I have been bringing my kids to kids smile for years. It’s always a good experience never have had any issues. All the staff are very polite and always answer all my questions. My children see Dr. Kim, and he is so very patient and gentle with my children. We trust his opinion and I appreciate how he walks through any work or procedures that need to be done on my children. I would not take my kids to any other dentist.

Dr. Kim has provided us nothing but top notch service.  One of my kids has frequent cavity issues and with Dr. Kims treatment, we have kept it under control.  His one on one review of treatment plans and options are informative and detailed.The office staff is super friendly and really know how to interact with kids.  The waiting room is elaborately decorated with a full 360 jungle mural.  There are video games, movies, toys and books to keep the kids occupied during the wait.  Inside the treatment rooms are ceiling monitors with show and movies to further distract the kids.  This has really been a great way to keep my kids calm.In short, I wish my own dentist had this level of service.

Excellent service! Dr. Kim was very informative about what to expect from the teeth grow for their age. He also provided advice on how to improve on my boys dental care. The office is kept super clean with hand sanitizer and air filter in the front. Screening was done before entering. Will highly recommend any families with kids!

My boys absolutely LOVE their dentist Dr. Kim. He is so sweet and gentle. He is funny and always has my boys with a huge smile on their faces. They are always excited to go see Dr. Kim and all the amazing staff!!! By far the best childrens dentist! If you are looking for a dentist for your kids look no further Dr. Kim is phenomenal!!!!

Dr. Kay’s and her staff are wonderful and provided excellent care to my son. Dr. Kay delivers her knowledge and expertise in a way that is easy to process and understand. Her and the staff are kind, patient and gentle. Also, their “pandemic response” protocols are some of the most organized and efficient that I’ve seen at any business and/or office.

Dr. Kim and his staff are always so friendly, caring, and pleasant every time my kids have a visit. The office is always clean, and It’s never crowded. My daughter is 16, and has aged out of the pediatric dentistry, but she loves it there so much, she’s not ready to go.❤️

Dr Kim is very patience, spend time to teach mommy how to brush little ones teeth well and how to prevent cavities. I feel very appreciated 🙏.

Dr Kim and Dental Hygienist are always great. Very clean, great protocols in place. Very engaging and thorough with answering questions discussing dental health for my daughter. My 5 year old loves coming to Dentist 2x per year.

Our children had their dental appointments today. As always the office is immaculate and the hygienists and dentist are kind and friendly. My kids love the beautiful murals on the walls and the TVs over each seat, and I appreciate that I can be in the open room and watch while all of my children have their appointments at the same time. I am so glad I was referred to this dentistry and I plan to have my children come here until they’re ready for an adult dentist.

Just took my son for routine check up. The office staff did a very good job of making sure social distancing. The dentist was very detailed letting me that my son is having some new teeth.

They have a great team, always making us feel welcomed and during this pandemic they have taken extra precautions making us feel safe. I have a child with autism who always has a hard time. But Dr. Kay and her team are understanding and know how to work with my son.

I have bringing my children to this dentist for years.We recently visited while during covid-19 restrictions.I checked in through an email. Paper work to be filled out was sent via text. I was texted when I could go inside. Temperature’s were taken of me and my two children. We received hand sanitizer upon entering the office. X-rays, teeth cleaning and checking by our Doctor were all the same. This facility has always been a clean environment, so I didn’t expect anything less from the office during Covid. I felt very safe during our visit, we were the only family in the office during this time. I will always bring my children to Kid’s smile. They are the best in my opinion. And we really like our Doctor. He is very honest and always answers my question‘s. The staff are all very friendly as well.

Dr. Kim and Dr. Kay are the best in the business. Both of my kids have been going to them since they were babies. They are super kind, patient and thorough. I also love that they are very conservative with the treatments that they recommend. The facility has awesome technology to make the visits clean, quick, and comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars I would without a doubt. Please do yourself a favor and take your kids to go see these awesome doctors!

Kids Smile Pediatrics is having a very good safety protocol. They inform you before your appointment about what step they will follow and during the procedure they dont hesitate about the cleaning and safety of the patient and parents.

I bring my 3 kids here and they love it! Everyone is super friendly. They know how to make my kids comfortable and feel at ease. They even helped my 4 year old daughter feel comfortable. They allow u to sit ur child’s head on ur lap so they don’t feel frightened. They talk to them letting them know what they are doing so they know they are being taken care of. I absolutely love everything and I’m glad my kids are able to have a good experience each time they go to the dentist.

I have never seen such caring patience as I did at this dentist. Both of my kids were worrying me about going and the Doctor was so good with them both. I am so appreciative of his caring and loving nature.

This was the start of my kids Dentist career..lol. The office is very cute and set up for little ones throughout. The Dentist really knows his stuff and is honest! I would recommend this place to anyone with children starting with the first tooth😬.

KID FRIENDLY! The staff address your child from the front door. The office is a treat for kids to go to. A jungle mural on the walls, video games, books, TVs when you are in the chair. The two dentists seem to be good and gentle with their practice. They explain everything after each visit. They have nitrous oxide and different sedation meds if needed. The dentist like to use some kind of sedation if its going to be more than a cleaning but you have to okay it first. I also appreciate clinicians that are not overly aggressive with their treatments - the dentists were not. We even had one visit where the dentist did want to do more than I was comfortable with but changed his mind when I told him how I felt. He only did the minimum and it turned out okay so I am glad I made my feelings known and that he was willing to wait and watch the problem instead of doing all the treatments he was at first prescribing. I would recommend this office!! Easy to get an appointment, little to no wait time. clean office. A gift bag with floss, tooth brush and sticker. What could be more fun?

Scheduled both children for cleaning & checkup. Had some trouble getting one to take x-rays. After which I was told that we would have to reschedule because the cleaning and check-up part would have run into their lunch hour. Im sorry, but if youre in the business of childrens dentistry, you should have an understanding of what it takes for dental checkups on children and should only schedule appointments that you can make. And they have the gall to have posted all over their front desks how much they dislike it when people dont show up for their appointments. 2 stars still because its a nice, modern facility, well geared for children. Just dont mess with their lunch hour!

Professional, good customer service, Doctors and staff are good with making kids feel welcome and comfortable. My kids have been going to Dr. Kim for about 9 years and always have a positive experience.

I took my son for his 1st check up and I loved it. All staff including dentist were really nice with my son . I was afraid because he was only 7mth with 5teeth, but they made him feel safe and smooth. 😊

The office staff are very rude!! I can’t believe the Dentist is okay with them treating patients this way.

They were rude to me on the phone when I had an emergency with my son. And since we were not an existing client they would not take us in on a Saturday morning, nor could they offer a referral. They left us high and dry.
