Great kids park with lots of climbing, a slides, and sandboxes. There are a few shady spots to sit, a covered pavilion, and plenty of space to throw down a blanket.A large soccer field is adjacent to the park. It has a small track around it, and opposite the kids park, there is an adult exercise area. It’s busy on the weekend but not so much that you can’t rotate in on more popular equipment. There’s also a full size outdoor basketball court on the side of the adult exercise area.We’ve only had indoor classes in the gymnasium basketball court. But the facility has been bright and clean. Everyone has worn masks. Even while playing basketball.On the weekends, there’s a great farmers market. We always leave with more than we planned.

Decent selection of weights (mostly dumbbells). There is no free weight barbell though! Smith machine instead. A few different weight machines (although not very good). A good amount of treadmills and other aerobic machines. Only reason it is not 5 because some of the staff are rude.

Great playground with interesting playground equipment. The area is very spacious with two play areas - one for older kids and one for younger kids. The parking is ample, but it does get crowded. There are benches and picnic tables with shade. About half the people there wore masks. We went at an irregular time and that made a difference since there were less people than in the morning.

I have only been here to vote. It is always nice and well kept. The grounds have basketball and playground for adults and kids. Its a great place for the neighborhood to come together.

Best playground in the world, great farmer’s market, rooms available for group parties, gym, nice soft play room, art, classes, it is just the best multi-use facility that was ever made.

This is a wonderful community center! Especially good for kids. The playground is top notch and within the community center is a soft play area and a number of art classrooms that cater to children and adults. Many of the activities are free and dont require registration - like the free Art days throughout the year. You can also register for the other wonderful classes offered at the Fairlington Community Center through the Arlington Parks and Recreation website.

Great place to spenda day with the children. Lots to do and clean. Avoid it in hot days, not a lot of shaded areas.

Awesome park for kids and adults (there is a fitness park across the field from the kids park). The indoor play area is also a great option for inclement weather. Dont forget to bring socks for everyone! They also host a cool farmers market on Sunday mornings during the summer months.

Outdoor Adult Fitness Park has high-tech equipment by Kompan. Kettle Bells are mounted on poles!

Lovely and becoming Community Center in the heart of the Farlington area of Arlington. Beautiful wall adornments, gymnasium, multipurpose rooms for arts and crafts. Newly renovated playgrounds with a very nice athletic field and surrounding track. Plenty of street and parking lot space. Pictures to come

The facility is nice and has good amenities. The padded toddler room inside is cool especially if its not a great weather day outside. But the playground outside is great and my kids absolutely love it.

Yes the newly renovated play area is everything you have heard it to be. Girls love the sandbox, the slides and various play and climbing areas. Its better here when its not obscenely crowded, but like bad pizza it can still be good for the little ones. Patience waiting for the swings is essential.

My kids LOVE it here and so do I. Its safe, away from traffic and the play area/ playground is something that I havent seen anywhere else in the area. There is also a bathroom available a few feet away from play area, and we parents know how much that is appreciated when we toddlers in a playground :)

Tucked away inside the community center is a great little soft play area for babies and toddlers. Its a nice (free!) spot for kids to play and parents to hang out. Lots of padded toys and blocks that you and your little one can climb on and build castles out of!

One of the several public basketball courts in the area (rarity in other Nova locations). There is a decent farmers markets on Sundays until 1pm during warmer weather. Good place for kids, adults alike. Public exercise equipment outside as well. Have to be a paying member of the community to utilize the fitness equipment inside.

The nicest rec center - their biggest room to rent is a really nice space. They have a soft play room for toddlers that is free. The playground is great with riding toys that people in the neighborhood have left.

Nice quiet playground space for young kids. The sandpit has very good shade. The soccer field is perfect for kite-flying. Parents of older kids who dont need minute-to-minute supervision can run laps on the track...even has exercise stations! Plenty of parking especially on weekends.

Quite a big and welcoming place! The playground is well attended and well kept. There is also a great soft room for kids aged 1 -5. Too bad it is (as the reception told me) the only soft room in Arlington community centers. If you are headed to the soft room, check its hours of operation--it snt open all the time.

Nearby park. Its your basic community center sort of place. It primarily serves locals in the Fairlington neighborhood and thats great. Parking is limited on Soccer Saturdays, often. But it serves the neighborhood and locals that use the place are ready to greet you with a smile. It also offers a Farmers Market during summer months.

Really nice community center. Very impressed. They are also building a large scale new playground to open this coming summer

Went to the Paint, Build, Create! event and it was wonderful! Well organized, fun for all ages. The center itself is large with creative and interesting activities around every turn.

This is a nice community center. It has an indoor gym and weight room, showers, and childrens activities. There is a large soccer field outside along with a basketball court. Currently both playgrounds at this location are under construction and are closed down until they are finished

I went there on a Saturday when they were having a a carnival of some sort it was really great its family location its a community its so wonderful place

Playground is nice, with a good array of activities, and has been graced with donated wheeled toys (cars, scooters, etc) to use around the trails. Good place to take a toddler.

2 boys, cold days, nothing is breakable. A must for a parent or caregiver who needs to tire out little people. Socks are not negotiable and you must be 5 or under.

This is a multifunctional community facility that serves a wide range of needs and interests. Among other activities it provides senior exercise classes, preschool, adult classes, recreation, community meeting sites, and urban gardening support facilities.
