Highly recommend Dr. French. I had a tooth abscess that caused my face to swell. I had two ER visits, and a recommendation from a specialist that I have my canine pulled. I went to Dr. French, who correctly identified the tooth that abscessed as my back molar, which saved me from having an unnecessary extraction and got to the root of the infection. I was and am thankful to Dr. French, as was my whole family. Also, Letty in Dr. Frenchs office is awesome!

I found Dr French by accident googling 24/7 emergency clinics and he was the only one that was able to see me the same day. Dr French and his team really made me feel at home and like family. He informed me that I had a root canal that needed to be taken care of. I was able to be seen in just a few days and the root canal was absolutely painless. I was astounded. I have never in my life had a dentist appointment that didnt cause me severe pain at some point. Dr. French is the best of the best. I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for a pain-free dentist.

Dr. French is simply amazing!! I found him on the 24/7 ER Dental line and Im so glad I did. I get really nervous going into dental offices because of all my bad experiences. This was the first time I have EVER had any major dental work without being completely knocked out! THE ABOSOLUTE FIRST! This dentist is heaven sent. He made me feel extremely safe in his hands. I can say theres not enough space here to list out the sheer volume of work (which much of it was intensive) that Dr. French put into my teeth over just 2 visits. He saw how bad a shape they all were in and acted quickly and skillfully. His patience with me, great sense of humor and extensive years of experience gave me much relief and eased anxieties I had with my current (bad) dental state.Dr. French is very thoughtful in not just examining the teeth, but the person in front of him and will help suggest new avenues for you to better maintain your teeth after the work on them is done.Also, definitely need to mention his stellar staff. They are all very friendly and as capable a crew as Ive ever come across in any medical office before.

I had a terrible experience at an dentist before I went to Dr. French. He (Dr. French) and his entire staff for that matter helped me out so much! They are a great team and I am so glad to have found him. They will help you out in whatever ways they can, they actually helped my grandmother with a payment plan for her bridge since her insurance would only pay a certain portion. Dr. French has been replacing old dental work for me in addition to regular cleanings. His work is incredible and Im never pressured to take the easier route of a new crown or implant. He works with what I have, if it is possible, and I really appreciate that! His staff is courteous and professional and he is always in a jovial mood. He loves dogs, too! Totally five stars.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review before but felt so compelled to spread the good word after meeting Dr. French and his staff. What a wonderful group of people!! You will not find a better Doctor or staff anywhere so stop looking and just make the appointment. Its really that good but if you need to hear more heres my experience.... Im in Dallas on a business trip (from Chicago) and woke up this morning with a toothache. Im HORRIFIED of dentists so the first thing I do is go to a Urgent Care..... big mistake. I wont get into the details but if you have tooth pain go to Dr. French. Upon walking into the office you are greeted by a wonderful staff, you complete some light paperwork and off to the back you go. Everyone is so nice and caring. From x-ray to checkout was a wonderful experience but what made this experience so great was Dr. French. He cares about you! He cares about your pain and he cares about outcome. I have never met a Dr who invests the time into his patients like Dr. French and Its likely I never will again because you just dont find people like Dr. French and his staff. Now, let me tell you how good he is at his craft. I needed a shot to numb the pain coming from my front tooth. If you had shots in your mouth you know the front of the mouth is very sensitive. Well I felt nothing....I mean nothing. I dont know how he did it but I it was truly amazing. I walked in with pain and left without pain. By the way the office and his treatments are all cutting edge. In all likelihood my situation ends with a root canal and I have no doubt I will have Dr. French do it. I will fly back to Dallas over thousands of dentists to get back him to. Thats how good he is. Look no further Dr. French and his staff are as good as it gets!!

Theres a good reason Dr. French has been practicing for four decades. He loves what he does, and his staff is just as lively. Never before have I seen any medical professional such as Dr. French do what he does to take their time on each visit, comfort me as an apprehensive patient by finding common interests and make sure that all bases are covered for a given visit. Hes also very reasonable to make sure that I am getting the best dollar value for treatment and is down to earth amongst those he encounters in the office. If youre looking for a dentist, Dr. French is the one to see!

Lets face it, nobody is ever excited for a dental visit. Personally, I have tried to avoid the dentist at all costs. After spending the last 2 weeks in excruciating pain from my teeth I knew I had no choice. I visited 2 dental offices but the cost was much above what I could afford so i was stuck with no choice but to live in pain. I was referred to Dr. French by a co-worker. I called the office and he got me in the next day. When i got there I was greeted by the Dr. personally, he took time to find out what had been going on. (The friendliest staff I have ever encountered) He took x-rays, and performed 2 root canals. I was a nervous wreck, he calmed me down and him and his staff just made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I will be sticking with Dr. French for the rest of my life for any and all dental work. After the visit I had, I am no longer petrified of the dentist and he worked with me and my budget. I am thankful to him for helping me and making everything so easy and comfortable. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I came in to Dr. Frenchs office almost 7 months pregnant with a dental abscess in extreme amount of pain, and very afraid for my baby & me. Found him by googling emergency dentist. Needed a 2nd opinion on some root canals and was in extreme pain. Mansfield Smiles quoted me 1600. After Dr. French did a quick exam (extremely funny, professional, and has mastered the art of putting patients at ease), he found the cause and it only cost me $60. I called next day after pain, and he saw me immediately in his office for a few shots of anesthetic immediately. He has a convert! Hes a dentist that is hard to come by because everything are these corporate doc in a box places now, and he is the exact opposite of that! Dr. French is awesome, and I finally trust a dentist that has the best things for ME in mind. Thank you to Dr. French and his incredibly friendly staff! Keep up the great work!

