Their office next door is NEVER open. There has been twice that this has been an issue for myself and my children. Once my child needed a refill on his medication and the office had been closed for weeks so he had to wait that long and another time has been today when I needed a copy of my childs physical but theyre closed again. This is ridiculous and I dont recommend this medical office since they dont seem to take their patients needs seriously. I am changing their PCP today.

I had great experience with this clinic since I came to them three years ago. Dr. Wilkinson and Dr. Kline are very professional doctors. They called me about my lab results and explained to me what I should do. My diabetes medicine was not working so well and Dr. Kline would recommend new medicines and let me try samples to see if they work. Their service was quick and you did not have to wait long.

“7am - 5pm 7 days a week” but what they won’t tell you is that they stop taking patients AN HOUR before closing. Extremely disappointed.*UPDATE* after I FINALLY was able to see someone, they didn’t fill out my prescription form completely so the pharmacist refused to take it. Now I have to wait an until tomorrow morning to go back up there and get it fixed. More days in pain because the neighborhood doctor can’t get it together.

If I could give this experience zero stars I would. I got tested for COVID at this location and was told that I would receive a call in three days letting me know my results. Four days pass and I still have not heard anything. I call in the late morning and it takes me 20 minutes to get ahold of someone and then when I did they literally told me that they were too busy at the moment to look for my file ??? They said to call back closer to closing which I did and even then I just kept getting hung up on with the excuse were too busy when I FINALLY got in touch with someone it was the receptionist and she was HORRIBLY rude to me, practically yelling at me to hold on, be patient, give her a minute as if its my fault that they didnt call me with my results. I have never been treated like this by a professional in my life. When she finally got back to me, I WAS POSITIVE, clearly this is important information... All I wanted to know was if it was safe for me to go to work and I got bashed by members on staff for taking up their time... Is that not literally your job? Anyway, -5/5.

I brought my daughter in and she was given a Covid test and told it would take 1-3 days and the doctor would call with the results. 24 hours after the full 3 days we still had heard nothing. Since her only symptom was lack of smell she was continuing to go about her daily business of work and college. When we contacted them they told us they did not have time to deal with her. They were too busy and call back at the end of the day. She did that and could not get a live person. We both tried and actually got the receptionist simutaniously. I have never been treated so unkindly in my life. We were just trying to find out if it was safe for her to go to work. If this disease is so serious than her positive Covid test should have been top priority.

This review is not regarding Dr. Wilkerson but the staff. I had an early morning office visit 08/19 & received a new Rx. Proceeded to my usual pharmacy and was notified I needed an approval for a routine med I take. The request was sent within 20 minutes of my MD visit and it has not been addressed yet, 2 full days after. I have called the office & received the run around in addition to an excuse this morning that I should visit the office during the week when theres more staff available... WTH! Who says such a thing to a patient without verification? Im sure Dr. Wilkerson would not approve of such; however, there is no way to rectify the problem if shes unaware. Again, I have no issue with Dr. Wilkerson, its her staff whos tainting the typical southern hospitality, we receive from her. I called at 7am then again at 930ish, sat on hold for nearly 10 minutes before someone eventually disconnected the call. ***I will not call back and have begun my search for another provider. I pay for each visit and deserve to be treated as though I matter especially when I drive 30+ minutes to see her. To the person who took my call at 930ish, you do not deserve to work at this facility. Youre not a true reflection of Dr. Wilkerson!

I cannot imagine anyone leaving less than 5 stars for the staff and Dr. Alicia Wilkerson! I came here 16 years ago when I was in high school very sick and Dr. Alicia Wilkerson looked at me and knew I had pneumonia, and after X-rays - sure enough, I had walking pneumonia. I haven’t been back since. I just came back after 16 years and Dr. Wilkerson looked at me and was like, “Oh hi how are you, you’ve been here before!” I was shocked that she remembered me. The whole staff was so friendly, kind and efficient. I came in around 8 am and was looked at straight away and now it’s 8:50 am and I am writing this review! I highly recommend them!!

Really nice and friendly staff. Our regular doctor was booked a month in advance and I really needed a physical. The visit was less than an hour total with both me and my husband being treated. Recommended this place to everyone. The doctor and nurse made us feel really comfortable. Tabatha was super nice and patient with us. Thank yall very much!!

