This guy is a quack. His only objective is to deny workmans comp claims. He doesnt even have his own office. If you Google the locations listed on his website, theyre all inside immediate care offices. Very misleading and shady. I ended up having surgery because my own employer didnt agree with his opinion. Do not go to him if you have any other options.

Dr. Birman preformed a repair to my Distal Bicep Tendon using the “Arthrex Button Technique.” The surgery was preformed with flawless execution. He demonstrated total professionalism throughout the entire process from my first appointment to the surgery and post surgery follow up. His supporting staff echoed his leadership and everyone involved was clearly dialed in to every detail of their role in the process. The bedside manner from the nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeons was top notch & greatly appreciated as I was somewhat nervous at first about having the surgery. All my questions and concerns were addressed immediately and answered thoroughly. If your needing a good orthopedic surgeon this guy is no doubt a Tier 1 level surgeon who knows his craft.

This guys a loser. I would not allow this guy near me. Look at him. You could do a lot better by using someone with more experience. Also you may want to try a different facility. This is simply a place that insurance companies use to get favorable opinions for them. True. Get out.

Dr. Birman is very caring and down to earth, yet very professional. Took time with me, answered questions, and explained in layman terms. Reconstructed my hand, due to RA destruction. Office staff is also friendly & compassionate, yet professional. Always greeted with a smile. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the room. OT is just a few steps down the hall and handled making my removable splint quickly and OT appointments that were convenient for me. Very happy I found this Dr. and the practice.

Dr. Birman is absolutely the best! I had a very pleasant experience with him upon an IME, and switched over to his practice immediately. My surgical experience with him and Dr. Sagerman was excellent and couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable in such experienced and kind doctors! I had shoulder surgery and I feel he and his colleagues and everyone at the practice are concerned about safety, very clean and friendly environment! Dr. Birman explains everything in detail, precisely and so I can understand it all! Thanks to a wonderful staff, assistants, colleagues and most of all to a very wonderful compassionate and most knowledgeable doctor... Dr Birman! Many thanks!
