I went in this salon for the first time today and I am so glad I did. Ms Hailey did my nails and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did not disappoint! The salon was very clean and they were very professional. I had mixed feelings about stopping here today after reading reviews but I am glad I took a chance. I was so pleased with todays service that I booked an appointment tomorrow for additional services with Ms Hailey.

Edited from my original post I went 2 weeks ago and had a bad experience. After talking to the manager she quickly rectified the situation and had my nails redone. I’m all for giving 2nd chances when treated well. Thank you

Cindy cut my hair and did amazing! She was attentive and super sweet. I was nervous as a first time costumer but she did exactly what I asked. She did so well on framing my face and she had excellent costumer service! I will definitely be coming back!

Erica is an extremely talented nail artist! I have gone to her twice now and she is stuck with me for life! I have had almond and coffin acrylics and she perfected them both times. I’ve never received so many compliments on the attention to detail people could see in my nails. She is so sweet and friendly on top of that! The atmosphere of this salon is great and they’re SO clean. All the staff is very kind and attentive to their clients. I highly recommend!

It was my first time here and I had an AMAZING time. The ladies were very hospitable and the shop was extremely clean! I will most definitely be back.

The beauty bar itself is beautiful, but my nail experience was terrible. I had to tell them twice that I wanted my nails soaked off because she was planning on popping them off. I requested a coffin shape but did not obtain it since the nail artist insisted on executing her own style rather than the one i requested. She cut my cuticles up and the style was definitely not worth the pricing .

They were absolutely amazing. They took me on last minute and were so wonderful. Thank you so much! Highly highly recommended !

When you arrive you have to have a mask, they take your temp and have you wash your hands. The staff all wore masks and there are plastic barriers between you and your technician. The place was clean!My nails turned out amazing, she took her time, and they’re just what I wanted.

First time coming here and I loved it! Will be back! The girl that did my nails i believe her name is Michelle was super nice and she did such a good job with my nails!

Poor service... don’t let the tasteful decoration fool you. I scheduled an appointment yet was not helped until after 30-45 minutes and several customers that came in after me. They get one star for their good decor. Thumbs down for while they were helping me with my nails the staff did not stop laughing and criticizing the clients. Jessica rushed through and did not do a good job. I will find other salon’s to go to. If there is one thing this city has, it’s nail bars and salons. I do not recommend Empress nail bar on Debbie Ln and 360.

Went to Empress to relax after long day at work and expectations were met. Erica was courteous, patient, and took her time on my nails which turned out fantastic. Ilene was soothing with my pedicure in which I could not ask for anything more. Will surely return.

Worst Nail experience I’ve ever had... I had to ask her to fix my nails at least 4 times. When I tried to look at my hand after she fixed one nail she wouldn’t let me pull my hand back towards me. They started lifting and popping off less than 6 days after they were done. I loose a new nail everyday. And they only offered me a 20% discount like my hands aren’t ruined.... mind you I spent $143(for them to do my nails Terribly) + 20 dollar tip.... I don’t recommend every going here. And I probably won’t even go back to use the discount. Very disappointed. I just wanted to treat myself for my 21st birthday

When it originally opened, it was amazing. The quality is awful now. The guy who did my pedicure was too rough and my legs were hurting instead of feeling like it was a massage. Every time I get my nails done they are lumpy and sideways. I’ve lost faith and understand this may just be how they do it. I literally had the woman try to pluck my tip off with another fake nail. I told her it hurt multiple times and she completely ignored me. Finally, my sister in law told her nail tech and her nail tech told mine. Only then did she stop. She cut me more times than I care to count. And when I pulled my hand back she pulled my wrist closer to her. She rushed both times and the work was just awful. $120 I paid to be underwhelmed.

Since changing ownership Tiffany has done a great job of accommodating every request Ive had and done a great job on my dipped nails. I never have a problem with them.

I asked for solar nails and one of the workers kept trying to go the lazy way out... she cut finger so deep and did not say anything and finally I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails if she couldn’t do the style she should’ve stated that and the nails are lifting after 2 days because she forgot to primer !!! Horrible experience and was expensive for no reason

Had a very relaxing cucumber spa pedicure here. Clean and well-lit salon. The prices were comparable to other spas in this area. I thought the massage chair was more comfortable than other places.

Made a reservation for Mothers Day ahead of time for my mother and mother-in-law. They blew up my phone about confirming, which I did, again days ahead of time. They get there 5min before their appointment and was told theyd have to wait 25-45 min. It was overly crowded as well. Truly disappointed.

This was the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. They were so busy that me, my step daughter and daughter had to wait even though we made an appointment. My step daughter got acrylic nails and the girl was rushing so much they were bulky and the nail specialist left one of her hairs on her see through nail. It was so gross. My dip was the worst I’ve ever got the set was bulky and they didn’t do my cuticles at all! I wish I could post a picture of the hair in the mail and my horrible nails.

I was referred to this bar and was very impressed at the property with Tiffany the new owner who was excellent in fixing my lashes! She then also went ahead and referred me to one of her great staff who took care of my pedicure.I since had nothing but great service by the own and her staff... I definitely will be referring a great number of friends here!Thank you to Tiffany and I sure will be returning again!

I would give zero stars. After showing for our 7pm appointment to get a full set & pedi for me & a mani pedi for my husband, at 9:15pm they had only dohe my husbands pedi & soaked off my nails. I finally decided to just leave & not get the rest done. They had 7 other people in there with 4 techs that they just started on when we came in. This has got to be against the current COVID rules also. This was the worst nail experience weve ever had.

