I recently went there because I saw their ad that my restless leg could possibly be related to leaky veins. I was desperate because medication wasnt really working and I wasnt getting good sleep, so I thought why not and went there to check it out. They did some sonagrams of my legs and found I did have some major veins not working right. Dr Eidson walked me through the options, was very informative, was not in a rush to get out of there, took the time to explain everything in great detail. I decided to go with his recommendation to have those veins closed. Did the procedure in office two weeks ago and it was not bad at all. Very little pain, Dr Eidson made sure to keep it upbeat, playing music, talking through the procedure making sure I knew what he was doing the whole time..and was very professional! I am happy to say, that it worked and my restless leg is completely gone. I really didnt think it would work, but it did! I am off the medication and sleep through the night just fine! I highly recommend Dr Eidson. I cant tell you how much it means to me that I can sleep again without taking medication that made me extremely groggy and didnt always work!

After receiving a diagnosis of varicose veins the staff worked with my insurance company to verify coverage; however it was denied & the cost of paying for the treatment without insurance was not attractive.After changes to my insurance policy, I returned to Atlas Vein Care as well as visiting several other similar treatment centers. After visiting the others I decided I would use Atlas Vein or go without treatment.At Atlas Vein Care I saw the doctor on EVERY visit. Atlas also performs a thorough examination prior to providing a diagnosis and treatment plan -- unlike some other similar businesses. At Atlas Vein Care the staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The facility from waiting room to bathroom to treatment rooms to ultrasound rooms is clean, well kept and uncluttered.My treatment did involve needles; however, minimal discomfort. I was told what to expect during the procedure and post procedure as well as how to contact Dr. Edison should problems arise -- and happily I experienced no complications.The staff at Atlas Vein listened to my concerns and provided a treatment plan where they did not try to up sale additional cosmetic services. Hopefully I will have no further vein distress -- but if I do, Ill definitely return to Atlas Vein Care on Matlock Rd in Arlington

While Dr. Eidson is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable, the front desk staff seems indifferent. My biggest beef is why a healthcare provider would fill their office with so much fragrance. Candles? Oils? Aromatherapy? Fragranced lotion? I can’t tell what it is (although lotion and oils are visible). Many, many people are sensitive to fragrances in a way that negatively impacts their health. Doctors offices should not be fragrance-laden, health-damaging places. If this office were fragrance-free it would get another star but I will be unable to continue to go here.

Very poor communication skills..Had appointment scheduled for the first one and was not made aware of almost 500 deductible.,Next rescheduled appointment was after my insurance agent got involved, 2nd visit scheduled and was not aware that would still need to pay upfront approx 150 copay..Rescheduled for 3rd appointment and on my appointment day was told I would be responsible for the copay of approx $150.Informed receptionist over phone that I was never informed by anyone that this would be paid upfront.She informed me ok thank youI would not recommend them due to poor initial contact.,Potential clients should be notified upfront of fees not the day of visits..Will take my business elsewhere

Where do I begin. I was referred to Atlas Vein Care by my podiatrist due to unclear reasoning of swelling in my feet. Though she suggested the diagnosis, she felt like Dr. Eidson could better confirm and he did. I have never encountered a physician who educates with so much passion and care. The staff here is amazing!!!! Dr. Eidson was truly a God send in my case. I was ready to give up and just settle and live with this problem for the rest of my life. I am over 65 years old and very over weight! I went to Atlas Vein Clinic with severe pain in my ankles and much discoloration from above my ankles to the soles of my feet (both feet!) I knew that my weight would be a consideration on my part, but the Doctor assured me that he could help with the pain varicosity of my veins. I agreed to the treatment knowing I could not do this on my own. I was put on a schedule and came in for the procedure for both legs over a two week period. As promised, the procedure did not affect my work schedule and I was completely comfortable after each treatment to continue with my days work. One month later; I cant believe my own eyes! Both legs - yes old man legs - truly are better looking than before the treatment! I am SOLD on the Drs promises and believe he was very thorough in treating me with respect and confidence in his office. His staff was always courteous and extremely accommodating as well very sociable. I felt with friends; not just medical staff. From a bruise that did not go away and legs that felt very heavy after my morning runs Dr. Eidson quickly diagnosed an issue with some of the veins in my legs. Dr Eidson and his staff educated me not only on the vein procedure to correct this issue but also on how to prevent future vein issues. Several months later, my legs feel tremendously better and no more bruises. I dont regret following up on what I originally thought was just a symptom of aging.
