Well kept property!

The owner is very nice and trying to keep it clean and organized!!!

Very friendly owner Kevin. If you respect his land he is very willing to help you. Had a pipe fitting break early in the morning he came over before I headed off to work and let me know about it, when I came back he said he fixed it and everything was good to go. This is on his own land where he lives so be considerate if youre going to be up late.

Great shaded area. Nice and quiet and close to the walnut river. Hard to find a place more peaceful.

If they would trim trees it would be nice there
