Arrived at 600am and office opened at 800 am. Once inside had to wait till 11:00am to turn in papers for a pre admission for a surgery. Office space is to small for the amount of persons that come to this office. Once gave my information was inform to wait in the waiting room. Once was called inside to see the doctor had to wait 3 more hours before the doctor saw me.If you are prepared to waste your time and day this is the place for you.

To be seen by the doctor the waiting time is more than 4 hours. Very attentive staff. In the ambulatory surgery area from the maintenance manager, the secretaries and nurses who are very professional and attentive. The anesthesiologists and anesthetists all professionals, attentive. I loved them.The most negative comment that I have to make is that despite the Covid, there are not followed the protocols to prevent the transmission of the virus. On Tuesday I went and there were 30 people waiting in a room with a space of about 12 x 20. I asked a secretary and she told me that those measures had already been removed

Displeased they change my appointment and when you arrive with 45 minutes before the doctor had left, they do not call one and the unkind secretary just leave and come back at the end of the month I do not intend to return is not the only one I am not for this lack of consideration to the patients 🤬🤬🤬

The first and last time I went the doctor treated me with a huge lack of interest and ignored all my worries, I do not recommend it. The staff on the other hand is very friendly.

The worst place they can visit. They gave us an appointment for 11 am and we arrived at 10:15, at 5:15 they said they couldnt see us. We will never return and we will tell everyone about the lack of respect for the people they have. They dont know how to treat their patients. I give it a star because I cant put less.

The establishment is clean and tidy. They have a large waiting room with numerous chairs and television for entertainment. The staff is friendly. They accept new patients. Unfortunately parking is limited. The dynamics is to sign up with the secretary, then they call you to a waiting room inside, then they take your intraocular pressure, etc (depending on the reason for your visit), then they pass you to some offices where the ophthalmologist treats you.TIME IN- 10:46 amTIME OUT- 1:00 pm
