The staff is always very friendly and caring! All of the doctors are great, they do everything they can to help me to feel better. Love the office staff &love the doctors!!

Love Dr. Woods! Love the staff! Love the office! I never really believed in chiropractic work until my extremely athletic teenage daughter was always in pain. We did everything....doctors, orthopedics, physical therapy - spent thousands of dollars with no relief. A family member recommended we see a chiropractor. I am so glad we did! Dr. Woods changed my opinion on chiropractic medicine as soon as my daughter stopped being in constant pain. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my kid, this is the first time in 5 years she is not crying after every game in severe pain. Thank you Proactive, so glad we found you!!

Dr. Seaver is the BEST! I got diagnosed with a pinched nerve from nursing over 2 years ago and have been going ever since. From barely being able to walk, to not feeling a thing for over a year, her treatment plan was amazing. Now I go as needed for adjustments (every few months) and they make me feel me great.

I love this place, Dr Mayfield is the one to go to if youre messed up or just need alignment. All the other Drs are wonderful too. All secretarial staff are awesome too. 👍

They believe in subluxations, which even scientific chiropractors acknowledge dont exist. They have you watch a video beforehand preaching that magical nonsense. During the activator treatment, they pretend theyre realigning your bones, which they explain to you out loud. You cant realign bones with low pressure tools - or else even simply walking would destroy your entire body. I went here once just to try it, but they confirmed what I assumed - they sell pseudoscience. Ive got some snake oil and a bridge to sell to all of their customers...

My copay is supposed to be 25 dollars right. It’s my first time going hurt my back last week an have back problems since I was 15 , they want me to get an X-ray before they pop my back because I told them when I went to the Er on the 19 th they took one cause I hurt my tailbone COUGHING, they don’t want it to be fractured , k I literally just left my drs office telling me to find a chiropractor an they won’t do anything without a new X-ray are you kidding me an they charge me 40 dollars for an ei? Or something they don’t even explain to me, an then to do shock therapy on me they don’t tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it until after I get done an have to pay. Trying to scam a first time customer and new to the whole chiropractor thing in general!!! What a scam

Very unprofessional. The Dr. I had been seeing for weeks had told me she was PERPLEXED as to how I was still in pain. I left the office that day STILL IN PAIN and angry that I had been treated that way by a Dr. I highly recommend you finding somewhere else to take your business.

My wife and I have been patients at ProActive for over 10 years now and I must say they are the most welcoming, caring, professional, and all around fun group of doctors and staff I have ever known. Thank you again for all you have done to keep us pain free over the years. We feel great!

Front next staff is unprofessional, was ask “what are your symptoms” and “were is the pain” while standing at the front desk with other clients. Please keep in mind I was being ask by the front desk associate. Chiropractor was extremely nice, only problem; I was ask to get x-rays from another company where they did not accept appointments. Consultation was $36 for a non adjustment visit. Headed to a better establishment that has everything I need in house.

Im a 58 year old man who had never been to a chiropractor in my life. Actually, Id always been somewhat of a skeptic about the whole idea of chiropractic care. Since October of 2018, I have been a patient of ProActive Chiropractic in Festus, MO. Dr. Jessica Barding has transformed me from chiropractic skeptic to chiropractic disciple! Her course of treatment has alleviated nerve-related pain and numbness in my legs and hips. Ive also benefited from completely unexpected improvements (unexpected on my part anyway) in my overall health. I am a rotating shift worker and my sleep patterns have definitely improved! Visits to the office for adjustments are always a pleasant experience, Dr. Barding and her Chiropractic Asst. Melissa are professional and effective with your treatment but will make you feel like youre visiting friends.

I walked into this establishment and got blank stares from the front desk associates. No hello, not even a smile, just a stare. I’m 32 years old and the lady I chose to spoke to first treated me like I was 12. If I didn’t like Dr. Seaver as much as I do I would have walked out and went somewhere else and this review would have a lot more details about the experience I had yesterday.