DO NOT GET TESTED FOR COVID AT THIS FACILITY!!!About 2 weeks ago, I went in for a Covid test. They told me 3 days later that I tested negative, however, my results were mailed to me yesterday and my results were positive! I had spread this sickness to my father, my son, and God knows who else. Trying to determine if I should press charges.

Secretaries are horrible. Laughed,yes they laughed when I said I needed a covid test. They told me they were out. This is my 3rd try to see this dr. Plus I waited in my car for an hour.

I went in for blood work and checkup and had A++ service from Liana the PA. Would recommend.

Do not go to PA liana kline she has no bedside manner. Poor technique bad listenerShe diagnose me without even looking at my knee I went in for leg pain. Service was lousy or I should say non service I paid 185.00 it was money down the drain I ask her is that it and she said what do you want me to do?she walked out with a parting shot of loose weight. I,ve been a nurse for over 30 yrs and I known what it means to give and receive good medical care..I left without any medical help no recommendations nothing for pian..maybe I should be grateful because I wouldnt trust her with my dog and I dont have one.

Nice doctor but I could hear the nurse outside my exam room complaining about taking my xrays. At least be quiet about it.

I’m reaching out to my attorney regarding this facility. I just went in for a emergency, it’s a snow storm right now clearly this is a serious medical problem if I was willing to get out in this weather. Dr.Alicia saw me for a short moment , said she never seen anything like what was wrong and wrote a prescription Without even looking it up herself I told her I’ve researched this issue before and showed her the medication I was reading would help online she glanced at what I was showing her wrote a random name of the prescription I was showing her and rushed out saying “my husband is waiting just take 2 a day. “ I get to the pharmacy and they tell me that what she wrote is an injection not pills she didn’t even spell it right. I rush back almost get into a wreck because it’s snowing but I need the medicine & no one was there. It’s sad that there are people in the medical field like this , that just absolutely don’t care . Shame on her. She stayed long enough to take my payment but not long enough to verify if the medicine she wrote on the prescription was correct. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Says they are open until 5. Came in before that and was told they stop taking patients at 4:30. Wasted my time and gas money to drive out and be seen and for nothing. Terrible service

Dr. Wilkerson is one of the best doctors that I’ve had in the last fifteen years. She is very personable and gives you all the information, and she is very solutionoriented. I am thankful their are still doctors like her around. p

Dr. Wilkerson has been there for me since I was seven. Injury after injury, and countless illnesses, for 32 years she’s cared for me. And she always supported my father’s local business.More than that, she hires doctors with the same same personal care interests as hers.

Waited over 45 minutes in the car. Walked in to see doctors and staff and kids in their break room with no mask on their face. The nurse that brought us in did have her mask on . She did not introduce herself. Thank you to her for following state and city ordinances. Most staff is a bit on the rude side. Dr even hugged a client. so much for social distancing oh wait that wouldnt have mattered anyway because he didnt have his mask on. You also could have given me paperwork to fill out while we were sitting in the car forever.

I’ve seen Dr. Wilkerson for the last 25 years. Today she went out of her way to find a pharmacy to reduce a prescription cost for me. I’ve never waited too long to get in and they’ve always taken care of any issue. Highly recommend this location.

Very happy with my experience. I switched my daughter’s primary care doctor to Dr. Henderson after nearly 15 years at another PCP. I brought her in as an emergency visit when her regular PCP was closed and was impressed with how kind Dr. Henderson was and willing to work with us. I decided it was time to switch to this location. She just had her first yearly check up here and I wish I had her seeing him sooner. He is very patient with our questions and knowledgeable.Cannot recommend enough!

If I could give this a -5 star review i would.! The receptionist is rude and has a terrible attitude. They’re unorganized and will keep you waiting for a whole hour just to tell you they won’t take you in. Also , i needed a tb test FOR SCHOOL and the doctor or who ever was there didn’t wanna take me in because they thought i had tuberculosis even tho they hadn’t even seen me.! It was for school. They’re terrible I’m so upset i wasted my time doing there two days in a row

I walked in needing to see a doctor. The girls behind the window ignored me for several minutes and when they FINALLY opened the window the girl was extremely rude and said you had to call before you were even supposed to come in. When i asked for the number she said it was on the door and wouldnt give it to me and shut the window in my face. Save your money dont go here. They dont listen to you anyways.

