I adopted my dog here like 4 years ago and they treat us so good ❤️ 5/19/2020

Like to know what happened to the little dog that was dropped off at your facility in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and no one has an answer as to what happened to her. I live in New Jersey and I with a group of people rescue lots of animals and we find this case really of a strange nature and unacceptable. I hope to hear back from you as to where is this dog or what took place with this dog. I’m sure that would not like this type of incident to have a bad influence on your facility!! I liked that there is a veterinarian and that they do their best to have them in good condition so that they can find a home.

Pienso que no están interesados que las mascotas sean adoptadas solo atienden por citas y no son capaces de arreglar su agenda para atender a las personas interesadas en adoptar un mascota que llegan sin cita. Entiendo que por medidas del Covid tienen ese protocolo pero si las personas presentan su tarjeta de vacuna, usan la mascarilla y se limpian bien las manos con alcohol no habrá problemas como lo hacen en todos los lugares. Entiendo que tienen mucha burocracia viaje de lejos y me negaron la entrada por no tener cita. He ido a otros albergues y han sido amables en dejarme ver las mascotas tomando las medidas de precaución.

I lost my pet and I posted it on social media. They found him and handed him over to the Capitan Correa shelter. They did not want to return it to me. I had to put a court order for it to be returned to me. They are insensitive when it comes to truth. They do not consider the family or the damage to the pet that it causes! Record that the measures established by the shelter were taken and emails were sent and they did not reply. Evidence was sent and nothing to see. It is sad to know that they do not take care of the interest of the pet as they should!

A professional and excellent treatment. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the whole place.

They have problems with the telephone lines, you have to call dozens of times. The customer service justifying itself instead of listening and taking the message to the supervisor or the owner to improve the service. That is why services in this country are not improving.

I want to adopt a female dog, but keep it small .. I love animals and it is my gift ..

I went to visit the place and I tell you ... all very beautiful and organized, the workers attended me very kindly and with answers to all my questions. I attended to my 7 year old dog and she has improved a lot as she was before thanks to Dr. Perez and the veterinary staff who affectionately took care of her until they achieve a great improvement. I gave myself the opportunity to visit the adoption area in which I was very satisfied to see that all those colitas moved in anticipation of a new family. I recommend that you visit the place and give yourself the opportunity to adopt a pet that fills your house with joy and pure love!
