I am a 47 year old female with lupus and at first had no insurance for medical treatment. I started seeing Dr Hassan sometime around 2018 at first everything was fine but I noticed that he would ask me questions but while I would try to answer he would cut me off saying his question again wanting a yes or a no. That continued to the point it began to make me feel miss treated. One day I was really sick and he treated me for pneumonia before I left his office I had a panic attack and the receptionist had me wait and see him again while I talked to him he said sharply well Im not seeing you for panic attacks why are you back.. so I attempted to find another Dr who would see me without insurance. I ended up back at his office at that time I had found a job and my insurance was due to kick in shortly again at first everything was ok still really short and wouldntet me tell him my issues and seemed frustrated when I would bring anything up to address during my visits. I had a severe pain at my coccyx bone he looked and couldnt see anything gave me antibiotics and a return visit at the return visit it was a little better but still felt swollen and still very painful and he said to me well I gave you antibiotics if that didnt help youll just have to deal with it I cant give you anything else. So having insurance I left again. I have 2 male family members who go to him and he never treats them that way I know because I have been present for several of their visits but being female he treated me as if I was insignificant and as if he knew how I felt better then I did. He is sexist and disrectful to women and someone should address that. Keep in mind if you are a woman needing care in an emergency situation sure but dont be surprised if your treatment is neglectful

That absolute worst doctors office ever. The staff is on another level. I called to schedule a new doctors appointment and they said yes theyre taking new patients but then they looked at my medical chart without my consent and said from that they arent taking new patients all of a sudden 😳 are u kidding me. What kind of office or doctor refuses care because of PAST MEDICAL RECORDS 🤔. so I called a lawyer and yes they violated the hippa rights law. Well I guess they think they can get away with this but theyre WRONG. Cause Im a very motivated person especially when it comes to my rights and they have some expla8ng to do thats for sure.

Dr Sami is what all drs should be. He listens, is very thorough and has done things in his exams i have not ever seen from other Drs. I had severe sinus issues and instead of looking in my nose, he called in his nurse and cut off the lights. He looked at my sinus cavities through my gace with his light and put me several meds. That was the first time my chronic sinus infection started getting better! I recommend him to everyone I know.

25 years Dr Sammi has been my dr. The whole staff is like family to me. He truly cares about his patients. Ty doc

Ive been going to Dr. Sami for years now and drive all the way from Winston Salem just to see him. He always listens and explains things so I have a clear understanding of whats going on. Refuse to see any other doctor because he takes his time to listen instead of trying to hurry on to the next patient.

I care about my Doctor because I know that he cares about me and my health and his staff is great people who also cares.

Wonderful Doctor. The practice is different than any Ive ever been to. The facility is nothing special but it becomes very clear that Dr Sami really cares about helping people as his number one priority even before making money. I never feel rushed and feel like he genuinely cares about me and takes the time to dig deep and find the best possible solution, rather than rush you out to get to the next patient like most doctors.

Ive been a patient for 25 years. dr sammi and shannon along with the other staff are like family to ne. The lady that blasted dr sammi for not signing an incompetence paper seemed to be after the patients $$. Good call dr sammi

I was sent choose this doctor to be seen over a kidney infection, which another doctor headset me saying it could be life threatening as it was before they are taking new patients that are on medicare but yet I was denied service and told to go somewhere else was not given a reason why I was denied the nurse was hateful and rude when I asked for the reason I was being denied service! I don’t even want to give them one star!!! Must be nice to have enough money to turn away money and be rude about it!

Dr. Sami is amazing! I drive an hour to go to the doctor. That speaks volumes. All the staff are great, service is great & you couldnt ask for a better doctor!

I will be a patient as long as he is practicing. Dr. Sami and his staff are truly awesome!

My husband is a physician at Norvant. Iam a pharmacist. I was born and raised in US but I wear a headscarf as part of my religion. This arrogant man was so racist towards me that I almost cried. Couple of the nurses witnessed his behavior and told me Dr Hassan doesn’t welcome blacks, Hispanics, or Muslims. So sad because he himself is a brown man that speaks English with a dialect.

Dr. Sami Hassan is the worse doctor ever. I brought my aunt to his office for a appointment and to try and get him to sign an imcompetency form. He kicks me out the room asked her, her name and date of birth, then brought the nurse in with a HPO release to have my name taken off from under my aunts HPO so he wouldnt have to speak to me and also told me to leave his office. He didnt let me show him the videos or paper work,that I had on file to prove her imcompetency. Hell people with dementia knows their date of birth and name so I guess theyre competent as well i guess! I never felt more disrespected in life.