Stay away from this place they don’t care at all. My experience was horrible. This is your health, do good research before going to any hospital or clinic.

This doctors office is amazing. I love how they are open so late. Its very convenient and Dr. Wilkerson is amazing and always has a smile on her face. As well as PA Henderson is the best medical professional Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing and being his patient. The staff is always friendly and they will continue having the pleasure of my company every time. I love this doctor. They are always open. Dr. Wilkerson is the best. You can tell she cares. The staff is wonderful. I haven’t had any issues with them. I totally recommend her.

Spoke to a lady named Tabitha who answered the phone. She was extremely rude as tho she hates her job. Went in and only made it as far as the waiting area. Room was dirty and musty. Was not greeted whatsoever even tho there are many people standing around in the back. Signed in and waited about 20 minutes up until I saw a lady through the window with gloves on with a syringe filled with Im not sure what toughing all over her face and lips... that was my cue to leave especially being that I was there to get labs. Yeah, no thanks. If that was my shot. I would NOT appreciate whoever she is dangling a syringe filled with my shot and touching all over her face. Go elsewhere. I cannot speak on the dr because I did not make it that far. Good luck if you go here is all I can say. And if you are going on a Saturday or after 5, they have signs stating that they charge an after hours fee which is NOT posted on their website. Look around even if this is your last resort. Thank me later.

First I would like to say they are unprofessional I came in there to get paperwork yesterday and the lady at the front desk said she could not find it. Mind you the whole time she is texting looking through mail not even giving me eye contact. She said it would be 2 days to find it. After going back in forth the dr came down and found my paper work in less than 2 minutes. Those women at the front desk are pure lazy and not even qualified to help anybody because they have no clue what they are doing. Tried to make me feel dumb asking things like what time did you come in the office? Mind you it was over a year ago.

My husband was a walk in patient last week: Short waiting time, Dr Wilkerson was extremely professional and took the time to explain what was going on.I was a new patient here about 6 months ago and the doctor who attended me was also very helpful. I was referred to a specialist, and the coordinator was quick in finding someone who would be covered by my insurance... Overall great experience!

I love it here. Dr. Wilkerson is the best physician there is. She does prescribe the medication needed to treat your illness but she also offers alternatives for those who do not want to just be bombarded with medication all the time. Dr. Wilkerson listens to the concerns of her patients and she ensures that she does everything within her power to make sure her patients are on a road to healing and recovery. I have never had a Doctor call to check in on me Dr. Wilkerson checks in on her patients she wants to ensure that we are following her orders and that our health is improving while on whatever regimen she has prescribed. Her staff are friendly and I know that even without me being there my family (children) as well as my friends and co-workers are going to be treated with the same urgency and positive experience as myself.

Been going there for many years. I love the convenience of not having to have an appointment. Ive always received great care at the Neighborhood Doctor.

I went in there today first time. My regular Doctor Closed at 12:00!! I usually sit at my doctor for at least 3 hours. I needed an x-ray because I thought I broke my hand. The office staff and doctor were so nice!! I was in and out in about an hour 1/2. I do love my regular doctor. But any time they are not convenient I will go back here!! BTW it was not broke!!

Doctor mike was amazing..He answered all questions and was able to really sympathize with the clients by putting himself in others shows... Im in good hands going here.

For the most part I like the office, I’ve been seeing Sprowls for years and the times I’ve seen Wilkerson it’s been okay too. However I’m sitting in a room right now waiting to be seen and the entire staff is talking about going to the Eskimo hut for drinks... “on the clock” Now I enjoy the Eskimo hut so there’s no judgement at all, but I must admit it’s kind of crazy to think I’m laying in a room to be seen and all I hear is staff outside my door speaking on drinking.

The customer service at this location is awful. I’m pretty sure I have the flu and I feel awful! Before I visited this location I called to make sure they took my insurance. I have he name of my insurer and my group and ID number so she could look it it. I advised her I did not want to drive 25 minutes if they did not accept my insurance. When I arrived I signed in and waited 15 minutes only to be told they did not accept my insurance. I explained my conversation with the lady on the phone. I advised I was extremely upset in the most respectful way. She did not take responsibility or apologize. I explained this was a learning opportunity. I could have paid the offiyvisit without insurance, but the lack of knowledge and customer service turned me all the way off! Don’t waist your time!!

