I came in here to get my eyebrows threaded and pointed out how one eyebrow was arching higher than the other and asked her if we could work towards making them more symmetrical and she agreed. She then proceeded to remove hair from the bottom of the wrong eyebrow and arched it even worse, and now one eyebrow is way higher than the other one. I am extremely disappointed and it’s going to take even longer to correct the asymmetry now.

I was looking for a new place to do eyebrow threading and found this place on google. I am so glad that I did. The lady was very nice and took really good care of me. She was fast and efficient in her work and did a great job. Place is small and its hard to find but its a real hidden gem. Will keep coming back to do my eyebrows.

Its always a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The ladies make sure youre happy with the service provided.

I do not recommend this place for eyelash extensions. I went 3 days ago & paid $45 for the eyelashes they put on me. & they told me not to get them wet for at least 48 hours. So I didnt. Today is the third day with them & almost all of my eyelashes on one eye have fallen. It looks horrible. Im honestly disappointed, they didnt even last a week. Would give 0 starts if I could

They are always busy so plan to wait easily 30 min. But they do a wonderful job on the brows

Was uncomfortable. The person doing my eyebrows was having a conversation right above my face when threading my brows which i thought was inconsiderate due to covid. It really defeated the purpose of wearing masks which everyone in the shop was required to do.

I love how they did my brows they alway do a great job but they always have a line of people but the wait it’s worth it.

The do a decent job. The inconsistency of eye brow technicians is a little disappointing. I feel like I have to make they know what I want every time. Also the prices seem to fluctuate. So pay attention depending on the your services.

Got my lashes done 4 days ago paid 45$ and they are already falling apart and falling out the lady who did them this time seemed like she didn’t know how to apply them ,lashes look overlap. This sucks I used to go all the time usually a younger lady would do them and was so kind , the lashes would normally last about 3weeks but this time I am disappointed!

I got full facial done. The products which they use are herbal and natural and provide good service at low prices. The esthecian massage skills were really amazing . My face had a nice glow after i got the facial done and I could feel my skin to be clean and healthy. I would be back and will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

My first time visiting Glam India was very pleasant. The establishment was very nice and well kept. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about their services and offered 10% my first henna from them in the future. It’s also affordable. $7 eyebrow threading versus $10 at other places. I got my lashes done recently and it was my first time getting lash extensions ever!! My tech Sam did an amazing job on my Flared lashes, Dont forget to use their first time lash client deal. She did them so quick I was in and out in 25 mins for lash and brows!! Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Once i went to the store at 7.59 for my eyebrows which was a minute before they close at 8. But the ladies were very polite and did my mini facial in half n hour. I was very glad by their co-operation. The services and the prices are cheap but the services they give is just excellent.

They were running specials for Valentines Day , I got my lashes, tint, brows and a facial for $70, ended up saving over $25. The best salon in the area for brows, ask for Sita.

If i could give zero stars i would it was completely terrible.Got my lashes done and they are horrible the glue is so thick and heavy and were hurting so bad practically stabbing me in the eye. Got my brows tinted and there was no difference at all only thing i noticed was the straight line in the middle of my brow in the front. Highly disappointed

I usually go to the Bedford location but I was in Arlington and I found their salon here. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Bharti, she did a great job. The prices are so reasonable and affordable plus they are worth every penny and so much more!!

TRASH. I went to the location up the street prior to entering this particular one. I went to the first one but they had an hour wait and promised if i went up the street they can take me immediately for underarm wax for 5$! I was ecstatic being that its really cheap and ill be seen right away. WRONG, the woman who did my underarms did a TERRIBLE job! missed a ton of hair and when i asked repeatedly to fix it she responded i cant the hairs are small when that wasnt the case at all. I was perturbed so I was ready to leave. (dont know the womans name she was short and looked fairly young) I get to the front to pay and she tries to charge me 10$ for a horrific job, i explained to her what the woman said up the street and they called her to confirm. (fine by me) evidently the lady said she told me its 7$ at that point i was furious and annoyed. I left and unfortunately paid NEVER AGAIN

First time at the location, and everyone was friendly. They are affordable for our beauty needs. There were specials when I walked in the door. Hopefully, this helps someone find a convient location.

I never write reviews but after my experience today I felt like sharing. I have been going to this threading salon for about a year now and I will not be returning because I was very disappointed with my service. I always get my full face threaded about once a month and I would say I have a pretty high pain tolerance to it because I have been getting this service done for about 10 years, today was the most painful threading service I have ever recived and the lady seemed inexperienced which left me frustrated and inflamed. I have had better threading services at other surrounding salons but I usually will pick this one because it’s a little less expensive however today they also charged me for my neck which I never asked for and I’ve never been charged for as well as my neck did not get fully threaded. If I’m going to be charged the same as better places I will go somewhere more up to par. I have also recived a facial here before and it was nothing to write home about! Since I only wanted a mini 30 min facial and not an hour facial they had me stay out in the open where everyone else is instead of putting me into a private room. It was anything less then relaxing due to it being busy with other customers, loud music, phone ringing, them talking back and fourth to each other and bright lights. I’ve honestly recived a way better facial and customer service from students at Ogle school where it’s a way better and longer service for half the money. I hate to put negativity out like this because I am a cosmetologist and know people have bad days but I was so unsatisfied, frustrated and my face hurt so bad that I felt it was almost necessary to bring light to the company so they could possibly fix any issues. Consistency is very important when running a salon and a business but unfortunately they lost me as a client hopefully they won’t loose more.

I got a Brazilian wax here which came out alright. It was a little spotty but nothing too ridiculous. I then proceeded to get my lashes done (flare tabs I believe she called them) and they came out horribly. Caked up glue extending from the lash line to about the middle of the lash, she glued my eyelid shut, the lashes are uneven (left eye is higher than the other and I told her this before leaving the chair and she nudged at one and said that should fix it....it did not), and my eyelid was sore for at least a week after. They have you sign a consent form prior to getting what ever service you’re getting. And I now I see why. They don’t want to be held responsible for the messed up job they did. I don’t know if it was just the one lady who serviced me, but I will not waste the money in getting my lashes done here again.
