Ngo and her staff is the BEST!! So helpful and broke everything down to where I can understand everything what was going on. Best place to go!!! Very clean and neat, everyone is very professional they took the time to explain to me all my options and answer my questions patiently. They know exactly what they are doing. They are all very nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole stay. Definitely recommend coming here!

By far hands down the best Dentist. Super clean & the employees are beyond friendly. I highly recommend this place. They break down payment options. And they give you each option that is best for you. So you know they are not trying to do you dirty, or come up on you.

For many years of searching for the best and reliable clinic I would say Los Cerritos Dental Practice is definitely the one that I’ve been looking for. Especially this time of pandemic, I would really say that they made us feel so safe. The clinic is very clean and they are very strict in keeping you safe. My sons tolerance in pain is very low and he’s always nervous, but I was so surprised to see my son very comfortable and happy because the staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER NICE. Dr. Trinh Bui, Tess and Rebecca are the one who took care of my son, and I would definitely say they really did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. My son had a tooth extraction but he didn’t even know that he had it. It only shows how great they are in entertaining my son because during the procedure they never stop talking to my son and the best part is they had a T.V. on the ceiling, and my son just enjoyed watching his favorite show in Netflix and You Tube.Thanx to u guys for taking care of my son as well as myself too.

Delighted with my experience here. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She gave me shoe covers and took my temp as soon as I got in. My tooth was very sensitive and doctor Ngo helped me right away. She put some desensitizer on it and the pain was gone!!!! Wow! And I thought i would have to redo the crown or something to fix the pain. Great service and highly recommend this office to everyone!

Was I going to the dentist...or the SPA?!Such a beautiful office with a very calming and tranquil vibe.They have a kids play area thats super fun and perfect for the little ones to ease them in. The office was so clean and I felt safe even through COVID.They did their due diligence and made sure everything was spotless and sanitized. Not only that, but I was also examined in a specific room to ensure that it was entirely sterilized and scrubbed down afterward. Their state-of-the-art office has new and updated equipment.I felt so spoiled as Dr.Ngo reclined me back and I was just able to admire the little fishies floating around on the GIANT tv screen.Dr.Tiffany Ngo is extremely personable, kind, and skillful. She made me feel safe and comfortable, all the while giving my teeth the sparkly cleaning it needed. She didnt make me feel self-conscious even though I definitely dont floss as much as I should of. But gently reminded me how flossing will help prevent future trips back..Such honest, yet compassionate feedback.After my first cleaning, I came back for my 2nd appointment with Dr.Bui to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very hesitant, as I never had any major dental work done before. I was very nervous and scared. Nevertheless, Dr.Bui was SO comforting and made me feel at ease. She made sure that it was painless and quick. My worries were gone before I knew it, and she pulled out my wisdom tooth in what seemed like less than 5 minutes!I NEVER would have thought I would have such a PLEASURABLE and EASY time at the dentist. Dr.Ngo, Dr. Bui. and the Los Cerritos team should be your dentist of choice! I am so thankful to have found them and their beautiful new office. Im at ease in knowing my smile will always be shining, because of them :)

Loved Dr.Ngo and her staff I came in feeling pain and they made me an appointment straight away. I was hesitant to go during Covid but everything was very clean and professional. They took my temperature and had all the necessary PPE to make sure everything safe. They did my root canal and crown and I am very happy with it. I was nervous for the root canal but Dr.Ngo was very kind and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Bui did the rest of my treatment and she has a very gental touch, she was also very nice and professional throughout the whole treatment. They gave me a reasonable price but most importantly they helped me when I was in pain. I will 100% come back to this office and bring my family. I recommend this office to anyone who needs to go to the dentist, you will have a great experience.