Michael Henderson and Alicia Wilkerson are absolutely amazing. These doctors actually really care, they take their time and are very thorough. High recommend. No appointment needed and they are open until 10pm.

I have been going to the Neighborhood Doctor since 2002 and it has been the best doctor I have had. They are open 365 days from early morning to late at night. Dr. Wilkerson is amazing and she has continued her family tradition to serve others. They really care about you and treat you like family.

The people there were really nice. The wait wasn’t long and I felt better right away. I would recommend coming here.

I loved this doctor when I was living in Arlington! Everyone was kind, and the doctor was extremely accommodating and thorough.

3 of the 4 members of my family have had to visit this place in the last year and I cannot say enough good things. Dr. Wilkerson is always so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

If I could rate a zero star I definitely would. I went in to treat my severe anxiety disorder and was prescribed sleeping + antidepressants after telling him I wanted nothing to do with antidepressants period. Brought the prescription back and asked the receptionist if he could prescribe me something else but he told her no thats all hes gonna get from here. I came in for help and was denied by Dr. Larry D. Sprawls. He should not be in practice.

Quick and easy. Copay and RXs are so specific to the person I wont consider that in my rating. The service from walk in to walk out was about 35 minutes. The place could use a bit of sprucing up but if you dont want to pay crazy Urgent Care prices and your medical needs arent IMMEDIATE then I do recommend coming here. Staff was friendly including the doctor and theres a pharmacy right next door!

I came into the clinic in an emergency and was treated extremely well. PA Hamilton was wonderful, helping me get an appointment with a surgeon. Surprisingly good experience considering the condition I was in.Thanks to all.

Staff was ok, but the doctor was quite amiable. I was diagnosed properly and sent on my way. I left with a favorable impression overall. No appointment and waited approximately an hour, pharmacy located next door.

The individual Carrie working the window was by far the most hateful and unprofessional front desk person I have ever dealt with. My 16 year old came in for her yearly physical and we were treated horribly. What an embarrassment for your office. Doctor was great! He gets 5 stars but probably unaware of her behavior.

Not one single problem staff was friendly, the place looked cleaned. Dr was nice and treated me right away no complaints.

The customer service and competency of this location is horrible. This is the second time my medication was not properly called in and I was without it for one to two weeks. They placed blame on the pharmacy and took no ownership. Even when I explained and asked them to call they found out they had the wrong information and didnt even apologize. Theyre unprofessional. I witnessed one employee use the N word to another employee and neither of them were black. The only reason I come is because Ive been with Dr. Sprowls for years and Dr. Wilkerson is a Christian but its time for a change. Im not driving 50 mins for foolishness.

Office staff needs training or better training on customer service- and dealing with people. Maybe make it a GOAL to improve your online ratings.. That will start with great customer service.

I just decided we will not be going her for our medical needs. I am canceling my sons appointment because if the staff is that rude over the phone then we shouldnt meet in person. I dont do rude and Ill give you a ride awakening. Anywhoo... have not been seen and will not be seen. You should get better staff for the phones, if they dont like answering phones and questions then its time for a new job seriously.

They are honestly the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there I wait 2 hours. The last time I went I cut my finger pretty bad and they made me wait 2 hours for them to tell me the doctor won’t try to work on my finger because it’s on the finger. Which is totally fine IF THEY WOUL HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE I WAITED 2 HOURS! Don’t go to this place they will just waste your time.

Waited hours and sounded like they were doing more talking than working. Dont think patients being sick are a top priority in this place .Horrible! Dont go here South Arlington location. Go to another place.

The doctor super nice and apologized for the long wait. In the other hand the medical assistant has horrible customer service skills and manors. Very rude and with an attitude, unfortunately this type of employee is what makes customers not want to come back.

