They have everything you will need. My child required medication that no one else in the region had but they did. There staff is great. Always have about ten staff working, which makes for quick fill and service. Super professional

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to . The customer service is horrible. I get a prescription with no information or instructions. I e never had it before I look it up an sc its an inhaled solution. But they didnt give the inhaler.

I have a feeding tube. I turn in rx for supplies for everything needed to take care of tube and feedings. When home health went to get the stuff she was given 1 feeding bag (bag are to be used for no more than 24 hrs). I do understand that they could have been out of bags. However I require a lot of other stuff is 4x4s a lot of medical tape, 60 cc sringies, ointment as well as much more. What i got. 1 bag. This was Saturday. What do they want me to all weekend with no supplies?

The Best Service Period.

Im so disappointed with HREP. I tried for weeks to get a prior authorization on my med. I asked HREP during this period repeatedly to contact my physician again and check on it. Finally I went in and talked with Mr. Roberts personally. When I explained my situation and that I was upset with his company for not following up with the Doctor when I had asked them to repeated he refused to take any responsibility. I was told that they dont hound the Doctors (I wasnt asking them to hound, but simply call and remind) and that they get hundreds of requests like mine and cant be expected to keep up with them all (Apparently Hes not interested in customer service). I told him there are other pharmacies I can use and he said Goodbye.

The best service ever, great customer service, no more Walgreen or CVS. Woop woop!!
