My Mother, Daughter and myself came in for a little girl time and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was super friendly and helpful at making sure I got what I wanted. It is a little pricey but well worth it. I would definitely recommend this salon to more people.

Decided to go here do to long waits for Mothers Day weekend and I must say.... overall the place is very clean and they have a very nice gentleman cleaning the chairs and equipment as you leave. The young man at the front desk was very nice and respectful in answering any questions I had. I received a pedicure and it was the basic one for 28.00, reason for the 4 stars is that even though it was the cheaper one I felt like air could have gotten a better massage and more detailed done no matter of I played 75.00 are 28.00. The lady doing the job didnt speak very much and there was no offer of any complimentary drinks but I saw others with cokes and wines but was never offered anything. Overall I would give them another try because they were so extremely busy.

This is one of the best nail spa places in Arlington I got a pedicure there and was amazing! Best spa ever and Ima boy so thats saying a lot but anyway best place to get a pedicure!

This place is great! Dina and Scott are two of my favorites. I have been going there for about 6 months, and am never disappointed. You can call for an appointment on the weekends to make sure they are not too busy when you arrive.

Requested the simplest full set on the planet. V shape French tip. V shape lines were not straight, when I asked them to be fixed, associate replied “too hard to do by hand” and got upset he was asked to fix the uneven lines. Hmmm..I showed you a picture before I sat in the chair. If you couldn’t do it you should’ve said that. Worst money spent. Will not be returning.

Ive had a good experience everytime!

I went in to get my acrylics removed. Instead of using acetone to remove the nails, she cut the tips of the nails with nail clippers and then used another unused acrylic nail to pry the rest of the fake nail off of my natural nail. This was a painful experience and my nails were left rough, cracked, and brittle. Weird thing is the woman sitting next to me had foil wrapped around her finger tips, and I assume her fingers were soaking in acetone towelettes, which is a method I have seen other nail salons use to remove fake nails. Not sure why a different, rougher, less gentle, and much more barbaric method was used on my nails. I do not recommend coming here. There is no guarantee they will CHOOSE to give you good quality service.

I’ve been going here for several years and they are so nice and welcoming. Always use liners in their foot baths and you can see their sterilizer. Great place

Fast, friendly and reasonable prices!

I went in asking for French nails but with a sparkly pink. I had it on from a different salon and loved those. I don’t love how they ended up doing these. Other salons usually do the pink and then scrape off the tip to make a curved white tip. This place did all pink then went back at the end and added white. So the pink is like 3 layers and the white is raised and bumpy with another two layers and not curved. More straight than anything. She didn’t ask if I liked them but it had taken so much longer than it should’ve by doing this process that I was over it. Not worth the $45 I paid. I’ve requested this type of nails at several other salons and never had a problem so I was dissatisfied and disappointed that a place that looked as nice as it did could not do the same job when they had the example of what I wanted right in front of them from my previous nails. I also asked them to be as short as possible... and they are still pretty long.The atmosphere was amazing. Very big and clean but that’s about the only thing I liked. (Picture with white background is what I wanted, picture in the car is what I got)

My daughter and Grandson and I had pedicures today andit was an amazing experience. Taylor was the lady who did mine and she was incredible. All three of us had a great experience, highly recommend.

The inside nice and all but when I went, they did not take my nails off properly, and they did not fix them but decided to throw tips on them and it hurt. Then on top of that $20 extra for gel on my toes?! unbelievable! When I left, not even two weeks and my nails already started lifting. My nails were not worth the money I paid.

I have been there twice and I called today 7-10-21 to make a appointment the guy that answered the phone was not understanding who I was wanting to make the appointment with so I went up there and I talked to the lady that has been doing my nails and she was straight rude to me and she was with a customer I was very shocked how she spoken to me she told me to go make appointment I politely left!! I will never go back there!!

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Worth every penny.