Very rude people here dont waste tour time or money when trying to get blood pressure meds they say its not gonna happen and that I need to pay extra money to see them again. Worst experience of our lives. My husband is suffering :(

I will first say that the PA, Paul was amazing. Thank you! I have to strongly mention, by far the worst we have ever been treated by the front desk individual, named Carrie. I work for an Allergy and Asthma Center and refer patients here all the time for after hour care and what an embarrassment. The front desk person is on her cell phone watching videos. When I approached her to ask if there was paperwork that needed to be filled out, (since it has been one year since my husband was seen), she had the worst attitude, as if we were an issue for her and stated I will, “get to him shortly”. She then shut the glass window with force and we heard her in the reception area state, “Don’t rush me”. She is definitely someone I wouldn’t want to be working with. Front desk personnel needs a lot of work. Very unprofessional. Dr. Wilkerson would not be happy.

I usually go to the one on north green oaks and they are always super great...but today I went to the cooper location cause I was closer and it was horrible! I was there for about 3 hours and 2 1/2 of that was just sitting in the room waiting! All I heard was people talking and messing around, and overall it was a very slow process. My friend that was waiting for me said it was more like a social club...they were eating and hanging out...then they just called my name out loud and said go to the lab. I guess they didnt care enough to come in and tell me my results and what would I like to do...they began to start some testing and I had to stop them...because they didnt tell me ahead of time and I am sure they were gonna bill me for. It and I had a limit I could spend.I undetstand waiting for a Doctor....but its super easy to run a strep test and as soon as its done come tell me the results. I finally got up and stood at the room door and ask someone if they were almost done....and Dr came running, saying sorry I just got ur prescription....and she was writing it as she gave to me. The also never told me what was wrong with me or if my strep test was positive or negative....I had to ask twice. I will never go back to this location...never again. I actually waited so long I laid down on the table and fell asleep...I hate to even rate them a 1 star!

First mistake I was supposed to see the allergist to talk about kids allergies. She never came back to talk to me, just left us waiting. She was supposed to be calling me to set up an appt, never happened. Third time visiting. Sat in the office an extra hour and a half because of incompetent office staff. The doc is good. The help is definitely NOT!!!!! Now I have to find kids a new PCP.

The office wait can be long. It depends on the time of day. Dr Wilkerson is fantastic! The two other Drs are very helpful too. They are soooooo much cheaper than Care Now. Its only $75 for a self pay office visit, but the first time you go, its $85 for a self pay visit. Sometimes you never hear back from them on tests youve had done, but you can just call. The PAs are very nice. One of them took the time to pray with me when I really needed it. Other office staff can be a bit rude, but I just talk to them and get to know them and their attitude changes. All in all the Drs here are my PCPs. But I love Dr Wilkerson the best! Shes only there until 2pm.

My son was seen here he had both strep and flu, we were in and out rather quickly, the doctors are very nice and the staff was extremely nice!!! I definitely reccommend!!!

Ive been coming here off and on for 20 years. Had a mix up with my insurance changing and needed a prescription for insulin until my next Endocrinologist visit.Today they said that they dont prescribe insulin. They did before I had an Endocrinologist, they did when Alicia Wilkerson herself diagnosed me with diabetes 15 years ago.The staff said, we dont prescribe narcotics either, maybe its for the same reason.

I had Michael Henderson for my visit he was excellent! He asked very good to-the-point questions and got me out a few minutes after seeing him admittedly the wait was a little long which is why this 4 stars instead of 5 but all in all it was a great visit!

The red head woman in charge is awful she thought that I was in there for drugs when I couldnt even walk because of a knee injury she scowled at me and then left before she could send my paperwork to get an MRI so I spend 24 hours in complete agony and when I did see her she made fun of my teeth. Very unprofessional and rudest woman Ive ever met.

Old school doctors. Still use paper records and open 7 days. Good deal.

Bunch of liars. Told us they had to do a mandatory DNA test you have to sign for, then we get lab bills for thousands and we were not told about the costs upfront. This place should be shut down, and the doctors should be investigated for fraud. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Jake, the north Arlington location closed due to non payment of rent. Tells you a lot about them.

I have been going here for over 25 years. The doctors and PAs have always figured out what is wrong with me (physically anyway). Yes, some want blood tests and you dont always have to get them. But, if you havent had your blood drawn in years, it probably wouldnt hurt either. Ive tried other places Urgent Care, Care Now and they always want me to go to a specialist, but also charge me for their list of doctors. I went to Care Now twice and they wouldnt irrigate my ear or remove an ingrown toe nail. Come on, Dr. Pol could do better.

