Had baby through midwest. Dr Kathryn ray did her best to take care of mom and baby. We had many questions but she was so patient to answer all. We were lucky to have this provider throughout pregnancy.

Me and my mother both see Dr. Farhi and we love her. She really give you her attention and listens to your concerns. The office at this location is small but nice. Never had any problems with the staff or wait times.

The doctors and nurses there were so nice! I would highly recommend Dr. Susan Scanlon to any friends of mine. The nurse who did my blood work was so quick and I barely felt the needle. Highly recommend!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This practice has no concern for the patient other than making money off of them. I went through an entire pregnancy with them dealing with doctors who have not communicated with eachother and have no idea why I am there for an appointment. I have dealt with Dr. Bobba having a meltdown because she made me wait in the doctors office for over an hour finally getting into the room and her having no idea why i was there for an appointment to later tell me while I was in labor that she wasnt prepared for the appointment because she was crying?! Are you a doctor? What is happening? Then i dealt with Dr Ray who scheduled my 4th appointment post delivery for an IUD to be put in. I get to the office and no one has any idea that Im there to get an IUD and they want to do a yearly visit. Is that because the IUD lasts for 10 years and you want to get another appointment and another payment in before that. She even had me call my insurance provider to ensure the coverage for the appointment. Then i get to the office and no one knows why Im there. Then she tells me she can only put an IUD in when I am on my period. See quote below from medical website-Finally, ask whether or not your provider prefers that you be on your period when the IUD is inserted, since some providers suggest an insertion during menstruation “for the patients comfort.” ... However, a good provider should be able to insert the IUD confidently, period or no period. So is the issue that youre not a good provider, you want more money, or both?! I am sad to say I will never waste my time at this doctors office again. My entire pregnancy and delivery was a nightmare because of them and they blatantly lie to their patients and schedule unnecessary appointments for profit. They also have no problem wasting the patients time off at work and feel like you should be available for appointments at their leisure whether you work or not. I just wasted yet another day I could have been working to go to the doctors office for nothing.
