Near by parking area is available, due to the limited space at location. But, the most important is the personal attention giving to patient upon arrival. The quality of service is above normal with such a small operation at Laboratory. Cant ask for more 😄

This is a very professional and clean Lab that the staff was very kind and patient with me that while time. Especially on the very first time if taking the Covid-19 test and not knowing what to expect. They walked me through the process and let me know when to expect the results, which I must say came very fast.

I try to get tested for the Corona virus because it was mandatory to get tested before boarding the plane they wouldnt accept my insurance and they wanted to charge me $120.00 for a test that it was supposed to be free the Government pays for those tests but they try to double dip wont recomend this place very shady.

Calling by phone is a bit frustrating, many of the extensions that the recorder mentions you do not even work ... after entering them it says they are invalid.After ~ 20min of trying different extensions, someone answered me who sent me to an extension (115) that I hung up. Call the extension like 7 more times and ... nothing. I kept trying numbers (even made up) and after 40min someone from another department answered and finally helped me. I understand they probably get a lot of calls, but at least fix that thing about extensions because they lead nowhere.

What I liked the most is that I was able to do my shift online and I waited less time there exposing myself.

It is incredible what the staff of this laboratory have done in denying a patient with a medical order for a molecular test for COVID. I consider it disrespectful for a lab to deny service just because a rapid test was done in another lab. In the midst of what the country is going through in trying to identify potential risk cases, they dare to refuse to do a test when a doctor ordered that they be tested because they were positive in a marker. In addition to that, the personnel who attended her told her that they were going to transfer her to a superior and they cut her call. All this is a lack of respect and for people like this it is because we are where we are.

So humanized treatment .... The service provided was so excellent and all the employees that assisted me went beyond. Committed and excellent. I recommend it.