First time and last time coming here. First my nail tech never told me her name, I had to tell her 3 times to remove the old polish before continuing my pedicure. She rushed through the whole process..did not appear very interested in making sure that my spa experience was exceptional. She never massaged my feet or anything . I left with he same tired achy feet that I came in with. I can only assume that her name is Tran..because that was the name on my receipt. Never offered a beverage or anything, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I come here frequently but today I made an appointment for Kim since I seen a lot of reviews for her, people were walking in with a 30 min wait but Kim took her time on my nails and toes she asked my opinion to make sure I was satisfied and both are amazing. She’s amazing at nails and good hospitality!!

My Second time going there.. my polish come off within 3 days everytime on my nails. No longer going there.

Best Nail Salon in DFW! I been to others that are closer to home, slightly cheaper Etc. But the Staff at La bella is bar none! Scott does the best pedicure I have had, that says alot for someone who has been getting nails and pedi since a teenager ( over 40 yrs young). Lee does miracles with dip powder designs, she is awesome and so sweet, Quan gives a perfect and near painless Brazilian wax! Salon super clean and sanitary, peaceful waterfalls flowing throughout complimentary wine, water, coffee or soft drinks. Massage chairs are heavenly and actually work. Top quality services to met everyones budget. Highly recommend you treat yourself to La bella spa next mani/pedi/wax appointment 🤩

The absolute worst experience ever. Between a few different people they finally convinced me to do gel to get an ombre look. Once the $20 upcharge and extra 20 minutes was done the nails were NOTHING like I wanted. They then went to find someone who could do it and then they decided that noone wanted to do it. So then they soaked and filed off the gel and went to my original color polish I asked for. Then I asked for a design she said no i said ok just a flower she said ok then put my shoes on and tried helping me up, I said wait areny you going to do the flower she said no. Then I said well I wanted to get my eyebrows done she ignored me twice and then 4 people gathered at the front acting like they were so confused and didnt know what I was asking for. They tried upcharging me on my service but when I requested add ons then j was too difficult when its stuff THEY OFFER! what kind of nail place doesnt so designs and ignores you and tells you no when asking for a design or at least a simple flower and then a brow wax? The worst

I love this place! Been going there for a long time but last time i went i got a manicure and the lady who did it cut the edge of my finger nails and now i have an ingrown nail, is so swollen and very painful!!!

I’m so very picky about my nails! I moved to Mansfield from Plano a couple months ago and I’ve been driving 50 miles to get my nails done. That’s because I know my nail tech will do a great job. I came to this location with a hope because my cousin said they do good. I lucked up and I’m soooooo happy with the service! My nails are THE BEST! I’m so pleased. The two people I had were great and had great personalities. I’m so glad my first experience was a good one. They didn’t rush and my nails and feet still look great 2 weeks later! I’ll definitely be back!

Good work, customer service could be radically improved. To the manager: We are all paying customers, no one is asking you to work for free. Once I was there I soon realized that just because some of us are ethnic we wont even get a water offered to us. With their higher class clients just know they will have water and even get wine offered. If you are of a different race go elsewhere to get better service.

The best place ive ever been for pedicures. Very comfortable, ambient, relaxing, affordable, excellent customer service, and worth every dollar! Im currently getting a pedicure at classy nails near Arlington high school bc i needed a last minute appointment and im regretting it already! I miss La Bella! Ill never go anywhere else again!

I saw the reviews on here and saw everyone bragging about Kimberly so I booked with her. I’m also very picky about my nails but Kimberly did the dang thiang!! She’s super cool and really talented. Takes her time with you and it feels like you’ve been knowing her for years. Good service like hers is hard to find and she had the total package

I love this place. There is never a wait when I go as they have 20 seats for a pedicure, and I think 8 for a manicure. The staff is so polite and always offer me a beverage. Best Part is they take their time when it comes to the massages. Much needed after a long week. I would very much recommend this nail salon to all my friends.

I absolutely love it here! I only have one lady who I go to because Im very picky, but she does amazing work every time! Ive tried other salons if she was busy, but Ive never found anyone who is as sweet, professional, and TALENTED as she is! Ive gotten to the point where I call before I go in and if shes unavailable, Ill schedule for a different day. LOVE HER!! La Bella is the only salon I truly trust!

