Prior to COVID, I used to see Dr. Liu for my neck and lower back issues. He was THE BEST. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a chiropractor.I no longer use him as I moved out of the Arlington area.

I always pass this little office from my way to work. And I don’t go here but I know a few people who do! And I always hear great things about them. The dr here is supper nice and very comfortable atmosphere.

I’ve been treated here dozens of times over the past few years and it has always been exceptional. Call them and check for your insurance is covered! They also have massage services here and they are very professional but usually booked weeks in advance! So plan ahead. He does manual chiropractic adjustments on you so make sure you are comfortable with that style vrs drop tables. It doesn’t hurt or anything! Just wiggle your toes :)

I had chronic pelvic pain for a year and a half that was progressively getting worse and affecting my quality of life. He immediately identified the issue, a misaligned tailbone, from a bad fall I had years prior. He adjusted me and I felt instant relief. A year and a half of pain was gone in less than 20 minutes. I couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Liu and his wife and business partner Jeannette for their expertise and compassion. They changed my life for the better.

I have been going to Axis Rehab since 2008 and this place is an absolute godsend. Dr. Liu is super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. He always takes the time to listen to my issues, answers my questions, and treats me like a VIP. Theres no way I could manage without him!His fantastic office manager Jeanette has always been flexible and willing to work around my schedule, and is super-responsive to calls and emails. Her knowledge of insurance and payments and explaining them in friendly and clear language (a rarity in most medical offices) has always put me at ease.If youre in pain--whether a new injury or old one--absolutely get your chiropractic care and massage therapy here! I love Axis! I have come here for the last few years every time I need an adjustment. Dr. Liu always works wonders on my neck, shoulders, and back.This last time, I went for a massage from Greg, and let me tell you, GREG IS A MAGICIAN. My knees had been hurting for so long and he found sore spots on my body that I didnt know I had. To anyone squeamish about disrobing and all that, he was extremely respectful and professional. It was my first time getting a professional massage and I was totally comfortable.Also, shout out to my girl, Jeannette, who is the nicest. I highly recommend going here! Your body will thank you.

Extremely rude place, since it was all booked Lady hung up after saying they are not taking new patients until July. I feel like this could have been handled more professionally and differently. Just because I am not a patient with you yet doesnt mean I dont deserve to be treated with respect.

Coming across Axis Rehab has been a blessing. It has been a smooth process from the very beginning and I cannot be more thankful for every person I have interacted with. Jeanette at the front desk is so sweet and so communicative. Shes extremely flexible and helpful with accommodating my schedule for both adjustments and massage therapy. She, also, is very informative of health insurance. When I had transitioned between jobs and insurance companies, Jeanette was able to explain to me the difference of coverage and made sure I understood everything so there were no surprises -- which I was extremely grateful for. Dr. Liu is fantastic and very personable. He knows my ailments that are consistent and addresses them every session to ensure Im in good shape by the time I leave the office. I appreciate knowing I can walk into the office and walk out with the results I need. The massage therapist, TG, is very talented and also a very valuable member of this staff. If you need a deep massage, she is able to manipulate the muscles to ensure she is delving into the deepest tissues and providing the best therapy for your body. Her massages with Dr. Lius adjustments give you the perfect combination of wellness for your body. I would ABSOLUTELY and without a doubt recommend this facility to anyone considering a chiropractor and massage therapist as I truly believe you will be in the best hands from scheduling to adjustment to massage therapy.

I have been seeing Dr. Lui for almost 4 years now for neck and back pain. I went to him following a terrible visit at a previous chiropractor. I had been seeing the previous chiropractor for almost 3 months but was seeing no change in my symptoms or health. I found Dr. Lui and after only a month with him noticed significant changes in the way I was feeling. He is great at listening to the patient, asks lots of questions about symptoms and walks through treatments catering to each patient and their issues. He is personable, friendly and professional.I have referred many of my friends to Dr. Lui and would recommend his office to anyone chiropractic or massage therapy care.
