Been coming here for years exclusively after I had other threaders mess up my brows completely. I have thick eyebrows as a male and well they always give them shape and have them looking good! I don’t come in enough so sometimes it hurts but that’s on me.For the price of 7$ (plus tip) they always have my eyebrows looking good doesn’t matter which woman does them. Highly recommend any fellow bushy brow uni brow guys who want their eyebrows looking good to come here!

Dont waste your time this place is a joke. i sent messages thru messenger with no response for over a week. they finally responded saying that they do not monitor messenger. i asked of they do eyelash tinting, they said yes, just walk in. drive all the way to Arlington to be told you can come back on Friday. no thanks! communication is the key to success! will not return.

I went for the first time today and I absolutely loved it! She was fast (slowed down when needed) and attentive! She made me so comfortable and I don’t think I will ever go elsewhere! I used the same lady for years but she relocated and I’m so blessed to have found this place and hell they’re even more affordable then other places why tf not! Love love love!!!!

Isha was great! I had never been here before for eyebrow threading but she was able to look at my brows and tell what the best look would be for my face. Very natural, didn’t take off too much, and gave me a bit of an arch. She talked to me and was very conversational which was nice. I’ll be coming back. :)

This was my first time coming here but it definitely won’t be my last! I went in for a eyebrow cleanup and Brazilian wax. The Brazilian wax was fast and a little painful but my tech made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She convinced me to get my eyebrows tinted and I absolutely love the way they came out!

They’re always so nice and caring. Anytime they feel Im in pain they ease up, or stop to help. They really just clean up my brows and not so what they want. I love them.

I received a facial and Brazilian wax. The facial was amazing and the wax was fast and a little painful if its your first time having it waxed, but the staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Ive been a loyal customer here for 2 years and I dont know how to feel anymore about this place anymore. I went to get my eyebrows threaded on Tuesday, 11/05... the lady who did my eyebrows is nice and i loved the shaping.. however, she cut me in many areas causing scabs under my eyebrow area!!! I thought it was a normal sting when she removed the hairs until a couple of days after when the marks showed up. Im really disappointed and wish I didnt have to pay for such poor service.. pictures doesnt do any justice.. i have an event this weekend and i dont want to go out in public like this

My experience here was very quick I’m sure I was out in less than 5 minutes. I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and I simply wanted a clean up. The lady who helped me was so rushed. She didn’t even look at what my shape was and change my whole eyebrow shape. My brow are not even at all one is square ended and the other is rounded. I’m sad, I would not come back

There where fast and very polite

I love you guys but I hope you did research on the gloves part ..... Gloves give false sense of security and you cannot wash your hands with them or use hand sanitizer AND you have to be trained on how to properly remove them. They provide no benefit if you use the same gloves to touch everything. me using gloves to dig my wallet out of my purse and then touching the door knob is not any safer. Its better to simply use soap and water. Thank you for opening your business!!!

I am very picky with my eyebrow and do not trust people easily. I went to this place for the first time because I had my microblading appointment and i needed the touch up on my eyebrow. At first i was too tough with the lady i was not even acknowledging her but after she was completely done i looked at my eyebrow and got surprised. she did so good job with my eyebrow. I loved the way she did my eyebrow. I asked her name but it was little hard to remember she said you can remember it as Sun. I will definitely come back to this place and will go to Sun again.And definitely gonna recommend my friend to Sun.

This is the right place to get your threading done. The girls here are some of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever met. They are very informative, offering advice and kind words. They will do exactly what you want them to and will do their best to get you to achieve the look you want. For anyone complaining after leaving their place...put your big girl panties on and talk to them before you leave, because they WILL fix it. Completely recommend.

I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded anywhere else, because these girls do a great job every time. Two days ago I got their facial, and being a person that has sensitive skin and is acne prne I was very hesitant. But after I got their incredible facial my face was glowing, and some cystic acne that I had on my chin was gone! This is a great place, the people are always so nice, and Im happy to see them expanding their services.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now! When I first moved from Chicago it took me forever to find someone to thread my brows correctly ! I love New Rain and her staff. They take their time with making sure you get exactly what you want. I now live in North Dallas but I don’t mind the drive because I know I’m going to get great service every time 💜

Usually do my brows here and get a facial I live in fort worth but don’t mind the drive because I like this place. I went in today and the lady who did my eyebrows was awesome but the one who did my facial not so much. She seemed kind of lost like she was maybe doing one for the first time and the steps were different than all the ones I’ve had before, she carelessly skipped some. Bottom line is my skin doesn’t feel clean at all like it always does. I don’t know if they’re maybe training new personnel or she just didn’t know what she was doing but I do feel employees should be well trained before they get to work on customers.

I have been going to Newrain now for 2 yrs now and I genuinely LOVE getting my waxes there. Its affordable and efficient!. I have noticed my hair growth decreasing over the years on the waxed areas, which is a plus for me. Newrain and her staff are professional and personable. I recommend them always. I was referred by a friend and Im glad I gave it a try 2 yrs ago and never looked back since.

Had my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever today. Im 26 lol. Staff members were very nice and it was a relatively quick process (maybe took less than 8 minutes for both my brows). I will say, my skin and eyebrows are very sensitive so this was really painful for me, but overall Im very happy with the results. Im hoping that overtime my eyebrows will desensitize a little! Beauty is pain!

I’ve have been getting my eyebrows and mustache threaded with Newrain for about 4-5 years now, I love how her and her hand selected team member treat me! She hand selects each team member and they are all the nicest people ever. Each one of them is a true pro when it comes to getting your eyebrows exactly the way you want them, they even give tips on how to grow them out if needed! They make sure you’re okay with the slight pain you might feel and if there’s any discomfort they help you through it! For the past year I have also been getting deep cleansing facials and facial to help lighten my acne scarring and it really has helped with the overall appearance of my skin! My acne has decreased, my skin looks healthier, more glowy, and overall I get amazing looking skin without having to pay thousands of dollars at a dermatology center.

I’ve been going to Newrain’s salon since it opened. Her service was recommended to me by a friend and Ive been going with her ever since. She used to rent space inside another salon, and I was so happy when she opened her own salon. She is the absolute best! I get my Brazilian done with her. She and her staff are trained to make the entire experience pleasant. Everyone is professional and super friendly. Her prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. She waxes, threads, does facials, and henna. I’ve gone to both her Arlington and Grand Prairie locations and you just can’t go wrong.

Absolutely love the services provided. Had spent too much time out in the summer sun and was in need for some TLC. Mesha was a friendly and excellent attendent. She recommended the gold facial. I left feeling rejuvenated. Will definitely be returning and will recommend this place!!!

Can’t say enough about Newrain and her staff. I’ve been going to her for eyebrow threading for the last 4 years and won’t go anywhere else. Her salon is very clean and I never have to wait more than 10 mins. Also her prices are unbeatable—$7 for eyebrow threading and its $5 if you have the yearly membership.My left eyebrow grows very differently than my right and Newrain always knows how to make them look like “sisters.” She is the best in town by far!!!

Fast and friendly. Eyebrows looked great however she dug a little hard and I had 2 small scabs under my brow a day later. That wont stop me from going back though. Did I mention my eyebrows look amazing!

I love Newrain! I came here after going to one other eyebrow threading salon and having a bad experience. I came here and here they did a perfect job. This is the only place I go to to get my eyebrows threaded. Everyone here is really caring and friendly. They even gave me tips to help grow in my eyebrows due to over plucking when I was younger. I recommend this place to anyone, I promise you wont be disappointed.
