I was so excited for this appointment. I thought I would be educated on some things I didnt already know. I looked forward to reviewing recipes, bad eating habits and finding great alternatives. Instead I got a basic review of what to do better like add variety and count calories! I asked several times for something more tailored. I told Ms. Gloede my concerns before and after the appointment and she had no response but wanted to know how I wanted to pay. She not once addressed my main concern without me asking specific questions in order to stay on track. Not worth $150! Google it or find a personal trainer that can tell you more for less.I want a refund and Im calling the bank to stop charges.

If you enjoy bring spoken to like a child, this is the place for you. Ms. Gloede thinks highly of herself and speaks to her patients in a condescending manner. She really needs to learn how to speak properly and encourage patients, otherwise she will drive customers away and (hopefully) lose her business. She seems to get a rise out of provoking people, and I was not the only one who had issues with her.

I have a number of dietary restrictions that were getting increasingly difficult to manage. My primary physician recommended Lise and I cant say enough good things about her. She has expanded my menu and made cooking suggestions that have made life so much easier. I give her my highest recommendation.

Lise is the best. She is alway caring and wants the best for her patients. I lost the weight and able to keep it off. I learn key tools to help me make better food choices and portion control. I been going to her since 2013. I love her honesty.
