My daughter had to get a couple cavities filled there about 6 months ago. She has requested for numbing for all of the teeth and the dentist said that he wouldn’t do it since he didn’t want to numb the whole mouth. She was in extreme pain while they were doing the fillings she even had to shake her hands and make noises for them to stop. She came out crying of the dentist. They should always accept a patients wishes and instead, denied it and caused her pain. Now a few months later, we just went to another dentist and we found out that one of the cavities weren’t filled correctly! They have to replace the filling with a new one. I can’t believe that my daughter has to get it done on the same tooth again! She’s now traumatized of the dentist. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist for any sort of reason.

I’ve been coming here for the last two years and have never been dissatisfied in anyway.Service on both the dentists and staffs was great, I don’t get why the few are complaining about having to wait extra time. It happens. Get over it.This guy is great at what he does, Patient and understanding. I definitely recommend going to him!No. This comment is fake. 😂🙃

I’m a new patient, I went in there with a terrible tooth ache and Dr. Jarava was so kind and sweet including the staff. I think he sensed I was nervous so he conversated with me and also explained everything very well. He is very professional and did an amazing job. I got my wisdom tooth extracted and I felt comfortable and safe being under his care. He’s great! Definitely recommend and I’m happy I found a new dentist. Thank you!!

Called receptionist to schedule appointment for my son,didnt have insurance card handy as i keep my wallet in the car,and told her would call back in couple mins. I ended the call and figured the wallet was just there,so called back within that 2 mins and she is passing my call on voicemail. Im keep on calling for 5th time same thing. This is how the lowest employee in office can damage your business! I dont care there are plenty of dentists around! Thata all i can do..since you waisted my 4 mins,im waisting 1 more for this review..

Very pleasant! Extremely nice girl and Dr. Jarava was very helpful, nice and passionate about his job. He and the hygienist really cared about their patients and were passionate about their jobs. Explained to me in a simple understandable way. I highly recommend this office.

I went in with a painful tooth. I had been going to another dentist who had not been able to cure my problem. He identified my issue quickly, and explained why I was in so much pain. I was in and out of his chair in 20 mins and feeling 100% better. My only complaint is that I waited so long to get the help I needed! Ive already recommended him to family members.

Staff are prompt and courteous. Dr is quick to place my braces with little discomfort.

First time going to this location had good experience, low key staff we’re very helpful specially the dentist assistant she was very helpful and showed lot of care, The Dentist is cool and nice guy made me feel like I knew him. I would recommend this location and I would come back again for regular checkups.Cons: would work on the greetings I was ignored till the Dentist arrived but other than that everything good also is very nice and cleaned.(I’m not good with names)

I’ve always had great experiences here. The staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors, have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and have always helped me take great care of my kids teeth.

They seem to always perform x rays without the doctor seeing you first to confirm whether you actually need them or not. I asked this last time if they can not do them and still went ahead and took two more. I’m told by other dentists you should only need X-rays every two to three years.

This doctor is amazing, our kids are 4,5 years and 3 years old, he is super fast and our kids love him. I am very happy I found this office. Great great great if you have a little one and you don’t know where to go, this is the place!

He did a bridge for me and it looked great!Whenever there was an issue or something that didn’t look right he would fix it immediately and would always ask for my input in it every step of the way.Highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

I had an exceptional experience at New Family. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff in the clean waiting area with ample seats. The hygienist saw me in a timely manner and Dr. Mahairi was very informative. I plan to be back again with my family.

After years of uncomfortable visits to dentists who failed to properly care for my teeth, I finally found a compassionate ,dedicated, and talented dentist I really trust!Dr Alex Jarava and the rest of the New Family Dental team have been incredibly flexible in making enough time for me to catch up on my dental work, including brand new crowns and crown replacement that look indistinguishable from a natural healthy tooth.I cant recommend Alex enough - his combination of talent, dedication, and kindness is truly a rare find.

This place is terrible! I would NOT recommend coming here for dental service. On my first visit, they saw me 20 minutes late. I came in for a teeth cleaning, and they did x-rays, but were not going to do the cleaning. There was also a price discrepancy. I was then told I needed several fillings replaced.I scheduled the appointment and came in. I had asked for a price estimation before I arrived, and one was provided. The dentist ended up doing an additional tooth without asking me, and they attempted to charge me a different price for the original two teeth.Its a poorly run business and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Find a dentist that respects and appreciates your business.

The worst place i ever been. I pay $100 only for a x- ray no cleaning how they say on the phone but I’m not worried about it because My problem was a infected tooth I I won’t to remove it. The funny thing was , she told me she can’t give me the x-ray and because I pay for it ,and she told me if I was sure that I no won’t to done the work there because I have to pay again for the exam to be honest I better pay that do the work there high praises and no responsible

Have not been to the dentist in over 5 years. Dr Jarava is very good at what he does and makes you want to go above and beyond to take care of your teeth. 10/10 would recommend family and friends to book appts with him. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been trying to get a cleaning since March, I am a returning patient, and need a filling done as well. No confirmation calls, and they always cancel.

I didnt even go in for my appointment, the dentist left because I was late??? My appointment was at 5:30, but according to them it was 5? When my appointment card says 5:30. The receptionist tried turning the cards and tried to make me the guilty party. Horrible place, this is not a good start if your trying to start up a new business...I do not recommend it go somewhere else where they treat the customer with respect. I only gave this place 1 star because its the only way you can write a review...

They try to scam by upselling you on things you dont need. The price they gave me on the phone for cleaning was way more than they charged me. Very dishonest company. MOST the reviews of this company are indeed fake look at the dates and number of reviews each reviewer left. Most them are 1 because they are fake accounts. I will report them to BBB. No wonder they book same day appointments because nobody goes to them

I was totally impressed with my entire wisdom tooth extraction process.From the totally chill environment from the staff to even Dr. Jarava I got treated with the utmost professionality and respect from the staff and Doctor.Got in real quick as my wisdom was in, mature, cracked and in pain was sporadic and not wise.I was impressed with the feeling of genuine caring, empathy and sympathy from the Dr and staff as was felt like one of the family as I felt their dentistry name truly reflects the environment they try and establish.I felt extremely comfortable on all levels (outside of knowing your getting a tooth ripped out of your head) while in the dental office.Dr and staff were nice conversationalists and kept your experience there quite entertaining.I thought their pricing for the service I received and price for service that I inquired about were very very good compared to other dental offices and from what was previously paid and we need better access to affordable high quality healthcare and I feel this office does their part for that and I would highly recommend his office for all, it will be one of the best dental experiences you can have.
