We’ve been seeing “Doctor” Pramesh Dave for a little over a month. We’ve come to him with health concerns and he prescribed medications. Some of which we were unable to get due to mix ups between office and pharmacy. Dr Dave told us “if you’ve gone this long without the meds, you don’t need them.” I’ve gone sleepless nights and long hard days due to the pain without the much needed meds. He argued with us about how we feel, interrupted me multiple times telling me I’m wrong, lied to me about what meds are for/not for. The list goes on. I do not recommend his services to anyone under the age of 75.

The doctor himself and most of his staff are friendly and caring. Reason for one star? One front desk person that is rude and condescending. Shes really a cancer for the office and its unfortunate. If I had more choices of PCPs through my insurance I would have switched years ago. Until then, I grin and bare it and try to avoid this individual to the best of my ability. I dont understand how as a business owner, the doctor doesnt see or hear how shes treats his patients. Very unfortunate.

The WORST staff you could ever possibly meet in your life. if you were looking for a good customer service this not the right place for you. This was the first time for me to see him. I do not have an issue with the Dr himself but his staff OMG they earned the title of world worst staff. Ill tell you the story and be the judge, so at the checking in I gave them my ID and yet they managed to type ( st. number wrong, the street name wrong and they did not put the apt number at all ). Im ok with that, the Dr supposed to send a request for two lab test, 3 days later I went to the lab and they received only one, i called them and explained that one of the lab request is missing and i need you to send it so i can do it now while Im at the lab and they said we just sent the request , 20 min later nothing showing up I called them again , nothing showing up here at the lab they said we are going to fax it right now, 10 min later fax showed up and surprise it was the same lab that I already did and it was not the one that was missing. after that i was trying to call them for 2 hours no one responded. after 2 hours of trying they answered the phone with complete rudeness hey come to the clinic and pick it up yourself and hung up the phone. i went to the clinic and she showed up with the lab test request handed it to me and shut the door in my face with literally no apologies of they have done. Not a problem i took it to the lab and finally did the test. two days later i received the result and turns out they handed me the wrong lab test that i wanted in the first place. I know you guys now blown away but I swear to god its a true story. anyway I tried to call them and their answer with again no apologies no nothing, will talk to them and see if they can fixed it that was their respond. and yet no one called. so I had to call them and cancel my upcoming appointment with them to switch to different Dr.

Dr. Dave is a great Doctor! He really takes his time in trying to fully understand your issues and spends a fair amount of time explaining what you have and answers any questions you might have. (Not like most doctors that just storm in, listen to the first sentence for have to say, then prescribe you meds and leave). Staff is very helpful and informative!

Extremely rude receptionist

Dont recomend this place Dr.dave forgets everything. He messed my prescription twice even after showing him the prescription bottles,then they got mad at me for making them fix it.I called to make an appointment for refills and they told me to call pharmacy for a request no need for an appointment so i did they never send the approval so i called his office again and they said no you need an appointment 😲 they dont know what theyre doing!His staff is rude i will never go back to this place! 👎👎

I had a horrible experience at this office. Ive been several times now and they have accused me of owing them money when they later admitted it was their fault. Not only this, I feel extremely disrespected visiting this practice by the employees here and I will find a new doctor as my primary.

My mother goes to Dr. Dave. Hes been taking care of her for over 10 years. 5 🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟 stars.
