I had a wonderful prenatal massage earlier this week with Jessica. I didn’t have any massages with my first pregnancy but realized I shouldn’t just have to suffer with the aches and pains this go round. Made every effort to make me feel comfortable. They offer childcare which is wonderful and more apt to keep me coming when preschool isn’t in session. Super easy to schedule online, inevitably I think about scheduling in the middle of the night so phone calls aren’t always convenient. Highly recommend. Already booked my next massage and for longer next time!

I highly recommend Northern Birth Roots. The place is clean, colorful and relaxing. Jessica is WONDERFUL! She has been my go-to massage therapist for 5 years. Shes so good I followed her her from the last place she worked and drive many miles to see her. You will not be disappointed.

After a super easy online booking experience that allowed me to prepay (huge plus), I had such a lovely first prenatal massage with Jessica. The environment and massage were so relaxing, and Jessica was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This small practice is a real find. Very comfortable surroundings and an easy on line booking system. Kerry is an excellent therapist. She listens and gives a relaxing and effective massage. My rehabilitation from a shoulder injury was greatly helped by her.

To start, I LOVE the online booking system. It’s easy to use, efficient (I can add the appointment directly to my calendar!), and I can even take care of payment so that I don’t have to think about it after a massage. And ohhhhh the massage! Before, during, and after my pregnancies, these massages are critical to my physical well-being. I’ve experienced working with both Kirsten and Jessica and they have always done a spectacular job of skillfully addressing whatever awful mess my body has lurking in my muscles. Communication is always very open and clear, and I feel that my needs are heard and beyond met. The atmosphere is gorgeous, relaxed and comfortable. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Kirsten is amazing. Until now, I’ve only done prenatal massages with her but I’m so thankful for her pregnancy pillow and skill during this time in my life. Her massages have fallen nothing short of relaxing. Her pressure is deep, but not too deep. It was just right for me. She also ends the massage with amazing shoulder, neck, and head work. It’s seriously the cherry on top. I’m looking forward to my next massage with her and strongly recommend her as an expecting mama!

Clean, well decorated/peaceful therapy rooms. There is a children’s play room that can open a door directly to your therapy room if you need to bring your young child(ren) along.I had a massage from Jessica and highly recommend it.
