I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I scheduled a same day appointment online and got a call shortly before saying that the appointment wasn’t available. Ok understandable since it was online. The receptionist scheduled me for the next 5:45 appointment slot, which was about a week or two later. Day of the appointment i get a call(2:47pm) from the office saying they are closing the office early and asked if I could come in earlier. I asked what time they said 3:30pm. I told them I can’t because I don’t get off work till 4:30 and it was 3:00pm already. I work in Fort Worth. She proceeds to say they will need to reschedule my appointment then. Needless to say I didn’t reschedule and I won’t. I had a toe injury that happened more than 1 month ago now and need a doctor to look at it. I don’t need an office that will cancel same day just so they can close early. I work in the medical field and have never, in my 16 years, cancelled a patient same day because we wanted to close the office early. Really bad customer service before I can even step foot in the door. Maybe this was a precursor of what was to come.

Dr. was thorough and diagnosed my problem in pretty short order. He also gave me recommendations to help me navigate the pain and told me of a pain medication that would not upset my stomach. He also emailed me cheaper alternatives to the prescription custom made orthopedics my insurance would not pay for.

One of the worst place you could get treatment! I have found this place from here because of their feedbacks .However, the reality is %100 opposite. I got appointment online and create account to confirm appointment .showed up 5 mins prior to my appointment, filled out forms. Waited 45 mins in the front office then they took me in a room and waited another 40 mins in there but doctor did not come! If you are only two doctors why you gave so many appointments in same time?? Ohh also, we all checked in and waited in the front desk, some lady came in with her friend. She went directly to inside and her friend waited in front desk. After 3 mins she called her and get her inside. In conclusion, if you want to waste your time go ahead and schedule appointment. Otherwise I would suggest that you could get treatment in somewhere else.

Now I am ready for my vacation. So pleased and worth every penny.

I went to Apple Podiatry for a followup visit on an ingrown toenail removal 3 months ago which was healing well. Dr Jarna also noticed another situation developing on the other side of the same toe and took care of that for me. Everyone in this office is so nice and efficient, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for foot issues.

Dr. Bhatt took time to hear Satys problems, pain in the foot, took x-ray to determine what caused the pain! One shot on each foot gradually relievedthe pain.Very experience physician and attends to patients concern to diagnose the pain on the foot!

Although I had to wait over an hour for this last visit due to another patient Dr. Bhatt was working with the assistant kept me posted. Normally I am in and out in no time but but once she came in she took time to answer all my questions. I love her personality and caring heart for her patients.

This is by far the best foot doctor Ive been to! Ive had problems with reoccurring ingrown toenails and this is the only doctor Ive ever gone to were it hasnt hurt and I can actually sit up and watch if I wanted too the rooms are well kept and everything seems clean they got me my own custom insoles for my shoes and my feet feel the best they ever have!

I came to Dr Bhatt after have 4 surgeries on my left foot. She was so compassionate and caring from the very being. She explained everything that needed to be done. Then proceeded to completely take care of my foot. I had surgery with her in December of 2017. She gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any issues. She either answered when I called or called within about 15 minutes of the call. She cares about her patients as if the were her own family. I will be having surgery on my right foot within the next two weeks and I feel very safe and secure with my doctor of choice. I will also use Dr Bhatt. Her staff is very knowledgeable and caring also. I could not ask for a better doctor.

Website says same day appointments (lies) I stated is an urgent matter and that the website states same day appointments the clerk with a sarcastic response said : Where did you saw that, I told her in the website. After 5 second silence she responded with her sarcastic respond again saying well yeah If we are not busy. I just told her I’ll find other place because besides this issue and her rudeness they put me on hold like 3 times she didn’t know what she was doing. Sometimes the doctors are the best I but the staff kills the reputations of the doctors

Im the most appreciative patient on the planet. On October 25th 2018, Dr. Bhatt performed the partial amputation of my right foot. This Surgeon is sent to earth to heal. I have recovered fully. The only reason why I did not award a full five-star review is simply because I still dont know what my options are, especially for my right foot. I did take Dr. Bhatts written analysis to the VA and wound up meeting with an in-house podiatrist at the Ft. Worth VA clinic. He has taken impressions of both feet PLUS I showed him the pictures Dr. Bhatt too of my X-Rays on my cameras. The VA doctor said he will have slip-in devices ordered and for me to contact him when they arrive. Still, however, many questions remain.In my case the bottom line is Ive had this condition for so long I have pretty much learned to live with it except I no longer wear dress shoes preferring firm-soled, strap-on shoes.Again, I am a school teacher so I am pretty much on my feet 7-8 hours most days of the week.Thank you!

I came in to have an ingrown toenail removed. Dr. Goldman recommended that instead of having the piece of affected nail removed that I have the whole toe nail removed. He said this way I would quote on quote never have ingrown toe nail again. So me being an idiot, did not take the time to read the small print for the procedure description and went ahead and trusted the doctor. The procedure was obviously not explained well because I would have never done it. He killed the nail bed and now I will not have toe nail the rest of my life. More than upset.