I have been going to the Neighborhood Doctor for over a year now and I have always been treated kindly. The PA I enjoy most is the Asian doctor (sorry, cant remember name) He takes his time with me and my family and seems to really care about our welfare. However, I have noticed that the waiting room has become increasingly un-kept. The chairs and benches are the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat on. The thin cushions on the benches are tore and dirty. Along with the floors. Its a shame that comfort and cleanliness isnt on their list for their patients who already feel bad. I am giving three starts because of PA.

I thought the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning.

It took a week and a half for me to receive the results of an MRI. I had to call several times and go up there twice in order for them to give them to me. And even then the doctor wasnt available to go over the results with me. I was told Id receive a phone call from the doctor but that never came.

Ill be writing a letter of formal complaint to Dr Alicia. The receptionist (if thats what you want to call her) seemed appalled I asked to be seen after waiting 45 mins and hardly being able to breathe. The doctor on staff needed to be convinced I was sick, despite the fact Im out of breath walking to the room. To top it off, as I was leaving another man came in and the receptionist put on her best frown and sighed heavily, I guess its hard work sitting down all day.Avoid this place.

Dr Wilkerson has been my doctor for 20+ years. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

The nurse my aunt had reeked of weed... she made my aunt feel so uncomfortable due to the fact the nurse look high as a kite. I thought they drug tested staff?

Avoid here, go to Care Now next door! Terrible service to customer, not even a smile, could be a minimum when people are mainly coming ill and tired! Doctor was too fast, talk to me for 2 minutes, gave me a prescription that didnt work and i paid 85$ for that?! Waow, never again

Worst office experience ever, brought my daughter in to get checked and during checkout the front desk person Bre became very confrontational and hostile towards me and my daughter because i asked how much a shot cost. she wouldnt tell me until i got upset and she talked down to me and made my daughter with a 101.6 fever very upset. and to add to it she was replaced by another staff member who was very nice and professional, but Bre continued to talk about us in the back and threaten us by and i quote I got all yo info. this is so unprofessional and i told her if anything happens with my daughters info i would come after her and the facility legally. I will never take any of my love ones there again. absolutely the worst customer service in the healthcare industry that i have experienced. Bre is a terrible representative of your office and should be fired ASAP. If your thinking about taking someone you care about to this office, dont your Private medical information may be in jeopardy.

On 8/4 I called and schedule my son a wellness visit and physical. The lady I spoke with stated that she had an opening for 4pm on Wed 8/5. I gave her all my sons information on the phone and let her know that this would be a new patient because his primary care no longer see his age.When I arrived there for my sons appointment. They took all of our information and after sitting in the waiting room for 10 min. the receptionist called me around to the desk. She said to me.....We have no appointment scheduled for your son. She then said...I asked you if your son name was Henry and you said yes...First of all why would I say my child name is Henry when its not and I gave you all of his information. Then I showed her my phone where I spoke to someone from that phone number for 6 mins the day prior. She told me NO, moved my childs papers aside and begin working on something else ignoring me. I was never rude, never raised my voice. I left out and called them back to speack with someone to file a complaint. I was sent to a voice mail and still have yet to receive a call back. Guess I have to take it a step further>

This place does not help you; and said they refuse to provide medical assistance to the poor and uninsured -- either bring some $$ or get out.!! So unethical...

We have seen Dr. Wilkerson for years, but I have to say that her support staff has gotten bad enough that we are switching. Im not paying someone to treat me like crap or make my life difficult.

College school physical was fast and cheap ! *****

I always like the doctors including Dr. Wilkerson, but its hit or miss with the assistants up front. They can be very rude for no reason, which will very likely lead me elsewhere.

This was the worse experience to this location. All staffs were available no a single patient inside but they refused to see my kinds stating that I have to bring them tomorrow. At the reception she suggested that my kids to escape school or go half day so they can see them. Ever never take my business to this location. They are careless.

Dr.alicia took great care of us got to the point no waiting got me into the best specialist all In a matter of a week.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THIS OFFICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AF. I ACTUALLY HEARD HER SET THE PHONE DOWN TO SCREAM OMFG ? ME FOR ASKING HER A QUESTION ABOUT PAYMENT.

Very rude and disrespectful staff! not clean! I had blood drawn and the girl took her bare hand and squirted some hand sanitizer on her two fingers, rubbed it on the injection area and took my blood!! shocking!
