I am so over this clinic I have seen Shelly maybe one time and that was when I had breast milk in my armpit... I have called three times today just to be told the same thing the person who saw you will give you a call.. well... no phone call. It makes me want to just find somewhere else to go if no one has time to talk over the phone for 10-15 minutes. I guess I will just look at the images myself and guesstimate what is wrong with my knee. So please dont worry about calling me because Im just some girl who can wait.

I wish that I could give negative 10 stars!! I recently called to get my husband an appointment. When he went through the drive thru they asked him What do you think we need to do? Its a very good thing that I was not with him!!!! That is so unprofessional and so was the women that was flirting with him and talking about her home life!!!! You are a Doctors office NOT A DATING SERVICE!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE EVER!!!! THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY STEP SON AND HE HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!! BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO HIS MOTHER!! HIS MOTHER WAS RIGHT ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM!!!! ARKADELPHIA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR OFFICE AND FIND SOMEONE THAT REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!Thats fine that you dont know how to respond I will just have my husband do his own review and Ill get ahold of the State.

Covid has seem to destroy the ability of this office to serve their patents. Was one of the best offices and care last year. Communication is almost non existence. When you can get help it is well meaning and good but you never know who you will get or when you can get it.. So sad...

I am always treated so nice. The front desk lady is so friendly, and she is respectful and tries to help every patient that comes through that door. I have been treated well by every nurse and nurse practitioner I have seen. I have a great relationship with Dr Bray and always feel like she gives me her best. I love, love, love the walk-in clinic. I appreciate the way this clinic is trying to serve and care for their patients.

Dr. Bray and her staff are great! She sent me to the ER for a CT scan in 2011 that saved my life! I really love the bedside manner of all the doctors and nurses. The office staff are very pleasant and friendly as well. I just went for a check up yesterday and everyone there was amazing! If you want doctors and nurses who care, go to Bray Family Medicine!

If I could give a -10 star I definitely would.. Ive never had such a terrible experience anywhere else in my entire life. The receptionist at the time was sweet along with my nurse I dont blame them at all they were great.. I unfortunatley had the privilege of seeing the nurse practitioner June Wolfe and I have never had such a terrible experience with any physician in my entire life.. From the moment she came in she didnt seem Interested in anything I had to say and was very rude and disrespectful to me and my Mother. I felt I was being seen as a statistic instead of a human being.. I wouldnt take my dog to this clinic. Horrible, terrible, I cant find enough words to express how sadistic my experience was.. I would recommend to every man, woman, and child to AVOID this clinic and especially June Wolfe.. Merry Christmas!!😂✌️😘

I just love June to death! Lol I have followed her over the years to wherever she has been practicing medicine. She makes you feel like your a long lost sister instead of a patient. I’ve always felt like she really cares about your well being. She’s kind and considerate of your feelings. And she listens to you. She makes you feel important to her. Dr dismisses patients word. Saying things like, I guess Ill have to take your word for it. in response to claims of objective data, and questioning previously made diagnosis regarding mental health with the logic-teenagers can have an inability to cope with emotion when the patient is an adult and has been diagnosed as an adult. After being made aware of currently being at a high risk of stroke due to several factors, the Doctor then says that there is no problem unless the patient has a problem?Doctor said that my diagnosis must not be that bad as it isnt being treated. My word choice may be strange as Im trying to reveal as little information as possible. Im not going to explain in detail.There was disbelief to three different issues, in addition to saying my blood pressure was fine, when it was measured at 180 right before the doctor came in. As someone learning Healthcare, I understand we are to take subjective data as law and here we present objective data and its treated as if theres a lie, or as if it is an overreaction? It was my understanding that we never treat anything the patient says as an overreaction, even if it is, and that we plan word choice before anything-for the sake of the patient.Why would someone go through all the emotional and financial stress to see many different doctors who all express distrust and seemingly dismiss their issues if there isnt a problem?Why wont I be taken seriously?

June Wolfe is an excellent provider! She takes the time to listen and a willingness to work with patients to develop the best plan of care. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Do not have any issues discussing every little problem I am having. I am not made to feel stupid or uneducated when asking questions. If I do not understand anything, Dr. Bray does not mind taking the time to make sure I understand what is being discussed or what steps we are taking to come to a conclusion. I followed my practicing nurse, Elva June Wolfe (my doctor) to Bray Family Medicine because of her personal attention towards her patients. She always remembered me, what was medically wrong with me, and would ask about my kids. She actually caught a life threatening situation that was caused during my hysterectomy in 2012 (done by Dr. Carroza in Arkadelphia, AR), and I am so grateful for her concerning nature that she still has today. As a long-term patient at Bray, they are all very polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my visits. I have recommended them to family and friends. I am glad to be apart of the Bray Family Medicine family.

June Wolfe was very efficient and understood my problem quickly. She also pointed out that I needed to come in for bloodwork in the following month.

Ive been seeing Dr Perrin-Bray since she had a clinic in downtown Arkadelphia for over 10 years. I have never been so rudely treated as I was yesterday by her staff and I will NOT be going back or recommending her to anyone.Adding to this after response from owner: Your clerk Hung Up on me after she lied and told me I would have to make the 70 min drive in person to get a refund, when it was uncalled for when I called (if I am not cussing or screaming or being in any way belligerent then we can talk about this like Adults), I did call and talk to the office Manager, and after being treated kindly I received the follow-up call that was rude and condescending because I inaccurately said I had been seeing Dr. Bray for 14 years when she had only been practicing for 12, as if the decade of being a dedicated patient since she started in a small clinic meant nothing. If anything, regardless of how long and how far out of the way I had been going to see this doctor, no one deserves to be treated with that level of Disrespect and still call themselves Professionals. If I have to go through Staff like that then it is not worth it. 1 star.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming! Thought I had the flu so I just walked in on a Saturday and they got me in and out in about an hour.

Dr. Bray was no doubt the right choice to be my familys Primary Care Provider. She is a down to earth, personable provider that takes the time to actually listen to her patients instead of the usual triple booked M.D. 120 seconds of fame.