Erica did my pedi and she was very sweet, considerate, kind and mostly made myself and my son feel important! Thank you Erica for today and can’t wait till next time in a couple of weeks! Thank you for being you!!!

With a few hours notice, I called Empress and asked them to set up an appointment for my staff which would be 6 pedicures. They called in their staff and took such great care of us!The ambiance is GORGEOUS! They offer free wine, coffee, water or soda. They followed all proper protocols for COVID and they were so accommodating. I have decided that this is my permanent foot and nail care salon. Thank u all!

I just want to say how happy I’am that This place switch owners, we went yesterday to get manis and I was expecting the same type of service I got a few years ago (bad) and I was super surprised on how different it was this time, I didn’t question it but at check out they told us it was a new owner and then it made sense. Please go get your nails done here. They were super friendly to me, my 2 daughters and my sons girlfriend. LV, MIKE, KIMMY AND THE OWNER TIFF did an amazing job. We will definitely be back! :)

I recently found this nail salon due to a recommendation from a friend. We are both equally picky about how our nails look 🙄! She recommended Tao and I’m not gonna lie he is AWESOME! He’s as picky as I am, he helps me choose nail colors (he’s unusually knowledgeable on nail colors TBH), I tell him what I like and he does his thing! Works out great! But today was evidently his last day as the nail salon is transitioning ownership. I made my appointment as I usually do, I get there and am approached while watching my hands by the new owner asking if I want anybody specifically to which I respond uh yeah I have my appointment with Tao, she proceeds with you sure? Yes that’s who I want to do my nails. I get my nails done as usual. Only to find out that I was his last customer 😭. The new owner literally let him go while customers where still there and it was so inappropriate. I was talking with him for a bit when the new owner then approaches me yet again asking are you ready to check out, no I already paid. Then proceeds with do you like your nails? Uh yes lady I do that’s the only reason I come here. Needless to say it will be my last visit. So if Tao does your nails he’s not there anymore. Don’t let someone tell you he’s just unavailable, cause he’s really actually not there! I’m hoping to find out which shop he will be at so I can find my new nail home! If I do I’ll update this review! ✌🏻

Slow service. I am here now and pushing upon 3hrs in the shop and they still haven’t finished. The nail technician stopped doing my pedicure to paint someone’s nails and now she has paused my manicure to paint someone else’s nails. While I am looking around the shop, there are two ladies here who’ve been soaking for the last 30-40mins (with no service) and they don’t look happy. This is poor practice and I will not return.

My first visit to this salon. They soaked my hands in acetone for more than 30 minutes which besides not being healthy for anyone, has left all my fingers dry, cracking like sandpaper and bleeding.My fill was the worst I have ever had. There are waves and misshapen nails. There are nails that are more narrow at the cuticle and then get wider as it goes on. No two nails are the same. The more we tried to fix the problems, the worse they became, so I finally just finished and left. I will never go back or recommend this salon to anyone.

This salon is very classy. All employees are very attentive and welcoming. If you go here you need to go to Jennifer or Mary! Jennifer is by far the best, I don’t even have to tell her what I want she automatically knows! I’m very picky about my nails especially my cuticles! She is absolutely amazing! I leave and my nails looks amazing ( of course ) the best part is they LAST! I get the powder dip and it lasts about 3+ weeks and let me add I’m EXTREMELY rough/hard on my nails! If you’re looking for a good nail salon, this is the place!!!

My daughter and me we went today, I went to get a refill on my acrylic nails and my daughter a pedicure and manicure. We made an appointment online, we made it on time and we waited an hour to get our service. Once I got mine the manicurist had stress cause obviously they were overbooked, she was trying to finish my nails fast and did a horrible job on it.

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. Stephanie is my nail tech and shes GREAT she listened to concerns Ive had in the past at other places and makes sure to get me what I want. Always takes her time to get you the perfect set definitely recommend this place, you wont want to go anywhere else!!

So I do my research when patronizing any establishment and spending my$$$! But really you have to experience something for yourself sometimes. Well when I arrived I felt good! I aske the receptionist about a manicure and she was so helpful and went to get Tao to answer my questions further! He gave me a thorough explanation and suggested the best option for me! He is my new Homie! We had great dialect while he did my nails. Real talk I think hes my friend now! Nails came out BEAUTIFULLY!

Best pedicure I have ever had. I got the cucumber one and it was amazing!!! My nail tech took his time and gave me the full experience. I would highly recommend David he did a great job.

Honestly I loved coming here to get my sons hair cut by the barber Orlando! He was patient and very talented! Did an amazing every time when I found out he left it was disappointing, it hard to find to find a good childrens barber!

I set an appointment for 9am on a Saturday and no one was there. I waited until 15 minutes after but the doors were still locked. To make sure I even called, no answer. I was hoping to make them my new nail home but I had to drive down to Serenity Nail Salon due to a tight schedule.

I made an appointment. The stylist did not show up for the appointment. She also didnt answer the phone when the receptionist called her. There were no other stylists in the salon, so I left the salon without receiving any service. I asked the receptionist to have the salon owner contact me. I did not hear from the owner either. This place is completely unprofessional.

*MARY- I’ve had great, good and not so good nail technicians before but Mary has definitely been the worst nail technician I’ve ever came across. She had a bad attitude since the beginning and even towards her coworkers. But what really made me write this review was how AGGRESSIVE she was. When I told her she was being aggressive it only elevated her rudeness towards me. Horrible customer service on her part.

One of the best gel and dip manicures my daughter and I have had in a long time. Pedicure was fantastic!