Absolutely horrible, The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice. However, I couldnt enjoy the pedicure because the woman DIANNA who did my fingernails at the same time was drilling deep across my fingernails. It hurt so bad I had to pull my fingers back several times. She cut into the cuticle so bad it made my thumb bleed. When I left, all my fingers were throbbing and hurting. I will never go back to that place again. My husband took photos of my fingers. She ripped half the nail off my ring finger.I rate this place 1 star because there was no option for danger. The pedicure looks nice but I paid extra to get the hot stones. I dont even remember any it because of the painful experience with my fingers

I got a set from them 5/17/19 I wanted a ombré set & I always get gel but the nail tech talked me into getting dipped because she said it would work better with the dip powder.(what happened to servicing the customer & giving them what they wanted) overall I paid $100 plus tip for my nails and toes, just for them to pop off a week later!!! This is the exact reason why I don’t get dip because they are too thin and don’t hold for the two weeks I keep them. There is no reason why I should have to get my nails fixed a week after getting a brand new set. Highly disappointed

Been going to La Bella for close to 10 years. Great quality but there is no point in making an appointment. Had an appointment at 2pm and at 2:30pm I was still waiting. Not happy!!!

This is one of the BEST salons in town. I esp love the only male manicurist, he goes to town on perfection!!!! I now live in Fort worth and travel all the way to arlington just to have him do my nails ..he is THAT GOOD! 10 stars all the way!

Used to be a faithful customer of this place they did excellent nails! But over the past 2/3 years they have had a big staff change and it shows. Most recently went and the nail tech kept forgetting what I asked for and did something different, not to mention made me bleed and didnt address it until I said something! It was only then that I was offered any type of beverage, which I never received. To make matters worse my sister also got cut by a different nail tech and was told not to come back bc her nails weretoo hard to do! Smh will never spend another penny at this over priced poorly operated establishment.

This place is a little more expensive than most but I love the look and cleanliness and cynthia is amazing with waxing and threading. Give it a try.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but we went for my daughters wedding. We booked appointments for nail spa (manicure/paraffin wax, massage, etc) and nexgen nails. When we gave our names, they just sat us down and went straight to the nexgen nails. It was our first time so we didnt know how it worked. My daughter missed out on half the pampering experience. So, if you make an appointment just know that they dont care what you book. The nails turned out great, but no manicure was such a disappointment.

I love this place! They always do a fantastic job and if I mess it up by accident or if they don’t do a great job, which doesn’t happen often, they always fix it. They always treat my mom like a queen in there!

I just got my nails done there less than an hour ago. This is only my second time, my first was over 5 years ago and was pleasant. But this visit was completely horrible... some nails are partially lob-sided and othets are thin on one side and thicker on other. 10 extra dollars for length and shape??? Thats just ridiculous! I paid 28 for short squared nails when this is what i usually pay for medium long coffins! And i usually get way better service as well! The lady.. her drill said Tina, was pretty rough with my hands and left one of my nails chipped on the side, I completely regret going behind my nail techs back and going to la bella... smh wont be back ever again.

Not bad for last minute choice but EVERYTIME they forget about me. They get my pedicure done then forget I asked for a manicure and eyebrow wax. Just skipped the mani this time. They seem to pay more attention to you if your not ethnic.

I used to love this place. But the woman who did my nails today seemed to be in a rush and unhappy that I only requested acrylic nails. I left unhappy because they didnt have time to do what I actually wanted, and barely okay nails.

My technician was really pleasant and attentive. I enjoyed the atmosphere here.

I love the ambiance of the place, very luxurious looking. Only defect is the fact that their staff keeps you waiting after you have already been seated. Other than that, the place is fine. Do not expect to come here to pay less than $40 for a mani and pedi, you get what you pay for.

Everyone was very nice, but I asked for gel polishing my fingers, they did a normal polish, which I decided not to worry about, but for my pedicure, oils were left on almost all of my toes. Within 12 hours my polish could just slide off.

Very happy with the experience. My wife and I are here once a month.

Best Nail Salon!!I drive from Fort Worth to Arlington because the staff if superb and they are the cleanest and friendliest staff ever.