Broke off a post holding on my front tooth crown last Friday morning, biting into an orange, leaving a huge gap in my smile. The post was completely broken off. My regular dentist is closed on Fridays, and was not returning calls to his after hours line. I desperately started down the list on Google, and miracled upon Dr French.He met me personally in the lobby, and called me back into his office before Id filled out a single sheet of paper. Obviously I was panicked about not only fixing my tooth, but the cost. He discussed what his plan of action was, putting me at ease about all of it. Truthfully, it seemed to good to be true.Throughout the next three hours, through X-rays, drilling out and replacing my old post, then resetting my crown, and endless discussion about a variety of subjects, I had probably my most interesting dental visit ever. His repair was not only excellently done, but VERY cost friendly. He also fixed another pressing problem I had with another tooth, and discussed my teeth in general. I got the impression he specializes in intensive dental repair and restoration, which he confirmed. Also his equipment was absolutely state-of-the-art. Once home, I went on for hours with my wife, discussing a DENTAL visit.Im not sure what I did to luck into this guy, but I thank my lucky stars I did. I may soon be having a discussion with my regular dentist about our future together. Every once in awhile in life, something really unique and special happens to us all, just by chance. My visit to Dr French was one of these times.

Dr. French saved the day when I broke a tooth when I was visiting town for Thanksgiving weekend. While almost all the dentists around were unavailable on a Sunday, Dr. French went to his office just to treat me that day. The work he did on my tooth was fantastic to replace the broken part, and it has held up perfectly and looks as good as new.Additionally, Dr. French is incredibly nice and entertaining with a variety of stories and jokes to tell while in his office. He clearly has a passion for helping people, and it shows in his effort and dedication to making peoples visits to the dentist as positive and accommodating as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his dental expertise and kindness.

Absolute best experience I have ever had with a dentist ANYWHERE! I flew in from St. Louis on a holiday week end and he took great care of me.

We moved to Arlington recently, from Florida, and hadnt chosen a dentist. My husband broke a front tooth and I frantically called my son who recommended Dr. French. I called and they worked him in right away. He came into the waiting room and sat and talked to us then took us back and got x-rays and started treatment. It was like we had known him forever, he was so funny. He talks and tells stories constantly while working.He finished with my husbands treatment the next day and it looks great. We have found our forever dentist in Dr. French.

I love Dr. French. He is the most humble dentist. I had not been to see him in years, due to the fact that I was just putting my teeth on the back burner. I had a tooth break. I was freaking out and called the office. Got me in the next day and fixed me right up. I was so scared of the price but they work with you for the most part. I have been way to scared to go to a dentist for a while now! I knew I should go but I would always postponed it. Friday night a piece of one of my teeth broke... After a long online search, I found Dr. French.Saturday morning, I decided to give Dr. French a call to leave a message requesting and emergency appointment for Monday. I was flying Tuesday for work and I was worried about the pressure. To my surprise Dr. French answered the phone and at 2pm I was in his office.He fixed it temporarily and told me to come Monday morning, major work had to be done. He also told me if I had problem Sunday to call him! No doctor until now have told me to call on a Sunday if I need it. On Monday him and his team were really nice, professional and patient (very patient!!! I was really scared!) with me. Lets not mentioned I messed up their lunch time!I left the office with my tooth fixed, a cup of soup, so I could take the prescription pill, and with another appointment secheduled for next week. Now I will get up to date on my dentist visits! I totally recommend Dr. French!

Its Friday on 4th of July weekend 2016 and my husband had absolutely horrible tooth pain where he had a prior root canal. Every endodontist I called was closed on Fridays, so it was a relief to get right in with Dr. French. He diagnosed the problem, explained the treatment options, and fixed the problem immediately. This was an awesome experience with a really nice, knowledgeable, experienced dentist.

Sooooooo, I was having some seriously extreme pain in my head and face that was hurting me everyday for about a month. At night when I would try and go to sleep it would increase by a hundred fold. (NO JOKE). I didnt have any idea on what it was that was causing the pain, and to be honest not much money nor health insurance at the time to go and check it out. One morning I woke up for work in so much pain I could not take it any longer. So I decided I was just going to go to the nearest hospital and check myself into the emergency room. I called my employer and told him what I was going through, and what I was about to do, and he tells me, it sounds to me like you have a impacted tooth! I was like what? Never did I think that the pain I was having was related to my teeth, but I was open for anything at this point. So my employer tells me about a good friend and family dentist of his named Ted French. Now bare in mind I havent been to many dentist in my lifetime, in fact I have only been to one other dentist office before Ted Frenchs and it was not a good experience, but my employer tells me to go and schedule a emergency appointment with him and he would take care of it! So I agreed. I make a call to Ted Frenchs office in Arlington Tx, and he and his staff get me right in. Now keep in mind that I wasnt sure that the pain I was having was connected to my tooth because I wasnt feeling any pain in my gums or anything like that, but I remained hopeful! Ted French gets me right in and the first thing he does is a x-ray, and low and behold he tells me I have a Impacted Wisdom Tooth and even shows it to me on the scans from the x-ray. He then assures me that this is something that he has dealt with before, and everything would be right as rain when gets that tooth out. I said LETS DO IT! Around 15 minutes later he and his assistant turn the lights back on and take their gloves off as he says, thats it, were done. I was like your done, I didnt even feel you get started, SERIOUSLY! He then plops the chair Im sitting in into a upright position and drops the wisdom tooth right in my hand. Wow, never did I think such a procedure could be done with little to no pain at all! So he gives me some meds & a follow-up appointment for the next week and sends me on my way. It has now been 6 months since I had that Wisdom tooth pulled, & thank the LORD I have not had anymore pain since then!
