Had my first appointment with Leo today. Was recommended by a friend, had no real idea what Leo did, just hoping he could give my back and hips some long needed relief. After an hour with Leo my back didn’t hurt for the first time in years. Leo was very patient and explained what he did and how it would help me feel better. I would recommend Leo to any ones who is in pain and needs help.

I came to Leo and Rolfing with a very critical mind and one elbow plainly sticking out further than the other. It quite simply has been the most successful massage procedure I have ever experienced! My alignment remains rock solid, and Leo is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this investment in yourself.

Leo is very knowledgeable, helpful, and treats you with respect. He listens and works with your needs individually. I learned a lot from Leo. My body now functions in a more normal state. I walk like a normal human now and not a robot. I didn’t realize how messed up my back and hips were from playing sports and sitting at a desk for work. I would go back in the future if I needed. Don’t hesitate to try Leo. You will not regret it.

Without Question, Leo is the BEST therapist! You notice I didn’t say massage therapist, because he does so much more than that.He is professional, charismatic and truly cares for his clients. If you are lucky to get on his schedule, he will help you achieve increased wellness on multiple levels. I have been seeing him since 2013 and his care has made a profound impact on my physical and mental health. I just retired from the US Navy after 24 years and his efforts have helped me minimize the impact of the wear and tear my body received during those years.Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment today...don’t even think about going to massage envy!!!

I originally sought out Resilient Body because I suffered from a neck injury, essentially lateral whiplash. I was in constant pain and could hardly move my head. After the initial consult with Leo I decided to do his full program in addition to several sessions focused on my neck. It made an enormous difference, and he helped correct misalignments I had throughout my body. I started feeling a difference in my chest, shoulders, lower back, hips and knees. Even though I do a fair amount of stretching, I didn’t realize how unevenly I stretch. And it is possible that stretching alone cannot correct some of the misalignments we have. I highly recommend Leo’s treatments!! –Rick T.

I was skeptical of Rolfing at first but after 1 session with Leo I had completely changed my mind. I felt like I could stand up straight for the first time in my life. Rolfing opened up my body in ways that years of yoga hadn’t and overall has given me better posture, less injuries and a feeling of being grounded in my body leading to better movement patterns overall.

I began my journey with self care back in 2011 right after I had to take three rounds of antibiotics to fight off a really bad sinus infection (exascerbated by really letting my body down-bad diet, no sleep, no exercise); I had gone into a couple of consultations for orthopedic surgery for both feet due to chronic pain... sI met Leo when he was at a chiropractic/acupuncture/physical therapy pratice. During my assessment, I told the doctor that m measure for good health was to be able to go running for at least a half hour. About a year into treatment, I ran my first ten-miler (2012) with orthotics, once weekly chiropractic/accupuncture, and once monthly massage. By a year and a half (2013), I ran my first half marathon. All non-surgical intervention!I went through my 12 Structural Integration sessions with Leo in the summer/fall of 2014. Halfway through my sessions, Leo suggested that I try running with lower profile shoes and without my orthotics... I was skeptical (I mean, I only just proved to myself I didn’t have to have surgery to run). But I tried a short run, then another, and another. By the end of my sessions I was also free of my orthotics!I think the best part of working with Leo is that he gives you the techniques to self-treat (specific exercises and stretches) recurring issues. He helps coach you on listening to your body and identifying root causes on issues (bad seated posture, recurring leaning or turning). He leverages his experience with alternate practices (Yamuna ball) to help you practice self care.I’ve been on a once-monthly maintenance schedule with other structural integration/anatomy trains practitioners and they are very surprised with how I am able to participate in my diagnosis. I can’t thank Leo enough and while I’ve found some great practitioners in Dallas, I definitely miss our sessions!
