Fantastic local CrossFit gym! Great community, fabulous coaching. I tried it out having never done CrossFit (and I was a bit wary, tbh), and I was very pleasantly surprised! There is a very healthy atmosphere here—not super competitive, just about getting the workout you want and having a great experience.

This is a great place to work out. The workouts are challenging, but they know how to scale them to your current fitness level.

Never had done CrossFit before coming to Accolade and I must say I’m impressed. Brad and Larry do a great job of connecting and tailoring workouts for different skill sets and connecting on a personal level. Equipment is brand new and the facility inspires grit. They’ve done a great job of making sure everything is properly sanitized and COVID safe. I’d highly recommend this place to any current CrossFit athletes looking for a gym or workout enthusiasts who want to try something new.

Before I checked out Accolade, I wrote off CrossFit as an effective workout for me since I came from a background of athletic training growing up. Larry and Brad take pride in running quality workouts with proper instruction of each movement. Whether youre an athlete today or beginner looking to get fit, you will get proper training at accolade. These guys do it right!

I just moved here from CO and was looking for a new gym. These guys are a small gym, brand new in town and really are crushing it. While they are still in the throws of getting finalized with everything, their equipment is brand new, the location is prime and their coaching/classes have been perfect even during all of this uncertainty. With it being small, its so personal, the coaches are awesome and worked diligently with my during a couple injuries I had to find ways to let me still get a good workout in. They have also been insanely accommodating during COVID; finding ways to stay safe while still being in the gym and working off hours so everyone can get their workout in. Cheers to them and heres to Crossfit Accolade!