I am from Houston and came to Arlington due to Hurricane Harvey. I desperately needed my nails done, so I went to Labella this past Saturday. My experience was typical. Dianne did my shellac manicure and Lynn did my pedicure. They were both nice. I wanted a design but was unsure of the type of design I wanted. Lynn suggested that I get ombréd glitter. When Dianne couldnt do the design, they did argue about Lynn suggesting it. Dianne was upset for the remainder of my manicure and didnt remove the tackiness of the shellac very well. The manicure wasnt that great but it would work until I could go back to my usual nail salon in Houston. Over time I started to notice these brown looking stains. I went back today because my nails looked really bad, like maybe the polish was defective. I spoke with the manager, he called Khuan to see if she could remove the stained look. She tried using alcohol and acetone neither worked, it actually made it worse. I told her it may just be the top coat, she rudely argued otherwise. Saying I dont know what you do at home, I dont live with you. Maybe its your hair. Eventually she buffed away the top coat and it was exactly the problem. At this point her tone was extremely unprofessional, because I had a baby pink color, I told her Id rather change the color because I didnt want the same thing to happen . She shoved the color book in my hand and went to the back. I could hear her yelling from where I was sitting (corner seat by the door). The manager came back to remove the polish from my nails and had Molly change the color for me. Molly was very nice and professional.

This salon is great! The shoulder/neck massage with all manicures is so relaxing.

I was referred by a friend...as my first experience was was a great one...the nail tech was pleasant I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Will not return to this place, ever!!! Just after 4 days my gel nails started cracking and peeling off. Time before last, I tried the dip and the white part of the nail (french manicure) started turning yellow. Also, under my nails were so thick that they didnt thin thèm out!They just do a half ass job so they can get in as many customers as they can by skipping steps! Im not spending any more of my money here!

**DO NOT GO HERE ** This place has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They will not every, and do mean ever, get any piece of my money at no point and time!So just because no one understood, was able translate, conjoined to try to figure out what I was requesting....they decide that of since their closing that they couldnt do anything for me. So you prepped my nails for a new set, but guess what I got..... NO NEW SET! So thats what you say to a paying customer? This the reason why I dont mess around in the so called surbs I stay in MY HOOD where they get it!

Awful experience. The manicurist that did my nails was just awful, like she didnt even go to school for this. The entire thing was way too rushed, she made me bleed, my nails were all sorts of shapes, and I wouldnt even call what she gave me a hand massage so I paid someone $25 to have my nails messed up. Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else!

Absolutely horrible, the lady doing my nails was very rude and I kept telling her to make them shorter because the nail extension was way to long for me and she would just lean back in her chair, sigh loudly, roll her eyes at me, and then file my nails so hard that 3 of my fingers were bleeding .. I got gel dip and it took her an hour and a half! And is costed 45$ which is completely ridiculous! I didnt give her any tip she made me so mad

So came in asked for acrylic dip and my nails are already really short so Im assuming if youre a nail tech and a customers nail are this short you would use the fake tips. She asked me how long I want it so I thought shes asking about the tips shes gonna out on cause you cant ask how long I want it for my real nails right(common sense) so I said not too long cause I have to type a lot at work. Then she started working on my nails dipping it in the powder and then when she started dipping the tips now I dont know much about nails but Im thinking why would she be dipping the tips isnt she supposed to put the tips on first? So I asked her about it and she replies that I said earlier I didnt want it long I told her I meant the fake tips not my real nails and she goes but I already did the dipping so Im like ok thats OK and just let her finish cause its a miscommunication her English wasnt that good and she probably didnt understand what I was saying. Then her coworker comes over and says oh wow thats really short and she tells him I didnt want the fake tips put on so now its making her do more work and its harder cause its so short. Im like I cannot believe she just lied about the whole situation thinking Im not vietnamese and couldnt understand what shes saying. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. So literally I paid 45 dollars for someone to mess up my nails.

Never have to wait in a long line ,even on saturdays and my nails last for weeks and never chip until the 2nd week or so. designs are cute and friendly staff.
